The purpose of this study is to investigate case studies and industry needs for convergence education in the fields of electronics, software, and automobiles, which are the technical foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through the literature review, the convergence education programs focusing on electronics, software, and automobile were derived. The areas were validated by the experts review who consisted of three industry experts and professors in the relevant fields. Domestic and foreign curriculum were investigated to understand the current state of technical convergence education in each field. Industry needs survey for technical convergence education was conducted in cooperation with the Sector Council of Industrial Resources. Research instruments consisted of three parts: needs for technical convergence education, needs for the specific convergence education in the field of electronics, software, and automobile, and opinions on convergence education. A total of 341 participants responded to the questionnaires: 132 in the electronic field, 100 in the software field, and 109 in the automobile field. The industry needs for convergence education were analyzed and implications were suggested. The results of this study are expected to provide a guideline for developing convergence education programs in higher education.

정보통신 기술의 발달로 사회의 모든 분야에서 인터넷의 활용이 급속히 확산되어 전자 결제, 전자상거래, 인터넷뱅킹등의 편리한 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나 인터넷을 이용한 여러 종류의 거래는 거래 당사자간 비접촉 · 비대면을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 특징이 편리함을 제공하는 반면 거래당사자간의 상호신뢰에 있어서 취약하다는 문제점을 가진다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 정부는 전자거래기본법, 전자서명법 등 법적 · 제도적 장치를 마련하여 "공인인증" 제도를 도입하였으며 이에 부응하여 금융결제원은 금융분야 공인인증기관으로 인증서비스를 제공하기 위해 준비중이다. 본고에서는 금융결제원의 인증서비스의 추진원칙, 인증서비스 제공을 위한 시스템 구축, 인증서를 이용한 서비스에 대한 부분으로 나누어 서술한다. 인증서비스의 추진원칙은 1999년 내에 공인인증기관 지정획득을 하고 IETF의 PKIX 표준안 , RSA의 PDCS표준안, OpenGroup의 CDSA 표준안을 충실히 따르는 인증시스템을 일괄 개발한다. 인증서비스 제공을 위한 시스템 구축은 최상위 인증기관인 전자서명인증관리센타에서 제시한 기본원칙을 충실히 따르며 금융분야 인증서비스를 위해 알맞게 변경하여 구축한다. 금융결제원이 발행한 인증서는 인터넷 뱅킹과 전자상거래등에 이용된다.

최근 정보기술의 동향을 살펴보면 공통적인 키워드를 발견할 수 있는데, 그것은 바로 모바일(Mobile)이다. 이에 GIS 분야에서도 무선환경에서의 GIS 활용을 위한 기술이 확산되고 있으며, 대표적인 기술로 LBS(Location Based Service)와 모바일 GIS(Mobile GIS)가 있다. 이러한 배경하에 선진국가에서는 고도화된 전자정부 구현을 위해 무선 GIS 기술적용이 추진되고 있으며, 국내에서도 모바일 전자정부 추진계획이 수립되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공공분야에서 효율적인 무선 GIS 기술도입을 위해 공공분야의 무선 GIS라는 개념을 제시하고, 무선 GIS 서비스 구현의 기반이 되는 서비스 유형을 제시하였다. 공공분야의 무선 GIS 서비스 유형은 LBS와 모바일 GIS를 기반으로 적용 가능한 업무유형과 무선 GIS 특성에 따른 서비스 구조로 구분하여 고찰하였으며, 두 내용을 종합하여 공공분야의 무선 GIS 서비스유형을 제시하였다. 제시된 무선 GTS 서비스 유형은 향후 모바일 전자정부 및 공공분야에서의 모바일 관련 GIS 서비스 구현시 참조할 수 있을 것이라 예상된다.

