TML 방법에 의한 우주환경에서의 인공위성 부품 탈기체 특성에 관한 연구

  • 과학위성 1호에는 위성의 임무를 수행하기 위하여 광학계, 구조부, 및 전자부 등 여러가지 부품들이 실장되는데, 그 중 전자부의 가장 중요한 부품 중의 하나인 인쇄회로기판(Printed Circuit Board, PCB)의 우주환경에서의 특성 대해서 논의하고자 한다. Solder Resistor(Solder Mask)의 화학성분이 위성체가 작동하는 우주환경에서 위성체 임무수행 시 발생할 수 있는 out-gassing으로 인해 위성체가 본연의 임무 실패라는 결과를 초래할 수 있다 NASA 및 ESA의 Out-gassing에 관한 규정과 TRW에 의한 KOMSAT에 사용된 재료의 진공상태의 Outgassing에 관한 내용에 의하면, 재료의 진공상태와 Out-gassing은 America Society for Testing and Materials에서 제시한 ASTM E959 기준에 따라 제작된다. 일반적으로 우주 환경에서 광학계나 전자부의 원활한 동작을 위해서는 인쇄 회로 기판의 총 질량손실(Total Mass Loss, TML)은 1.00%을 넘지 말아야 하며, 휘발성 응축 질량 (Collected Volatile Condensable Mass, CVCM)은 0.1% 미만이어야 한다. Total Mass Loss(TML) 방법은 대기중에서 측정한 질량과 진공 조건에서 변화되는 질량을 측정함으로써 진공조건에서의 탈기체 특성을 측정하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 Solder Resistor(Solder Mask)의 탈기체 측정을 위한 진공챔버의 측정방법 및 진공 형성 과정을 기술하고 실제 과학위성1호에 장착될 시료를 예로 들어 인쇄회로기판에 입힌 Solder Resistor(Solder Mask)가 우주환경인 진공상태에서 위성체 부품의 작동 시 발생할 수 있는 탈기체되는 정도를 질량의 변화분으로 측정하여 위성체가 우주 환경에서 본연의 임무를 안전하게 수행할 있는지를 검증하였다.부분이다.다.향을 해석하고 시뮬레이션 하였다.Device Controller)는 ECU로부터 명령어를 받아서 arm 및 safe 상태에 대한 텔리 메트리 데이터를 제공한다 그리고, SAR(Solar Array Regulator)는 ECU로부터 Bypass Relay 및 ARM Relay에 관한 명령어를 받아 수행되며 그에 따른 텔리 메트리 데이터를 제공한다. 마지막으로 EPS 소프트웨어를 검증하는 EPS Software Verification을 수행하였다 전력계 소프트웨어의 설계의 검증 부분은 현재 설계 제작된 전력계 .소프트웨어의 동작 특성 이 위성 의 전체 운용개념과 연계하여 전력계 소프트웨어가 전력계 및 위성체의 요구조건을 만족시키는지를 확인하는데 있다. 전력계 운용 소프트웨어는 배터리의 충ㆍ방전을 효율적으로 관리해 3년의 임무 기간동안 위성체에 전력을 공급할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다this hot-core has a mass of 10sR1 which i:s about an order of magnitude larger those obtained by previous studies.previous studies.업순서들의 상관관계를 고려하여 보다 개선된 해를 구하기 위한 연구가 요구된다. 또한, 준비작업비용을 발생시키는 작업장의 작업순서결정에 대해서도 연구를 행하여, 보완작업비용과 준비비용을 고려한 GMMAL 작업순서문제를 해결하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.로 이루어 져야 할 것이다.태를 보다 효율적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 대안이 마련되어져야 한다고 사료된다.$\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$표현$\lrcorner$의 성격과 형태를 외형상으로

