A Study on the Usability Evaluation (휴리스틱 사용성 평가에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 시스템 수용성 관점에서 사용성의 위상을 살펴보고, 사용성의 요인을 측정 가능한 휴먼팩터의 관점에서 기술하였다. 10개의 사용성 휴리스틱 원칙과 평가방법을 상술한 후, 사용성공학에 기반한 사용자 인터페이스 개발 프로세스 모형을 제시였다. 개발프로세스 단계들 중에서 휴리스틱 평가를 휴리스틱 평가원칙, 구성요인, 점검사항, 정성적ㆍ정량적평가, 진단으로 재구성하여 '천연 화장품전자상거래 사이트'에 적용하여 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 평가지침이 됨을 보이고 있다.

Study on How Service Usefulness and Privacy Concern Influence on Service Acceptance (서비스의 유용성과 프라이버시 염려도가 개인화 된 서비스 수용성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As the highly improved Internet and information technology has led to the diversification of users' demands, personalization service attract lots of attention as a means to meet highly diversified demand of users. However, personalization service costs a lot. Also concerns over a possible violation of privacy have been raised since the service uses technology to find out the users' profiles. This research studies the advantages individuals acquire from personalization service and how privacy concern influences service acceptance. Research on related documents and information gathering from e-commerce sites derived six representative types of service. Questionnaires were utilized to research privacy concern according to services, service usefulness, and service acceptance. As expected, privacy concern has a negative relation to acceptance while service usefulness has a positive relation to it, thereby resulting in an offset between two variables. Moreover, they play a different role depending on what kinds of service or in formation should be provided. The results derived from this paper will help the e-commerce sites provide personalization service by collecting personal information while protecting users' privacy.

  • As smartphone usage increases, the number of consumers who refer to review data of e-commercial products using web sites and SNS is also explosively multiplying. However, reading review data using traditional websites and SNS is time consuming. Also, it is impossible for consumers to read all the reviews. Therefore, a system that collects review data of products and conducts sentiment word analysis of the review is required to provide useful information. The majority of systems that provide such information inadequately reflect the properties of the product. In this study, we described a system that provides analysis and evaluation of e-commerce products through review sentiment words as reflected properties of the product. Furthermore, the system enables consumers to access processed information about reviews quickly and in visual format.

  • 인터넷 사용의 일반화로 인터넷을 통한 전자 상거래가 점차 늘고 있다. 이 가운데 많은 사용자들이 이용하는 사이트는 하루 수 백만건의 접속이 이루어지고 있고 사용자의 요구도 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 사이트에서는 사용자에게 최적의 성능을 보장해야 될 뿐만아니라 시스템의 다운 타임을 최소화 할 수 있는 방안이 필요하게 된다. 기존의 단일 시스템 체계는 이런 면에서 한계에 도달하였다. 단일 시스템의 한계점을 극복하기 위해서 클러스터를 이용한 대안이 제시되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 리눅스 플랫폼 상에서 클러스터를 이용한 웹 서버를 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • 스마트폰 보급의 확산으로 제품 구매 시 웹 사이트 및 SNS를 이용하여 제품 리뷰를 참고하는 소비자들이 증가하고 있다. 전자 상거래 사이트의 제품 리뷰는 구매 예정자들에게 유용한 정보로 활용되곤 한다. 하지만 구매 예정자가 직접 제품에 대한 리뷰 데이터를 찾아 전체 내용을 일일이 읽고 분석해야하기 때문에 시간이 오래 걸릴뿐만 아니라 가공되지 않는 데이터가 줄 수 있는 정보는 한정적이다. 또한 이러한 리뷰들은 상품의 특징을 파악하기에도 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제품의 주요 이슈를 추출하고 주요 이슈에 대한 감성 분석과 감성 요약을 통해 제품 분석 및 평가를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 휴대폰 제품에 적용하여 구축한 시스템을 통해 소비자가 방대한 양의 제품의 리뷰 데이터를 분석할 필요 없이 제품의 주요 이슈와 가공된 분석 결과를 시각적으로 빠르게 제공받을 수 있음을 보였다.

