운동 처방을 목적으로 보급되고 있는 많은 시스템들이 단순한 처방식과 외국의 통계데이터를 기반으로 구현되어 있어, 많은 경우 운동 처방사의 주관이나 경험에 의존하여 개인에게 맞는 정확한 운동 처방을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문화된 운동 능력 평가 및 처방 지식에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 개개인의 특성에 맞는 체계적인 운동 처방을 도출할 수 있는 운동 처방 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 현재 시범 운영중이며, 운동 처방에 관한 전문인력이 부족한 중소규모의 체육 시설에서도 객관적이고 전문적인 운동 처방 서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

축산물의 항생제 잔류와 내성균의 출현 등으로 동물약품 안전사용에 대한 국민적 관심이 증가하여 축산 식품의 안전성 향상과 항생제 내성 문제의 해결을 위하여 농림수산식품부 및 보건복지부를 비롯한 관련 정부 부처와 소비자단체의 노력의 결실로 2007년 12월 6개 관련부처는 "국가항생제내성관리종합대책"을 수립하여 수의사처방제의 시행을 권고한 바 있으며, 농림수산식품부에서는 2008년 7월에 "식품안전종합대책"을 통하여 2011년부터 "수의사처방제"를 도입하겠다고 정책을 발표하였다. 지난 7월 12일에는 수의사처방제의 도입을 위한 입법과정의 일환으로 심재철의원의 주관 하에 각계 대표가 참가한 상태에서 국회에서 토론회가 개최되어 각계의 의견수렴의 과정을 거쳤다. 농림수산식품부와 대한수의사회는 수의사처방제의 2011년 도입을 목표로 입법화과정과 사전 준비를 추진하고 있다. 본 연제에서는 항생제를 비롯한 동물용 의약품에 오염되지 않은 안전한 축산물을 공급하여 국민보건 향상에 기여하기 위한 수의사처방제의 도입에 따른 준비를 위하여, 2009년도 농림수산식품부의 용역연구의 결과 중 (1) 우리나라 소 진료 분야 종사 수의사 실태 및 수의사 처방제 도입 시 필요한 소 진료전문수의사 적정 인원 수 예측, (2) 소 진료전문수의사 양성 방안 및 수의사의 질 향상 유지를 위한 재교육 방안, (3) 우리나라의 소 진료 임상체계 개편 및 국가 동물질병 방역정책과 유기적 연계 방안을 요약 정리하였다. 그리고 본 연제는 소 진료전문수의사들이 수의사처방제 추진과정을 이해함으로서 향후 추진될 수의사처방제에 대하여 능동적으로 대처하고 수의사처방제의 추진 과정에서 생길 수 있는 부작용을 최소화하기 위하여 수의사들에게 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Recently, mental patients are increasing by secondary gain, that is, purpose for avoiding a military service as the social prejudice about mental disease decreases. In particular, it is unique diagnostic tool to a patient's subjective symptoms complaint and a doctor's special judgment, in occasion of psychiatry problem that an objective diagnostic tool does not exist. In this paper, we provide an objective basis to help in a quick decision-making of discharging from military service using the datamining, that analyzes mental patient's prescription to find a special rule. Therefore, we propose the decision support system of discharging from service using the analysis of mental patient's prescription.

The current study attempted to develop and operate an exercise prescription expert system based on cloud computing. Recently, concerns on health are increasing due to the development of healthcare technology, increased life expectancy, and enhanced concerns on the body figure and wellbeing among Koreans. This trend pushes up the demand for the personal trainers and exercise specialists. However, supply of the exercise specialists are less than the demand. This study tries to develop exercise prescription system, aggregate diverse data, develop artificial intelligence rule, and operate exercise prescription expert system and education system. This system may assist training exercise professionals by replacing off-line training programs into on-line training programs. Further researches are recommended to connect diverse IoT devices and big data.

인터넷이 널리 보급됨에 따라 인터넷상에서 사용 가능한 의료 진단 전문가시스템은 그 중요성이 더 커지고 있다. 인터넷만 사용 가능하면 어디서든지 전문가 시스템에 접근하여 일반인이 질병을 손쉽게 진단할 수 있음은 물론 전문가의 처방도 효과적으로 보조할 수 있다. 그러나 전문가 시스템의 개발은 지식의 전문가가 아닌 시스템의 전문가에 의해서 이루어진다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 지식의 전문가가 시스템에 대한 전문적인 지식 없이도 인터넷 상에서 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 손쉽게 전문가 시스템을 구축할 수 있는 전문가 시스템 개발을 위한 시각적 도구를 설계하고 구현한다. 개발된 도구는 Jess와 Java를 사용해 개발되었으며 따라서 플랫폼에 독립되어 사용될 수 있다.

