Following principal-agent relationship between government and funding agency effects on efficiency and management of project, this paper suppose that project management cost rate variable on outsourcing and administration of institution, applies multiple regression analysis and logit analysis by using factors that procurement status of institutional operating expenses and each subordinates scale (Budget, subject number) and method (Top-down/Bottom-up), not a total amount, for examining factors following project efficiency analysis and way of commission. The major variables which effect on efficiency of institution are management cost scale (0.36), institutional operating expenses ratio (-0.47), way of outsourcing, the factors that affect way of outsourcing are portion of project management cost (-38.5) and institutional operating expenses rate (-11.7). This means both legal and financial stability are necessary and it is avoidable moral hazard and adverse selection on principal-agent problem.

This study was aimed to prepare the evidences for establishing policies on nursing manpower by identifying the relationship among delegation level of nursing activities, nursing professionalism and turnover intention in long-term care hospital nurses. The study was a descriptive survey research that used a structured questionnaire. 146 nurses agreed to take part in the research. They worked in six long-term care hospitals located in A and B province. Data were collected from July to August 2016 and analyzed through SPSS 20.0 program, using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and pearson's correlation coefficients. As a results, first, as for the delegation of nursing activities by long-term care hospital nurses, the levels of delegation of direct nursing activities were 34.63±14.12, and the level of delegation of indirect nursing activities were 1.71±1.75. Second, the mean score of nursing professionalism and the turnover intention of long-term care hospital nurses were 3.62±0.77 and 2.71±0.97, respectively. Third, the delegation of direct nursing activities by long-term care hospital nurses significantly differed depending on the number of nurses in the ward and the number of caregivers in the ward. The delegation of indirect nursing activities significantly differed depending on the number of nurses in the ward, the presence of conflicts and stress related to delegation. Forth, there was no significant correlation of the delegation of nursing activities by long-term care hospital nurses with nursing professionalism and with turnover intention. Most of nursing activities, were delegated to nurse aids, since there were no clear guidelines or legal procedures on nursing activities in long-term care hospital nurses. Therefore it is required to find how to clearly establish positive nursing professionalism and to develop a proper nursing manpower arrangement and the guidelines for the delegation of nursing activities in a long-term care hospital in terms of policy.

일반적으로 감조하천의 홍수위는 홍수량과 조위에 의해 결정된다. 그러나 하류에 하구둑이 있는 경우, 홍수위는 하구둑의 운영에 더 많은 영향을 받게 된다. 이러한 감조하천구간의 설계홍수위를 산정할 때는 하구둑의 운영과 조위 조건을 모두 고려해야한다. 본 연구에서는 하구둑의 운영을 모의할 수 있는 부정류 계산모형을 개발하고 이를 낙동강에 적용하여 하구둑과 창녕함안보 구간에 대해 100년 빈도 계획홍수위를 산정하였다. 하구둑의 수문 운영 전략은 하구둑 직상류 수위가 외조위보다 낮거나 같을 경우 수문이 폐쇄되도록, 그 외의 경우에는 수위가 상승할수록 개도를 증가시키도록 수립되었다. 조위 시나리오로 가상조위를 부산 검조수위표의 4대 분조 조화분석 자료를 활용하여 생성하였다. 대조기와 소조기를 포함한 다양한 조위 조건과 매개변수를 달리한 여러 운영방안에 대해 100년 빈도 홍수사상을 모의하였다. 수문 운영 방안에 포함된 매개변수들과 조위 조건에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하여 매개변수들의 변화에 따른 계산결과들의 분석을 수행하고 모의 계산된 홍수위들로부터 100년 빈도 계획홍수위를 산정하였다.

Long-term use of inappropriate prosthesis often results in habitual closure or irregular mandibular movements. In that case, guide to the stable centric position is difficult. Therefore, by using a treatment denture, the muscles and TMJ should be stabilized and the jaw relation should be acquired with the treatment position. Compared to the conventional method, digital technology in fabrication complete denture has the advantage of reproducing a stable tooth arrangement in cases of difficult tooth alignment, minimizing laboratory errors and reducing denture fabrication time. Therefore, in this case, the final denture was fabricated by digitally reproducing the stable treatment position, vertical dimension, and lip support with a treatment denture, and satisfactory results were obtained.

세계적으로 관광시장 규모가 확대되면서 세계 경제에서 관광이 차지하는 위상 또한 높아지고 있다. 서울 관광 역시 단기간에 양적 성장을 이루었고, 외래 관광객 유치 규모 세계 7위이자 국제회의 개최 규모로는 3년 연속 세계 3위를 달성했다. 하지만 이러한 서울의 관광 산업 성장세에 비해 서울을 방문하는 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 한 모바일 애플리케이션은 한정적이며, 그마저도 사용률이 저조한 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해소하기 위해 외국인을 대상으로 다양한 편의 기능을 포함한 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하고 그 과정과 결과에 관해 서술하고 있다. 본 논문에서 서술하고 있는 모바일 애플리케이션에서는 카테고리별로 관광지, 식당, 숙박, 쇼핑 등의 정보를 제공하며 그 외에도 행사, 환율 정보와 번역, 지도, 길 찾기 기능을 제공하는 등 다양한 정보와 기능들을 하나의 애플리케이션에서 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있도록 통합 구현하였다.

올해로 상업 운전 10주년을 맞이한 고리 4호기는 영국의 원자력 전문지인 지가 95년 4월부터 96년 3월까지 1년간 전세계의 15만kW 이상 용량의 원자로 351기를 대상으로 조사한 운전 실적에서 이용률 100.0$\%$로 세계 1위를 기록, 지난 94년에 이어 두 번째로 이용률 세계 1위를 차지했다. 그 의의와 운영 경험을 들어본다.

남한강에는 4대강 사업으로 바닥 준설과 함께 3개의 보가 건설되었으며 이들의 영향으로 흐름 특성에 많은 변화가 발생하였다. 따라서 사업 이전 환경에 대해 개발된 수위-유량 관계식은 보의 배수위 영향과 준설로 변화된 단면 형상으로 인해 더 이상 사용할 수 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 보의 운영을 고려한 수위-유량 관계식을 개발하는 방법에 대해 제시하고 이를 남한강에 적용하여 강천보와 여주보 사이에 위치한 여주관측소 지점에 대해 개도별 수위-유량 관계식을 개발하였다. 수위, 유량 등의 흐름 특성은 보의 운영을 고려할 수 있는 부정류 계산모형에 의해 모의되었다. 2000년도에 발생한 홍수사상 중에서 규모가 다양한 10개 홍수사상을 선정하고 입력 자료를 구성하였으며, 이 중 5개는 관계식을 도출하는데, 나머지 5개는 검증하는데 사용하였다. 수위, 유량, 보의 개도 등은 매 시간 모의되었으며, 모의된 수위-유량 페어는 보의 개도에 따라 분류되었다. 이는 배수위 등의 영향으로 인해 수위와 유량이 고유한 관계를 갖지 못한다는 것을 의미하며 보의 개도를 고려해야만 정확한 관계식을 도출할 수 있다는 것을 뜻한다.
