본 연구는 국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과에 진학한 학생들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시함으로써 전공 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인(개인 요인, 가정 요인, 고등학교 요인, 대학교 요인, 사회 요인)을 통계적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 요인과 사회 요인이 전문대학교 문헌정보과 전공 선택에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 사회 요인보다 개인 요인이 전문대학교 문헌정보과 전공 선택에 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인 요인은 전문대학교 문헌정보과 전공 선택에 유의미한 정적(+)인 영향을 주는 반면에 사회 요인은 전문대학교 문헌정보과 전공 선택에 유의미한 부적(-)인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과들이 대학입학자원의 감소에 대비하기 위한 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives: This study presented the case of a 49-year-old Korean female with phantom limb pain after below right knee amputation and aimed to assess the effectiveness of Korean medicine treatment. Methods: The patient was treated with scalp acupuncture, electroacupuncture and herbal medicine. We executed a numerical rating scale (NRS), conducted a global assessment (G/A), administrated a Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire 2 (SF-MPQ-2) and measured total daily sleep time to evaluate symptom improvement. Results: The patient's G/A scores decreased from 10 to 2 and SF-MPQ-2 points decreased from 20 to 6 after treatment. The total daily sleep time did not changed due to anxiety. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean medicine treatment could be effective in treating phantom limb pain after amputation. Further studies are needed.

■ Objectives The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the effect of Korean Medical Treatment on a 79 years old Korean female with shoulder pain after stroke. ■ Methods She was treated with moxibustion, acupuncture, electroacupuncture and herbal medicine. We evaluated the improvement by Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) of shoulder pain and frequency of awakening due to shoulder pain ■ Results After 24 Days, total score of NRS was decreased from 7 to 2.1. Average sleep time was increased and waking up due to shoulder pain was decreased during the night. ■ Conclusions This study suggests that Korean medical treatment, especially Moxibustion could be effective to reduce shoulder pain and alleviate sleep disturbance. Further studies are needed.

■ Objectives The purpose of this case report is to show the effect of korean medicine on a progressive supranuclear palsy patient with gait disturbance and dizziness. ■ Methods A patient with gait disturbance and dizziness diagnosed as progressive supranuclear palsy was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion. The period of admission is 16 days and we evauated the improvements of symptoms by the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) and Global Assessment(G/A). ■ Results After taking Modified Bosimhwan andbeing treated by acupuncture therapy, improvements of gait disturbance and dizziness are observed. ■ Conclusion This case report proved the effect of Korean medicine on progressive supranuclear palsy.

Total scalp irradiation is a challenging treatment because of unique concave target volume and difficulty with bolus applying. There are few reports about bolus applying methods to the entire scalp in detail. Application of conventional bolus (wax or superflab) is widely used, and it is considered effective. However, the curvature and irregularity of the scalp can produce significant air gap, resulting in inadequate radiation dose distribution. We describe a new method to applying the bolus to the entire scalp. We sutured 1 cm thickness superflab bolus on the thermoplastic mask using cotton string. This method can reduce the air gap between the bolus and scalp and be reproducible.

Objectives To determine the evidence of effectiveness and safety of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) with meridian and acupoint theory for knee osteoarthritis. Methods By March 3, 2021, five foreign electronic databases and six Korean medical electronic databases were reviewed with the key words 'extracorporeal shock wave' and '(acupoint OR acupuncture point)'. This key words was set up to increase the sensitivity of the search. After the search, knee osteoarthritis study was selected based on the title and abstract and then included after full-texts were read. Results Five randomized controlled trials were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of three studies showed positive results for the using ESWT with meridian and acupoint theory for knee osteoarthritis compared with the control group on efficancy rate, visual analog scale and lysholm knee score. but there remains a conundrum regarding the safety of ESWT in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Conclusions Most of studies showed ESWT with meridian and acupoint theory were statistically effective to knee osteoarthritis. However there are limitations that the number of selected studies was small, risk of bias was unclear. So use of ESWT with meridian and acupoint theory for knee arthritis has limited evidence compared to usual care.

The purpose of this study is to report on the clinical improvement of a patient treated with Korean medicine for Post COVID-19 syndrome. A 52-year-old male patient with headache and chronic fatigue was diagnosed with post-acute COVID-19 syndrome. He had clinical symptoms such as headache, sweating, fatigue, and insomnia and was treated with acupuncture and herbal medicines such as Sasammaekmoondong-tang. To assess the treatment outcomes, the authors used the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) and the Numeral Rating Scale (NRS). Following treatment, fatigue improved, with the FSS score dropping from 48 at the first visit to 18 at the final visit, and clinical symptoms such as headache and insomnia disappeared. According to the findings of this study, Korean Medicine could be used in the clinic to treat post-COVID-19 complications.

Extranodal intraoral Hodgkin lymphoma is not common. We report the case of a 78-year-old male patient with ulcer of the mandibular oral mucosa that was not cured for about 3 weeks. In biopsy and histopathologic examination, it was found to be extranodal intraoral Hodgkin lymphoma. Early diagnosis of oral lesions led to early detection of lesions of the opposite neck lymph node in an additional PET-CT scan. We report this case and review relevant literature.

본 논문에서는 제조산업의 제품 품질검사의 자동화를 위한 딥러닝 기법을 제안하고 모델의 성능 최적화를 위한 특징 추출 필터의 크기를 비교한다. 이미지 특징을 자동 추출할 수 있는 CNN을 사용하여 전문인력 없이 제품의 표면 결함을 검출하고 제품의 적합성을 판단할 수 있는 이미지 처리 알고리즘을 구축하고 산업 현장에 적용하기 위한 검증 지표로 검출 정확도와 연산속도를 측정하여 결함 검출 알고리즘의 성능을 확인한다. 또한 연산량에 따른 성능 비교를 위해 필터의 크기에 따른 CNN의 성능을 비교하여 결함 검출 알고리즘의 성능을 최적화한다. 본 논문에서는 커널의 크기를 다르게 적용했을 때 빠른 연산으로 높은 정확도의 검출 결과를 얻었다.