처방전달시스템은 처방의 수행은 의사가, 그에 따른 의약품조제는 약사가 수행함으로써 의약품의 오․남용을 방지하기 위한 의약분업의 실시에 따른 국민불편의 최소화와 약화사고에 따른 인증문제 등을 지원하기 위한 정보시스템이다. 처방전달시스템은 환자 개인정보의 허용된 범위 내에서의 공유와 공유를 위한 각종 개인정보 보호장치, 처방의 안전한 전달을 위한 내용의 비밀보장과 위변조방지 및 송신자와 수신자의 인증을 위한 장치가 필수적으로 필요하다. 또한 자료의 생명주기 측면에서 본다면, 처방전의 생성은 병․의원에서 이루어지며 소멸은 약국 및 환자에의해 이루어진다. 자료의 유통과정에 살펴보면 처방전달시스템의 주요성공요인은 정보의 생산자인 병․의원(의사)의 적극적인 정보제공의지와 이를 지원하는 편리한 정보시스템의 구축이라고 할 수 있다. 정보의 생산자인 병․의원 정보시스템 환경은 다양하고 복잡하기 때문에 기존의 애플리케이션을 이용하면서 처방의 전송을 위해서는 기존 애플리케이션 및 플랫폼에 독립적이며 자료의 적합한 취합과 통합이 가능하도록 지원하는 시스템이 필요하다. 처방전달 메시징시스템은 이러한 복합적인 정보시스템 환경을 지원하며 동시에 처방정보의 안전한 전달을 위해 플랫폼으로 실행될 수 있는 시스템을 말한다. 또한 처방의 비교적 짧은 생명주기와 지역적 생산, 유통구조를 적합하게 지원하기 위해 지역별 독립시스템의 구축과 공통정보 활용을 위한 중앙시스템과의 역할분담 모델에 근거한 분산시스템의 구축이 요구된다. 본 연구에서의 처방전달 메시징시스템은 일반적인 메시지서비스의 특성을 기본으로 자료전달을 위해 자료 암호화와 복호화, 송신자와 수신자에 대한 인증 및 자료접근 제한기능을 제공하며 각 클라이언트와 서버간의 실시간 연결 혹은 지연연결을 지원하는 독립적인 애플리케이션이다. 이러한 처방전달 메시징시스템을 구성하는 각 요소에 대해 정의하고 개념적 모델을 설계하고자 한다.에게 청구되며, 소비자에게 전송 되는 청구서는 사용자DB를 참조하여 사용자가 미리 정의한 원하는 형태로 변환되어 전달되며, 필요시 암호화 과정을 거치는 것이 가능해야 한다. 전송된 청구서는 전자우편의 경우, 암호해독이 가능한 전용 브라우저를 통해 열람 되며, 이는 다시 전용 브라우저를 통해 지불인증이 승인되어 청구 제시서버에게 전송된다. EBPP 시스템의 제어 흐름은 크게 기업이 청구 정보를 소비자에게 제시하는 흐름과 소비자의 지불 승인으로 인해 기업이 은행에 지불을 요구하는 흐름으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 통합 청구서버 및 정구 제시서버의 역할 및 구성 요소들에 대해 서술하고, EBPP 시스템과 연동하여야 하는 메일 서버와의 상호 작용에 대해 서술할 것이다. 본 시스템을 아직 구현이 되지 않은 관계로 시스템의 성능 등의 수치적 결과를 제시할 수 없는 상태다., 취약계층을 위한 일차의료, 의약관리), ${\circled}2$ 보건소 조직 개편 및 민간의료기관과 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. 전문가 시스템은 진단, 교육, 해석, 계획, 예측, 처방, 제어 등 지식의 거의 모든 분야에 적용되어 오고 있으며, 의료 분야에서도 의사의 진단과 처방을 보조하기 위해서 의료 전문가 시스템이 다양한 질환에 대해서 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 인터넷에서 사용할 수 있는 전문가 시스템의 개발은 미흡하다. 웹 상에서의 의료 전문가 시스템은 의사가 없는 지역에서는 의사의 기능을 대신할 수 있으며 병원에서도 웹을 통하여 손쉽게 전문적인 의료정보에 접근한 수 있는 점에서 그 필요성이 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 Java로 개발된 전문가 시스템 쉘 JESS를 사용해 웹 상에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 소화기 질환의 의료 전문가시스템을 개발한다.

There has been an increase in rigid gas permeable contact lens prescription by the optometrists in Korea since 1995. Therefore, the aim of our study was to find out which equipment is needed for adequate RGP contact lens prescription and the level of the clinical knowledge that they have and the level of education for the patient, to seize about the extended lens education programmes for the Korean optometrist. Also, we tried to figure out the problem that they had in the RGP contact lens prescription, to develope the educational programs for students and to improve legal uncertainties, through this research. The result came out with the following through questionnaires of 400 male and female opticians who is in clinical field. The distributions of respondents are 270 male (67.5%), 130 female (32.5%), and 356 optometry major (89%). We found out the optometry-majored people had faster clinical lens prescriptions (p=0.000), 72.5% of opticians prescribe the RGP-Lenses, and 27.5% do not because of laking in experience (P=0.000). They responded that they need slit-lamp, button lamp, fluorescein dry paper, and etc,for prescription or fitting test. In regular-check-up (Follow-up), the result came out very low by 83% of respondents who are not getting it regularly. And 83.5% (334 people) of them wanted to have those Extended Educational Programs and also the Clinical Education Programs.

This study aims to organize the pharmacological component of native chicken(NC) by analyzing the bill presented in traditional medicine NC relevant literature. And the analyze the heterogeneity and the common prescription of chicken that a variety of traditional technologies to existing treatment books private data to organize information about the scientific verification. After the analysis by building a DB and want a prescription to traditional book, herbal medicine usability throughout the assessment of the special treatment provided the basis for further product and a variety of functional food development. This study analyzes the chicken-related prescription shown in the literature summarized by standing tradition deliberate aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of native chickens. This study is to establish the analysis and separated by organized to establish a database on the basis of prescription and mixed herbs in a variety of functional foods developed through usability evaluation methods of treatment. Therefore, the management systems of native chickens related to lack of knowledge and information to foster the continued expansion and specialized training and knowledge of the future growth engine industry through the added value of cultural projects of national knowledge resources. Finally, convergence research and evaluate the usefulness of native chickens through interdisciplinary research systems, and practical measures of functional foods and alternative medicine are presented as well.
