본 논문은 표준완성형코드를 표준으로 허프만 부호를 생성하기 위해 부호화 효율이 가장 높은 곳에서 예외 부호화를 통해 최적의 허프만 부호를 얻는다. 현재 우리나라의 DTV는 한글문자를 압축하지 않고 전송하는 형태이며, 본격적인 데이터 방송이 시작되면 한글 데이터가 차지하는 전송량으로 인한 심각한 문제가 야기된다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 방송에서 문제가 되는 전송량을 줄이기 위해 한글 전용 최적의 허프만 부호를 생성하여 일련의 해결책을 찾고자 하며 영문 위주인 데이터 압축기술을 한글에 맞게 적용하여 DTV 방송용 한글 전용 압축부호를 만드는데 있다.

다양하게 변화하는 소비자의 요구에 만족하기 위해 제품 디자인의 빠른 변화가 요구되며 이에 따라 빠르게 3차원 형상을 구현하는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 일반적으로 사용되는 적층 방식의 쾌속 조형기술은 고가의 재료비 및 운영비, 기능성 파트 제작의 어려움, 표면에 적층 무늬가 존재 등의 문제점이 존재한다. 그러나 기계 가공 방식의 경우 다양한 재료의 가공이 가능하고 높은 형상 정밀도가 유지되는 장점이 있다. 특히, 폼을 이용하여 3차원 형상을 구현하는 방법은 현업에서 많이 사용되고 있다.(중략)

This study examines the performance of and searches for improvements to the existing automatic fire detection systems installed at domestic apartment buildings as a basic study for development of intelligent fire detection systems specifically for apartments. Thus, this study aims to find out the problems in performance and maintenance of the existing fire detectors installed at apartment buildings which is the prerequisite process for development of intelligent fire detection system for that specific application. It is also found impossible to check whether or not the detectors installed at each apartment are in an operational state at normal times. This study finds that it is desirable to replace the slow-sensing heat detectors by a smoke and single smoke detectors which can detect a fire at its early stage in an effort to improve the problems of fire detectors installed at apartment buildings presently. Because we need to the independence fire detection system of apartment building.

최근 생활수준의 향상과 정보통신 산업의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 전세계적으로 전력품질에 대한 관심이 높아져, 각종 전력품질 개선장치로부터 최적 공급시스템에 이르기까지 다양한 각도에서 전력품질을 향상하기 위한 연구개발이 수행되고 있으며, 특히 정보통신기기 및 정밀제어기기 등의 보급증가로 전압품질에 대한 관심이 높아져가고 있다. 지금까지 배전계통의 전압관리는 배 전용변전소 ULTC(Under Load Tap Changer)와 고압배전선로의 주상변압기에 의해 조정되어 왔으며 최근에 고압배전선로의 전압강하가 5%를 초과하는 선로에 대한 효율적 전압관리를 위해 선로전압조정장치(SVR- Step Voltage Regulator)가 도입되고 있다. 그러나 배 전용변전소와 고압배전선로의 선로전압 조정장치가 서로 독립적으로 운용되고 있기 때문에 선로전압조정장치의 효율성이 떨어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 배 전용변전소와 선로전압조정장치의 ULTC 송출전압의 최적 전압조정을 위한 협조운용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

장수명, 고효율의 광원 개발이 중요한 만큼 조명기구의 개발 또한 중요하다. 무전극 램프에 적용할 수 있는 설계 법을 기본으로 램프 취부 방식의 변경, 반사갓 구조의 변형 등을 통해 새로이 개발된 200W급 무전극 형광램프 전용의 반사갓을 설계하였다. 사이즈를 최소화하여 비교적 콤팩트한 반사갓을 설계하였고, 둥근형, 전구형 램프의 적용범위에 맞는 배광을 만족시킬 수 있는 다양한 조명기구의 개발이 가능하다는 것을 다시 한 번 입증하였다.

본 논문에서는 10kW급 태양광발전용 계통연계형 무변압기 방식 인버터의 출력필터로 사용되는 인덕터의 코어별 3종에 대하여 스위칭 주파수 10kHz에 적합한 출력필터용 인덕터를 선정하고 온도특성 따른 영향을 비교하고자 실험을 통하여 정격시 출력전압 및 출력전류의 값, 왜형율, 역률, 인버터의 전력 변환 효율 및 코어의 철손온도와 권선의 동손온도를 측정하여 정량적으로 비교하였다. 또한, 실험 결과를 참고로 하여 인덕터의 코어뿐만 아니라 권선방식과 인덕턴스를 확보하기 위한 방안도 비교하였다.

본 논문에서는 작은 화면의 스마트 폰에서 볼 수 있는 전자책을 구성하였다. 대부분의 전자책이 PDF 파일과 같이 기존의 종이책을 단지 정보처리 기기에서 보는 개념의 채용 형태이거나 제한된 규정을 통해 구성된 내용을 스마트 폰보다 화면이 큰 전용 단말기를 통해 보도록 되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 PDF나 웹 형태가 아닌 앱 형태로 컴퓨터보다도 널리 퍼져있는 스마트 폰을 통해 책을 보도록 하였다. 현재 전자책의 실질적 표준 역할을 하는 EPUB는 전용 단말기를 이용한 전자책도 텍스트형 콘텐츠 또는 잡지형 콘텐츠로 정보 처리 기기의 다양한 기능을 살리지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 앱을 이용한 전자책의 초기 시도로 기존 책의 구성을 가능한 지키면서 앱의 다양한 능력을 통해 많은 편리성을 살리는 한편 특히 본문은 작은 화면에 많은 정보를 담는 것은 책을 읽는 독자에게 무리한 요구를 하는 것이므로, 본문의 내용과 관계된 이미지를 의미 단위로 토막을 내고 이를 항, 절, 장으로 구분지어 태그를 붙여 데이터베이스에 저장한 후 태그를 기반으로 본문 화면에 시간차를 두고 자동 출력하도록 하는 시도로 사용자의 편리를 도모하였다.

This study aimed to present the possibilities that a variety of conversions can be made in terms of the spatial function through the situation analysis and in-depth case studies, focusing on the cases of the conversion of historic buildings. Literature analysis and case analysis technique were conducted as the research methods. For the literature analysis, the researcher selected 105 cases of conversion-type buildings by recombining and reanalyzing them to space functional changes; the SPSS PC+ 18.0 program was used as the analysis tool to conduct a frequency analysis and cross analysis. In-depth analysis was conducted to investigate the overview of the architecture, building history, spatial functional changes, space program, conservation value, and the conserved parts by selecting 9 cases in Korean and foreign countries that have been recently converted through literature analysis and the results of the study were as follows. 1) As a result of analyzing the changes in function, the highest percentage of the cases was conversion into the cultural function (63.8%). 2) There were cases for conversion into the commercial function, business function, accommodation function and educational function besides cultural function. 3) As a result of spatial program, the attempts to increase the utilization of the building generally by applying the complex space with more than two functions could be seen. 4) The buildings with historical and architectural value were conserved most of the outer wall and some portion of internal parts; the buildings with symbolic value were renovated largely, while preserving symbolic parts; and the buildings with practical value were renovated in a way that maintains the structural parts while changing the interior space to be suitable for their function.