  • The convergence of IT technology and marine facilities monitoring system is needed for effective monitoring systems to marine facilities. Especially the spread of smart device such as smart phone, smart pad, smart TV provide an environment that can check the status of the marine facility for marin facilities manager. However, smart phones and smart pads are used in a variety of OS used. Thus the monitoring system of the various service environments is difficult. In addition, There is inconvenience that must individually developed monitoring system for each device. In order to solve this problem NMMS (N-Screen Marine-facility Monitoring System) is proposed. NMMS is consist of Real-time monitoring system, Fault diagnosis system, Data storage system. To improve variety of smart devices accessibility, we use HTML 5. Through NMMS, marine facilities manager can use smart device such as PC, Notebook, smart phone, smart pad for marine facilities monitoring.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient and QoS-aware MAC scheduling algorithm for Bluetooth, which considers both throughput and delay performance of each Master-Slave pair in scheduling decisions, and thus, attempts to maximize overall performance. The proposed algorithm, MTDPP (Modified Throughput-Delay Priority Policy), makes up for the drawbacks of T-D PP (Throughput-Delay Priority Policy) proposed in [6] and improves the performance. Since Bluetooth employs a master-driven TDD based scheduling algorithm, which is basically operated with the Round Robin policy, many slots may be wasted by POLL or NULL packets when there is no data waiting for transmission in queues. To overcome this link wastage problem, several algorithms have been proposed. Among them, queue state-based priority policy and low power mode-based algorithm can perform with high throughput and reasonable fairness. However, their performances may depend on traffic characteristics, i.e., static or dynamic, and they require additional computational and signaling overheads. In order to tackle such problems, we propose a new scheduling algorithm. Performance of our proposed algorithm is evaluated with respect to throughput and delay. Simulation results show that overall performances can be improved by selecting suitable parameters of our algorithm.

DFT-spread OFDM Communication System for the Power Efficiency and Nonlinear Distortion in Underwater Communication (수중통신에서 비선형 왜곡과 전력효율을 위한 DFT-spread OFDM 통신 시스템)

  • Recently, the necessity of underwater communication and demand for transmitting and receiving various data such as voice or high resolution image data are increasing as well. The performance of underwater acoustic communication system is influenced by characteristics of the underwater communication channels. Especially, ISI(inter symbol interference) occurs because of delay spread according to multi-path and communication performance is degraded. In this paper, we study the OFDM technique to overcome the delay spread in underwater channel and by using CP, we compensate for delay spread. But PAPR which OFDM system has problem is very high. Therefore, we use DFT-spread OFDM method to avoid nonlinear distortion by high PAPR and to improve efficiency of amplifier. DFT-spread OFDM technique obtains high PAPR reduction effect because of each parallel data loads to all subcarrier by DFT spread processing before IFFT. In this paper, we show performance about delay spread through OFDM system and verify method that DFT spread OFDM is more suitable than OFDM for underwater communication. And we analyze performance according to two subcarrier mapping methods(Interleaved, Localized). Through the simulation results, performance of DFT spread OFDM is better about 5~6dB at $10^{-4}$ than OFDM. When compared to BER according to subcarrier mapping, Interleaved method is better about 3.5dB at $10^{-4}$ than Localized method.

Effects of Organic Passivation Films on Properties of Polymer Solar Cells with P3HT:PC61BM Active Layers (유기 패시베이션 박막이 P3HT:PC61BM 활성층을 갖는 고분자 태양전지의 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • It is required to improve the efficiency and the reliability of the polymer solar cells (PSCs) as the energy saving optical device for the future application of the smart farm facilities. In this study, we fabricated the bulk hetero junction PSCs with organic passivation film layer for the reliability improvement of the devices. The effects of the passivation layer on the electrical properties of the PSCs were studied. The materials of passivation layer are composed of poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) and ammonium dichromate, and the passivation films were fabricated by the spin coating method on the P3HT:$PC_{61}BM$/LiF/Al substrate. The prepared structure of the device is the glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:$PC_{61}BM$/LiF/Al/passivation layer. The performances of the PSCs with the organic passivation film showed better electrical properties compared with the PSCs without passivation layers. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) values of passivated PSCs decreased from 3.0 to 1.3% after air exposure for 140 hrs. In contrast, the PCE values for the devices without passivation decreased sharply from 3.5 to 0.1% under the same exposure condition.

