In this research, we analyzed empirically whether the valuation and compensation factor being moderating variable played the role of adjuster between KMS adoption factor(organizational factor, knowledge Informational factor, user factor) and business performance. The results of this research are as follows. First, The valuation and compensation factor affects the usage of KMS in case of organization's flexibility, trust, suitability of knowledge, degree of functional provision and perceived benefit. But it does not affect the usage of KMS in case of easiness of usage and user expertise. Second, The valuation and compensation factor affects the user's satisfaction of KMS in case of organization's flexibility, trust, degree of functional provision and user expertise. But it does not affect the user's satisfaction of KMS in case of suitability of knowledge, easiness of usage and perceived benefit.

This study explores what are the factors which influence the perception of press professionalism and fairness of journalist in the process of their news production. This study focused on how the difference between mainstream media and online media, the political tendency and the degree of freedom during working effected on the judgement of the freedom of press based on the model of Shoemaker and Reese' hierarchical model. As a result, Research finding is as follows: First, online media journalist evaluated the fairness of press higher than offline media journalists. Second, the consistency of political tendency of offline media is different from online media. Online media journalists evaluated the fairness of the press higher than offline media journalists. Finally, the degree of freedom during performance is the most importance factor which affects the evaluation of press fairness. This study highlights the factors which influence the perception of journalists on the quality of the press based on the survey data which have conducted by Korean press foundation This study implicates how working environment is importance in journalist's writing as a journalist. The freedom of press is very important in the process of news production because the factors which influence the evaluation of the fairness and the professionalism of press reveals the quality of press.

본 논문에서는 순찰로봇이 도시 환경을 주행하는 경우에 대하여 CPTED 및 문헌 연구를 통해 순찰 경로를 선정하였으며, 발생 가능한 위험 요소에 대한 위험성평가를 실시하였다. 로봇과 함께 도보를 사용하는 시민은 로봇에 대한 전문성이 부족하며, 위험에 대한 인식이 부족하고 또한 도시환경의 경우 돌발적 상황 및 환경관리의 어려움이 존재한다. 현재 순찰로봇 안전평가를 하기 위하여 순찰로봇과 관련된 기업들은 ISO 13482 국제표준을 사용하고 있다. 이는 개인 서비스 로봇의 안전 관련 국제 표준이며 순찰로봇의 특징과 주행환경의 특성을 고려한 안전기준에 대한 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단하였다. 순찰로봇이 주행하면서 발생할 수 있는 위험요인과 안전관리에 관한 연구가 부족하여, 순찰로봇의 안전성 확보를 위한 초기연구 목적으로 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the productivity of elderly employees over 60 years old and to analyze factors that directly or indirectly affect the productivity of elderly employees, based on empirical facts of HR managers. As a result, the factors that have a positive effect on the productivity of elderly employees were attitude and professionalism. The decline in physical capacity due to aging was recognized as a key factor that negatively affected the productivity evaluation of elderly employees. Among the management strategies to improve the work performance, it has been shown that work placement or job redesign according to physical competency contributes to improving the productivity of elderly employees. Also, providing safety education and communication opportunities among workers has a positive effect on productivity improvement. The results of this study suggest that it is important to improve worker productivity by arranging older workers' work experience to be able to demonstrate their accumulated career and expertise and to create a working environment that takes into account physical competence.

The author thought about how to explain visual functions in an easy-to-understand way to customers visiting the optical shops and provide easy customer consultation, and attempted to evaluate the usability and value of the educational webtoon for patient consultation by applying it to the optical shops's visitors. Survey study was conducted targeting 152 customers who visited optical shops A in Incheon from January to December 2023. In this study, consultation was conducted using educational webtoons to help the general public understand concepts that are difficult to understand, such as binocular vision function, the concept of heterophoria, prism lenses, and binocular balance. The areas of 'understanding', 'interest', 'usability', 'necessity', and 'expression of expertise' felt by the visitors who received counseling were scored and evaluated, and differences according to counseling method were evaluated using an independent sample t-test. Statistical verification was performed. When the optometrist only explained verbally, the score distribution was relatively low: 1.96 points for understanding, 2.06 points for interest, 2.96 points for usability, 4.20 points for necessity, and 3.19 points for expertise. When the optometrist provided explanations along with the book, understanding was 4.14 points, interest was 3.28 points, usability was 3.60 points, necessity was 4.17 points, and expertise was 3.55 points. When the optometrist explained with a webtoon, understanding was 4.57 points, interest was 4.96 points, usability was 4.18 points, necessity was 4.65 points, and expertise was 3.15 points. When explanations were given only verbally, all items showed the lowest scores, whereas consultations using webtoons showed 4 points or more (excellent) in all items except the 'expression of expertise' item. It is evaluated that actively using webtoons in various consultation situations that occur in optical shops will help increase customer interest and concentration.

