As financial deregulation policies implemented by the government, electronic financial service is improved but security concerns are increasing and ultimately weaken trust in the financial service. Electronic financial service becomes more and more dependant on the IT platform and the initiatives of access device is also gradually shift to that platform. As biometric sensor is mounted on the smartphone, structural change in the access device is coming. It must be a positive signs in terms of fintech development, in the other side, it can cause many problems such as weakness of regulation and ambiguity of principals of responsibility. So in this paper, by analysing this problem-the shift of service initiative-on the access device I'll propose the best way to the the legal amendments.

디지탈 비디오 디스크의 약어로 지칭되는 DVD는 현대 과학이 이루어낸 레이저 광에 의한 정보의 기록과 재생을 한층 승화시킨 차세대 package형 광 기록 매체이다. 앞으로 이 제품군은 기존에 분리되어 있던 가전과 컴퓨터의 응용분야를 이어주는 교량역할을 할 새로운 개념의 상품으로 기대된다. 본 고에서는 DVD의 기술적 배경 및 이의 구현을 위해 활용된 요소기술, 그리고 미래기술로의 흐름에 관해 소개고자 한다.

우수한 절연성능과 소호성능을 가진 SF6 가스의 사용이 지구온난화 문제를 배경으로 국제적으로 규제되는 경향에 있다. 이 과정에서 환경을 배려한 차세대의 전력기기·시스템을 구축하기 위해 새로운 절연·소호매체의 개발이 시급한 과제로 대두되어 있다. 본 고에서는 SF6 대체가스의 절연특성에 관한 연구 동향과 SF6 대체가스의 아크 차단특성에 관한 연구 동향 등을 살펴보고, 향후 환경저부하형 신절연/소호매체 개발을 위한 연구 가제 등에 대해 기술해 보았다.

With the introduction of Internet-based education such as online learning and virtual campuses. there are increased interests and demands for electronically delivering educational contents in comparison to the traditional educational methods. Our preilminary study showed that approximately $50\%$ of virtual groups formed online for the scope of collaborative learning encountered harriers that prevented them from forming an effective learning team and making satisfactory progress toward reaching the learning objectives. In this study, we asked the undergraduate students. who were the members of the online learning team, to work on the given discussion topics through the use of emails and threaded discussion boards. Then. we investigated the roles played by two electronic communication medium during the virtual discussion with respect to the learning outcome. We also studied how information was shared amongst the virtual learning team members. The results of our study showed that the email based online learning had the advantage of individualized and friendly information transfer. However. it also caused certain difficulty in exchanging ideas due to the one-sided nature of the email-based communication. On the other hand, the threaded discussion board provided easier information sharing and broadcasting. which enabled active participation by the virtual team members. However. It also had the disadvantage of difficulty in accurate information conveyance and duplication of the posted information. In summary, our study results showed that there was a high correlation between the characteristics of the electronic communication medium and the decision that the online learners made regarding which medium to use. There was a high correlation between the type of the electronic communication medium and the online learners' experiences in using these media.

Today's media environment is becoming very complicated and the trend of media convergence is getting clearer. The convergence of media is the supreme hot issue. In this wave of convergence, there has also been a huge change between movies and electronic games. The remake boom between them showed a tremendous economic effect that can be achieved by exchanging two media of essentially different characteristics. As computer virtual reality technologies evolve, electronic games will provide a virtual world that can satisfy the demands of the visual, auditory, and tactile aspects very real to the public with the Internet. At that time, movies and other media will be thoroughly melted into the virtual world created by electronic games, and they will become an element of the virtual world as those media that exist in the truth world.

본 논문은 IEEE 802.11 프로토콜 구성과 무선 근거리 통신망의 매체접근제어(Media Access Control: MAC), 공유자원인 무선채널을 액세스하기 위하여 사용하는 대표적인 MAC방식을 분류하여 설명하였고, MAC의 핵심이 되는 매체접근제어 프로토콜인 DFWMAC(Distributed Foundation Wireless MAC)의 핵심기능에 대하여 소개한다.

Microfilm has been used as an important media for enhancing the long term preservation and improving access to records. However, because of technological changes, there have been discussion about whether we should keep using microfilm. This paper presents survey results to review the preservation methods such as microfilming and digitization. The content is organized according to the trends found in the survey from six archives and libraries, including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Japan. Moreover, we refer to other papers from the USA and Japan to require further review if we can accept digitized records as the original records, etc. The rest consists of four parts: the use of microfilm as a storage media for preservation, the authenticity of digitized records, the management of records on microfilm, and the preservation of electronic media. Finally, we would like to suggest the way to improve preservation systems and digitize records more widely.

As newspapers which have been major news media are being replaced by on-line news media in recent years, many researchers are paying attention to "comments(news users' short remarks on an article)", a newly emerged way of forming public opinion. This study is examining how the similarity between political disposition of on-line news visitors and that of news media impacts upon their evaluation on quality of comments from the viewpoint of 'social identity theory.' This study may have academic significance because it inspected the pattern of media usage and the cognition of comments in relation to political disposition for the first time and showed 'comments reading' and the function of comments to form public opinion(comments journalism).