우리는 컴퓨터와 인간이 교환하는 모든 시각 정보 개념을 주로 컴퓨터 Graphics로 총칭하고 있으나, 실제적으로 CAD와 CGD의 2가지 분야로 구분하여야 하는데, CAD와 CGD는 이용매체의 유사함으로 인하여 두 용어사이에 자주 혼동을 가져온 것 같다. CAD는 공학중심으로 CGD는 미학중심으로 이루어졌는데, 현 추세에 있어서 상호보완적, 의존적으로 발달되고 있는 바 CAID의 발생이 그것이다. 본문에서는 우리 연구소에서 주로 전자분야에 적용하고 있는 CAD시스팀 영역외에 산업디자인 분야에서의 컴퓨터를 이용한 CGD 및 CAD(CAID) 시스팀의 발전 동향 및 기술동향을 소개함으로써 산업디자인에 있어서의 그래픽 디자인의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 분체 특성 평가 연구의 국제 동향과 입자형태, 입도분포, 비표면적, 분체밀도, 기공도, 화학분석 평가분야의 기본원리, 특히 측정시 변수들의 영향과 이러한 특성변화에 따른 전기적성질 변화에 대하여 간단히 언급을 하였다. 분체 특성평가분야의 연구는 선진국에 비해 낙후되어 있고 관심도 또한 낮은 형편이다. 이 분야의 학문적, 산업적인 중요점을 고려할 때, 분체 특성 평가에 대한 기초 및 응용연구가 활성화되었으면 한다.

Because of the junior college students' learning ability stands on a relatively low level, this research is accomplished to inspire students with further desires, considering students' learning ability and desire. The curriculum of junior college is organized with three parts(electronic communication tool, micro processer, integrated circuit design): the electronic communication tool and micro processer is carried out, and the training for the design skill on semiconductor devices will be focused. The main focus is reflected on the worldwide trend on the design engineering of semiconductor devices and considered for the market establishment on design engineers trained by the lab-oriented practice as well as fundamental of semiconductor technology.

최근 자동차 분야에 있어서 많은 변화가 급속히 일어나고 있다. 70년대의 오일쇼크 이후 전륜구동 승용차의 보급이 급속히 확산되고, 연비 경쟁이 늘어났으며 소형. 경량화의 요구는 점차 증가되고 있다. 이후 80년대 들어 전자기술이 접목되면서 혁명적이라 할 수 있는 변화가 일어났고, 그 변화의 추세는 급속히 가속화되고 있다. 자동차의 전자화는 초기에는 공해 및 연비 개선 차원에서 시작됐으나, 이후 안전성 및 주행성능 향상을 겨냥했고, 이제는 인간감성까지 고려한 최적제어 측면에서 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화는 소음. 진동분야에도 일어나, 차량이 점차 고성능. 경량화됨 에 따라 더욱 최적화된 구조물 설계를 요구하고 있고, 더 나아가 전자화를 도입 각종 노면 및 주행상태에 따라 최적의 승차감을 제공하는 전자제어 현가 시스템(E.C.S.)이 상품화되었고, 소리를 발생시켜 소음을 제거시키는 능동소음제어 시스템(ANC)의 실용화 단계를 앞두고 있다. 이러한 시점에 국내 자동차의 소음. 진동분야에 종사하는 많은 사람들에게, 실제 우리 국산화가 국내. 외적으로 소음. 진동부분이 어떻게 평가되고 있는지, 또 자동차 대중화 시대를 맞이한 국내의 많은 소비자들의 불만은 어느 정도인지를 인식시켜 각자의 사명감을 고양하고, 참고적으로 일본의 최근 자동차 분야의 소음. 진동 연구 동향을 소개하여 자동차 소음. 진동 대책 연구에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Interactive electronic technical manual(IETM) for construction projects means an electronic tool that regulations and specifications related to construction method or maintenance process ale described by electronic book type. It has a meaning of integrated information system that includes virtual reality(VR), 3D animation and image contents for representing real construction information so that user can easily understand the construction situation and maintenance process. The basic information and technical manuals of construction facilities are being written as paper documents in our construction industry. As the result, the information management in the maintenance phase of construction projects is inefficient, and maintenance cost is being increased. This study attempts to improve the lack of understanding about construction IETM through the analysis of necessity and unique function of construction IETM comparing with the IETMS in other industry, Finally, this study shows a scenario of construction IErM for mitigating natural disaster of construction facilities to verify applicability of IETM.

This study analyzed that technological competition, variety and simility of Green IT fields using patents data. To achieve this, we limited range of Green IT that reduction of energy, eco-friendly technology. Therefore we conducted analysis of patents that power saving systems, light control system, smart system, cloud computing and green house/eco systems. As the result of that, power saving field was the most developed. The simililarty of power saving and cloud computing systems are very high and similiarities of light control system, green house/eco systems and smart system were very high.