  • A Frequency synthesizer for mobile-DTV applications is implemented using $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process with 1.8V supply. PMOS transistors are chosen for VCO core to reduce phase noise. The measurement result of VCO frequency range is 800MHz-1.67GHz using switchable inductors, capacitors and varactors. We use varactor bias technique for the improvement of VCO gain linearity, and the number of varactor biasing are minimized as two. VCO gain deterioration is also improved by using the varactor switching technique. The VCO gain and interval of VCO gain are maintained as low and improved using the VCO frequency calibration block. The sigma-delta modulator for fractional divider is designed by the co-simualtion method for accuracy and efficiency improvement. The VCO, PFD, CP and LF are verified by Cadence Spectre, and the sigma-delta modulator is simulated using Matlab Simulink, ModelSim and HSPICE. The power consumption of the frequency synthesizer is 18mW, and the VCO has 52.1% tuning range according to the VCO maximum output frequency. The VCO phase noise is lower than -100dBc/Hz at 1MHz at 1MHz offset for 1GHz, 1.5GHz, and 2GHz output frequencies.

CFD Analysis on the Hydro Turbine by the Existence of Blade Holes (블레이드 타공에 따른 수차의 유동해석)

  • Considering that most sewage treatment facilities have a water head of less than 2.0 m and a constant flow rate, the development of a small hydro power generation device capable of maintaining stable power generation and efficiency is urgently needed. In this study, a numerical analysis using the CFD code was carried out to develop a drag force type vertical axis hydro turbine for the improvement of the production efficiency of small-scale hydro energy underlow flow velocity conditions. The blade pressure changes and internal flows were analyzed in the presence or absence of hydro turbine blade holes at a flow velocity of less than 2.0 m/s. The pressure distribution of the hydro turbine blades with holes was found to be about 5.1 % lower than that of the hydro turbine blades without holes. The analysis of the internal flow around the water tank and hydro turbine blade revealed that the flow velocity varied with the vector distribution and that the flow velocity of the hydro turbine blades with holes was 5.6 % less than that of the hydro turbine blades without holes. It is believed that forming a hole in the blade may be helpful for its structural safety.

  • Weapon systems have been developed with high technology electronic equipment due to technology growth. In addition, the capital, operational and maintenance costs of weapon systems have all increased. However, cost of operation and maintenance for weapon systems has been decreased relatively compared to the increased capital cost of weapon systems. Therefore, the defense industry needs to research the life cycle cost of weapon systems that have high operational and maintenance costs. This paper focuses on maintenance equipment for the operation and maintenance of weapon systems. Recently, it seems that the weapon systems that have periodic calibration with maintenance equipment are valid. The equipment requires periodic calibration by the manufacturer to check its own validation. Basically, customers demand high reliability devices from foreign companies that have qualified in the global market. Therefore, the tools need to be calibrated overseas. In other words, weapon systems are not available when the equipment has to be calibrated overseas because the systems require validation with valid maintenance equipment. A purpose of this paper is to compare the loss costs that arise from the calibration of the equipment overseas and the purchasing cost of the tools. Finally, the research shows the number of equipment that customers need to minimize the cost. This research will help to improve the efficiency of operation of weapon systems and solve the problems associated with the need for maintenance overseas.

Using ZigBee (802.15.4) system base on Shor wireless communication protocol because of complement wireless of hospital. This system use ZigBee (802.15.4) system to get for electrocardiogram, blood pressure and pulse bio-sensors. This paper constructs Bio-Sensor communication monitoring system and transmission rate and the delay which it follows possibility and node occurrence rate of wireless sensor network construction hour transmission session it leads and it verifies the effectiveness.

A Study on the Evaluation of Potential Hydro-electric Power in North Korea (북한의 수력발전가능량 산정 및 평가에 대한 연구)

  • This study is to analyze and evaluate water resource development potential in North Korea. The study was conducted to analyze selected potential hydropower as an indicator to evaluate water resource development potential. Potential hydropower means theoretical value about the potential capacity of river. It is used to evaluate the amount of development through the hydropower generation. For calculating potential hydropower, monthly average and annual average of rainfall for each river basin were calculated by using the data of 27 rainfall stations in North Korea. As a result of the calculation of theoretical potential hydropower by rainfall in the seven major basins in North Korea, the Aprok River basin was analyzed to be the largest with $7,562.2{\times}10^3kW$. The efficiency and utilization rate of theoretical potential hydraulic power in South Korea and North Korea was 42.3% and 36.2%, respectively. The Daedong River basin's potential hydropower utilization rate is 12.3%, which is the lowest in North Korea. In the case of Daedong River basin, more than 40% of the total population is inhabited, so demand for water and electricity is expected to be the largest. Therefore, the Daedong River basin is considered as a priority area for water resource development. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for future water resource development projects and research activities in North Korea.