This research has its objective in searching for a management plan that is stronger than existing plan for the regional development project in time for the execution of "Regulations on Regional Development and Support". Accordingly, the following plans for improvement are suggested to make improvements in lack of regional development projects management awareness; absence of integrated management system; and lack of reliability in project management information. Firstly, the management of regional development project needs to be operated as a system for project evaluation management based on related legislations. Secondly, various information of regional development project should construct a database, which becomes an information system that can be utilized by the central government and regional governing organizations. Third, to promote efficiency in regional development project management and expertise, it is necessary to prepare a project management system utilizing professional outsourcing organizations and such. Lastly, it is necessary to improve the work environment to enhance the expertise and the responsibilities of those government officials in charge of the project.

This is an exploratory study to verify the impact of applying SNS to lecture on the professor trust and students achievement. The subject of the study is two groups which consist of SNS applied class and the group using legacy online class supporting system and the contents, material, activities of class are same. We verified the differences between two groups with the professor trust divided into 4 constructs such as intimacy, expertise, teaching ability, leadership based on the literature review and students achievement classified into midterm and final. The results shows that intimacy and final evaluation are statistically significant between two groups.

오늘날 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질은 의료기기의 성능과 안전성을 좌우하는 중요한 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 국내의 경우, 의료기기에 대해서는 안전성 및 유효성 심사를 통한 허가 업무를 수행하고 있으나 소프트웨어를 수반하는 의료기기에 대해서는 아직 시험 인증체계가 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이로 인해, 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질저하로 의료 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발할 수 있는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 의료용 소프트웨어에 대한 질적인 품질을 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구가 그 동안 미흡하여 전문성과 안전성을 요구하는 의료용 소프트웨어에 대한 평가가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 개발된 의료용 소프트웨어 시험모듈을 활용한 시험 사례를 구축하고 인증과 관련된 문서체계를 구축하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험 인증 과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) has been regarded as an indication of science teachers' professionalism. The purpose of this study was to analyze topic-specific PCK of pre-service and in-service science teachers, comparatively. For this purpose, we developed an analytic framework for explicitly documenting science teacher' PCK and applied the framework for analyzing the difference within the same topic and with two different topics. Findings are as follows: (1) With the same topic, there was considerable difference between pre-service and in-service teachers in the components of PCK, not to mention individual difference. (2) In case of two different topics, we did not recognize a tendency of change in PCK, but remarkable differences in PCK were identified between two different topics. This study affirmed the topic specificity of PCK, and discussed a possibility of employing PCK analytic framework and its profile as one of the tools that could be used to develop and assess teachers' professionalism.

In this study, we analyzed secondary science teachers' needs for mentoring programs improving their professionalism in science-gifted education. A survey was administered to 111 teachers who had experience in teaching science-gifted secondary students in Seoul. Analyses of the results indicated that most teachers needed the mentors' support in science content knowledge, knowledge of beliefs about science-gifted education, knowledge of science-gifted students, knowledge of instructional strategies for science-gifted education, knowledge of curriculum for science-gifted education, knowledge of assessment in science-gifted education, and knowledge of external factors influencing in implementing science-gifted education. Most teachers, especially having the perceptions of lower levels of professionalism, relatively needed more mentors' support in the knowledge of the instructional strategies for science-gifted education and the knowledge of assessment in science-gifted education. Most teachers wanted the mentors' supports for all subcategories of professionalism at the planning stage of the classes, and some did the support for some subcategories at the performance stage and the reflection-evaluation stage of the classes. They also relatively wanted more mentors' support for all subcategories of professionalism through lectures and/or group discussions, some did the support through face-to-face interviews and/or real-time or non real-time online interviews. They variously responded in the suitable ratio of mentors and mentees, and perceived positively the qualities required to mentor as well as the necessary factors for the effective use of mentoring.