  • Recently, with the growing of social network sites, people's choice is also getting more and more. So the notion of loyalty has become an important construct within the Social Network framework because of member is easy switching on the social networking sites. Despite the increasing importance of social network sites loyalty question, there's very little research in this area. In electronic commerce, the website loyalty development process is based on both website satisfaction and website trust toward the net-enabled business. But how to target the members with high or low loyalty in the social network sites is still a question. In this paper we propose one improved RFM model to evaluate the member loyalty to find the potential members for improving the service quality of the social network site. In addition, an empirical case study is performed to demonstrate how this procedure works. Moreover, further applications of this research are provided for improved social network sites experiences and how to use the model to practice.

The Moderating Role of Site Usage Experience in Internet Users' Decision on Personal Information Disclosure (개인정보제공 의사결정에 있어서 사이트 이용경험의 조절효과에 대한 연구)

  • The proliferation of the Internet and the advent of e-commerce have amplified public concerns about privacy. Accordingly, much research effort has been made on the issue. While existing research on online information privacy has usually focused on the examination of antecedents of personal information disclosure, the literature has not paid attention to the potential changes of the antecedents' effects depending on the user's experience of the service. The current study aims to investigate the moderating role of site usage experience in Internet users' decision on personal information disclosure. Specifically, this study considers two types of antecedents of personal information disclosure on a site - the attributes of personal information requested (sensitivity and relevance of information) and the value of the service provided by the site; and examines how the effects of the antecedents on the disclosure intention are affected by the users'experience of the site. Our analysis of the data gathered through a web-based experiment reveals that site usage experience moderates the relationship between the attributes of personal information and disclosure intention. While usage experience attenuates the negative effect of information sensitivity on disclosure intention, it intensifies the positive impact that relevance of information has on disclosure intention. Based on the analysis results, we provide implications for the mitigation of the Internet users' privacy concerns as well as theoretical implications.

  • Recently, to satisfy the customer's requirements for glasses such as rating of glasses or choosing, glasses industry is supporting various types and tools for making one's appearance good. In this research, we study the strategy for implementing a site for glasses to customizing a person not to distinguish whether the customer is older or younger etc. For the purpose of implementing a site for glasses, first, we suggest a differentiated methodology through analysis of glasses industry service and features of existential representative glasses sites. Through the activation of the marketing strategies, marketing in a glasses market is expected to be competitive.

Trust Building of Buyers who perceive Quality Risk High in Online Used Car Transactions: A Dyadic Trust Relationship (온라인 중고차 거래에서 품질위험을 높게 지각한 구매자의 신뢰형성: 구매자와 대리인 양자간 신뢰)

  • With the proliferation of electronic commerce, online transactions have become a norm. Its enormous potential, however, can be truly realized if consumers feel comfortable facing invisible sellers over the Internet, a virtual business channel. Trust has been identified as a key component in many e-Commerce studies. The purpose of this study is to find out which factors play a major role in building buyer trust and how the build-up trust affects buyer's purchase intention in online used car transactions. Based on the information asymmetry, TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), and the trust theory, our research model includes factors such as a buyer's propensity-to-trust, institutional characteristics (inspection and warranty policy), word-of-mouth referral, perceived size, and perceived benefits as independent variables. The model also includes trust as a mediate variable, purchase intention as a dependent variable, and perceived quality risk as a moderate variable. The research model is tested by analyzing 448 sample data gathered from used car websites. The result shows that the trust has significant effects on the online purchase intention, and institutional characteristics have been identified as one of the most significant factors for trust building in used car websites. For those who perceive quality risk high, actual purchasing behavior occurs only when they have trust on the used car websites, indicating that trust plays a vital role as a mediate variable. This study suggests that buyer trust on the used car websites is important to increase buyer's online purchase behavior.

  • The appearance of various portal web sites that have individual customers, customizing information operate importantly upon a content. But most current portal sites that has a goal for international electronic commerce use information for customer to a simply individual profile and don't create more and new information that customizing. In this paper, we propose a system that generates a new customizing information with classification and analysis in detail and provides automatically to individual customers. The goal of our research is the development of personalizing auto generation agent that composed form of e-mail from preference of each individual user using open rate and mouse event Information for e-mail.
