국내 통신서비스 시장은 유선에서 무선으로, 음성에서 데이터로 그 중심이 전환되는 상황에 있다. 본고에서는 CDMA, xDSL에 이은 제 3의 한국 IT성장 엔진으로서 휴대인터넷을 보는 연구자의 입장에서, 설문조사를 바탕으로 사업으로서의 성장 가능성을 타진하고 성장의 전제조건을 점검하였다. 결론으로서 휴대인터넷의 수요는 어느 정도 성숙되어 있지만, 현재 높은 이용요금, 킬러 애플리케이션의 부족, 단말기 가격 등의 문제가 노출되어 있으므로 이를 기술적, 정책적으로 해결해야 함을 역설하였다.

정보통신부의 기술개발사업의 하나인 우수신기술개발과제(2000년~2002년 사업)에 참여한 초기 단계벤처기업 160개를 대상으로 설문조사하여 116개 기업으로부터 응답을 받았다. 우선 벤처기업의 일반특성과 기술개발 활동 특성, 재무특성을 분석하였고, 이를 통해 기술개발 현 실태와 성장 및 애로요인, 정부지원 희망분야 등을 조사한 후, 향후 벤처기업이 계속기업으로 갈 수 있는 방향에 대해 분석해 보았다.

국가 경제의 근간을 중소기업에서 찾는 우리나라의 산업정책은 지속적으로 중소기업의 발전을 위해 많은 지원과 투자를 계속해오고 있다. 최근에는 제품 경쟁력 제고를 위한 디자인 및 첨단 기술 혁신 분야에 있어서 더욱 박차를 가하고 있다. 그러나 공신력 있는 설문 보고들에 의하면 지방의 중소기업이 이러한 정부의 정책에 실질적인 도움을 얻지는 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 경남지역 기계제조 관련 중소기업을 중심으로 전자상거래의 활성화를 위한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 요구를 조사하고 실제 프로젝트 진행을 통해 적용사례를 도출해 봄으로써 효율적인 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 전략을 제안해 보고자 한다.

1950-meter-tall goddess is Seolmundae Grandmother with the head of the 1950m Hallasan Mountain Baengnokdam and the body of the mountain ridgeline. Seolmundae Grandmother in Jeju is a folk belief that has been passed down from generation to generation in Jeju. Unlike inland, Seolmundae Grandmother, which had femininity in the customs of Jeju, which was a matrilineal society, developed into an absolute faith in Jeju, metaphorizing that in some way it was inevitable. Seolmundae Grandmother was the only subject that could mentally solve the biggest problem for Jeju residents, even if they were disconnected from the mainland. In other words, Seolmundae Grandmother was unable to make underwear for Seolmundae Grandmother because it was short of 100 bottles of silk, the god of Hallasan, a huge being and a physical symbol. Therefore, Semyungju Grandmother gave up the bridge connecting the mainland and Jeju. In this paper, focusing on the fact that Mt. Halla, covered with snow in winter, is like a skein of silk thread that we usually use in our daily lives, the etymology of Seolmundae has been changed to Saengmyeongju, - Semyungju, which is a skein of fine silk. As a basis for this, there is a custom of tying a thread of silk in 'Semyungju', a shrine to Semyeongju in Halmangdang, 'Hanmosal' along the coast of Pyoseon-myeon. The silk thread is the core of the Packing DNA gene. The summit of Mt. Halla, Ninety-Nine Valleys, and five hundred generals, found in Seolmundae Grandmother or White Silk, expressed the symbols of Jeju. The Packing DNA gene was found to originate in the Jeongnang

최근 우리는 IMF 체제로 인한 극심한 경제적 어려움에 직면해 있는데, 외환 안정과 실업 억제 및 성공적인 구조조정이 사태해결에 필수적이며 이를 위해서는 오직 수출을 증대시켜 나가는 길밖에 없는 상황이다. 우리 수출은 산업의 기반이 허약해 외부 영에 너무 민감하게 변화되는 바 최근 '원'화는 큰 폭으로 절상되고 경쟁국인 일본, 대만 등이 대미 '달러'화에 큰 폭으로 절하되고 있어 우리의 수출 증대에 가장 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 더구나 전자산업은 우리나라 총수출의 30.4%를 차지하는 제1의 주종산업일 뿐 아니라 생산대 수출비중이 70%에 이르는 수출 주도형 산업인 관계로 그 영향을 분석, 대응해 나가기 위해서 주요 123개 전자업체(총수출의 87% 차지)들의 설문조사를 통해 본 보고서를 발표하였다.

인터넷의 급속한 보급 및 확산은 국제무역에 있어 일대 혁신을 초래하고 있으며, 특히 해외시장조사, 해외홍보 및 마케팅, 거래선 발굴, 신용조사, 거래협상 등 계약 체결 이전까지의 거래경로에 있어 시간과 공간의 제약이 없이 저렴하고 신속하게 글로벌 비즈니스를 수행할 수 있게 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국 수출기업들이 어떠한 업무에 어느 정도나 인터넷을 활용하고 있는지, 실제로 어떠한 활용성과를 거두고 있는지 등을 설문조사에 의한 실증분석을 살펴 봄으로써 국내 수출기업들의 인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래, 즉 사이버무역 내지 전자무역의 활성화 및 국제경쟁력 제고 방안을 모색하고 있다.

This study aims to analyze the structures of electronic records classification and suggest managing requirements for electronic folder as basic entity for ERM. This present study begins with analyzing the various types of electronic folders based on the Requirements for Electronic Records Management Systems: Functional Requirements of U.K. It designs some examples of classification structures for clarifying the meaning of the electronic folders, components and markers. Finally, it analyses some implications for korean environments including application of electronic folder concept, principles of folder open and closure, and introduction of electronic part entity for efficient folder management.
