Purpose: As a part of analysis of home-based cancer patients management of public health centers, regional cancer center, and hospice institution in Jeju, this study was undertaken to establish their role. Methods: We investigated current status of hospice palliative care, especially home-based cancer patients management and summary demand of public health centers. Results: Services provided through the home-based cancer patients management project included physical, emotional, spiritual and education/informative services, even though there was little difference between them. The result showed that in the view of patients there was little relationship between public health centers, regional cancer center and hospice palliative institution. Conclusion: The relationship between home-based cancer patients management and institutions should be reinforced. Patients in acute state and difficulty care of patients should be referred to regional cancer center whereas maintenance state of patients should be referred to public health center.

과학기술분야 전문학술지의 학술논문 투고와 심사처리 전과정에 대한 영문전용 웹기반 시스템을 설계하기 위하여 국내외의 대표적인 사례로 Elsevier Editorial System과 KISTI-ACOMS를 조사하고 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 해양과학기술분야 전문학술지 Ocean Science Journal에 적용할 수 있는 웹기반 논문투고심사시스템이 구현되었다. 웹기반 시스템은 기존의 오프라인 논문심사과정에서 야기되는 복잡한 원고관리, 심사기간의 지연과 원고분실 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 e-journal 전자출판의 기반이 자연스럽게 조성되어 효율적이고 신속한 학술정보 유통환경이 구축된다. 이러한 시스템의 개발과 활용은 과학기술분야 전문학술지의 수준제고 및 국제화 과정에 크게 기여할 것이다.

본 논문의 목적은 대용량의 디지털저작물을 저장하는 웹기반의 교육전문전자도서관을 구축하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 요소중의 하나로써 고려되어지고 있는 저장구조를 설계하는데 있어서 이용자의 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 관리자의 효율적인 관리 서비스제공자에 있어서 저장장치에 대한 경제성 등을 기준으로 가장 적절한 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 가장 일반적인 방법인 버스부착형방식과 NAS에 대한 장, 단점을 분석하고 이에 대한 새로운 대안으로서 제시되고 있는 SAN방식에 대한 특징을 파악하여 교육전문 전자도서관과 같은 대용량의 디지털데이터를 저장해야 하는 대용량저장시스템에 있어서 가장 효율적인 저장구조 방식을 제시한다. 즉. 서버와 저장장치사이의 I/O처리속도, 관리의 용이성, 경제성 등의 저장구조방식을 선택하는데 있어서 중요한 요소들을 기준으로 하여 실제 시스템을 구현하여 이를 직접 실험을 통하여 측정하여 보았다.

방사선 종양학과에 근무하는 방사선사는 암 환자 치료를 위해 의학의 전문적인 지식 습득, 고도로 향상된 의료 기술 그리고 방사선 치료 시 환자 응대에 대한 부담감으로 전문직인으로서 많은 스트레스를 받게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 서울, 경기에 근무하는 방사선 종양학과 방사선사를 대상으로 배경 변인에 따라 조직 효과성과 직무 스트레스를 파악하고,부서안에서 파트별 직무 분석을 통해 감정 노동에 대해 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 향 후 방사선 종양학과 방사선사의 직무에 따라 조직 문화를 관리할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하여 직무 스트레스가 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향의 정도를 규명함으로써 효율적인 인력 관리 및 조직 관리 방안을 모색하기 위함이다.

The Environment - friendly construction industry has developed rapidly with sustained development of related technologies and government assistance. However, there is lack of consideration for nurturing professional manpower for Environment - friendly construction industry. In order to support rapid growth, it is necessary to analyze the competency of professional manpower to prepare for successful Environment - friendly construction industry. Thus, this research derive competency variables through the literature review and experts' interview was applied toward an validating of the key variables. Further, a survey of competency factors for sustainable construction was performed and analyzed through exploratory factor analysis. The result showed that four key competency factors were derived, and two factors stood out : Understanding of Sustainability and Affective Competency. The meaning of this research is to investigate relationship between the characteristics of Environment - friendly construction and importance of competency factor.

본 연구에서는 새만금 유역을 대상으로 오염물질 배출상황을 보다 세부적인 수계의 분포에 따라 정량적으로 분석하고, 분석결과를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는, 지리정보시스템을 이용한 오염총량 관리시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 (1) GIS 기반의 배출부하 데이터베이스를 구축하며, 배출부하량 및 세부적인 수계별 분포를 확인할 수 있는 검색 모듈과 (2) 자정계수와 유달거리로 구성된 유달함수를 통하여 유달부하 데이터베이스를 생성하는 모듈, 그리고 (3) 저류형, 침투형, 식생형, 장치/하수처리형 등의 비점오염 저감시설을 유역 말단에 설치하였을 경우, 소유역 및 새만금 유역전체를 대상으로 부하량 저감효과 및 삭감률이 계산 가능한 모듈로 구성되었다. 따라서 전문적인 지식이 없는 사용자도 결과의 판독이 가능하며, 대상유역의 부하량 분석 및 저감시설에 따른 부하량 예측을 통하여 수질정책 수립에 매우 유용한 도구로 사용되도록 하였다. 차후의 연구에서는 본 시스템과 수문/수질모델링시스템을 연계하여 종합적인 수질정보 및 수질관리를 위한 통합관리시스템의 지원이 가능하도록 할 예정이다.

정보의 중요성이 날로 부각되고 인터넷 사용인구가 급격히 증가함에 따라 국내에서도 정보검색에 대한 관심이 크게 높아지고 있다. 여기에 PC의 보급이 일반화되어 사무실이나 가정에서 쉽게 온라인에 접속하여 정보검색을 할 수 있게 됨에 따라 정보검색이 일부 전문가들의 영역을 벗어나 일반인들 사이로 확산되고 있다. 이제는 정보검색을 전문적인 기능으로 국가에서 관리하는 방안을 검토할 때이다. 전문 검색인의 발굴 및 평가 체제를 일본의 사례를 통해 알아보자.

This paper investigated the perceived criticalities and patterns of Korean Professional Engineer's competency regarding the working activities of automative product development, manufacturing, etc by using questionnaires responded to the survey which were applied to the automotive professors, experts and professional engineers (vocational parties) by e/mail, etc. This research investigated the following questions: First, what are the characteristic patterns, relevancy and perceived criticalities of Korean Professional Engineer's competencies? Second, What are the ranked priority of the Korean Professional Engineers' competencies? Are there any differency for each item, sub group of job, intelectual criterior of the competencies between relevancy and perceived criticalities according to the types of vocational parties, etc.? Accoring to the results; first, Professor group showed highest points among 3 groups per each item of the competencies by vocational parties Second, Chassis design group ranked top position among the 8 sub groups by vocational parties and, third, Problem Solving Knowledge ranked highest points than any others. Korean Professional Engineers are found to be positioned as key members, leaders and managers on surveying market, product planning, designing product & components, developing component parts, establishing shop with production equipment, managing quality control & material handling, organizing relevant meetings, developing human resources by training and learning, to back up finance with law matters, cooperating with concerned parties to achieve organizational goals, and to coordinate projects. etc, identifying ethical issues and business skills in order to survive and win to be competitive in various kinds of the automotive industry battle fields.
