Many efficient frequency sharing methods are issued in present because of increasing users with various wireless communication terminals. In the satellite communications, the service coverage is generally very wide so frequency sharing with terrestrial system is essentially needed, and the research is progressing dynamically related on this frequency sharing method. But if we adopt the terrestrial system which is commonly used, it can't avoid the interference from terrestrial service to satellite service. Therefore, this paper will introduce methods for reducing the interference from terrestrial station to earth station using cognitive radio system Satellite system is guaranteed with decreasing interference from terrestrial stations using Genetic Algorithm based power control method. Furthermore, terrestrial systems can have increased QoS because the frequency reuse factor in proposed method is higher than existing methods.

일반거주지역의 초고속 광가입자망 구축을 위해 B-PON(Broadband Passive optical network)시스템과 이를 위한 급전방안으로 공유급전이 고려되고 있다. 한곳의 Power-Node가 최대 32개의 ONU에 전력을 공급하기 위해서는 고 전위의 구동 source가 필요하게 된다. 고압실현을 위하여 검토되는 회로는 범용으로 사용되는 linear 방식보다는 SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply)방식의 소형경량화의 회로를 채택하며, 고 용량화에 수반되는 역률 문제를 보상하고, 고효율을 실현하여 전체시스템의 전력밀도의 극대화를 이루었다.

The necessary of research is proposed about sharing between networks of the fixed-satellite service using non-geostationary satellites and other networks of the fixed-satellite service, interference criteria and calculation methods for the fixed-satellite service because WRC-2000 make a decision that the frequency bands l1/14GHz and 20/30GHz are available to system in the fixed-satellite service employing satellite in both geostationary and non-geostationary orbits. In the paper, four methodologies attempting to derive continuous curves of korea satellite network EPFD(equivalent power flux density) are used.

스마트 그리스 환경이 구축되어 고객과 전력회사 간 양방향 서비스가 가능하게 되면 전력회사는 고객에게 IHD나 ESP를 통해 여러 전력 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 더불어 다양한 third party 서비스 업체들도 고객의 정보를 이용한 부가 가치 사업을 개발하여 서비스하게 될 텐데 이 경우 AMI 망을 통한 안전한 정보 공유를 위해 전력망에 대한 보안 정책이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 국내 실정에 맞는 AMI 기술 개발 및 안전한 운영을 위해 AMI 보안에 관하여 기본적인 요구사항을 분석하고 보안 기능을 설계한다.

현재 서부아프리카 지역의 경우, 대부분의 발전원은 수력과 화력에 의존하고 있으며 서부 아프리카경제공동체(ECOWAS) 15개 회원국의 전력수급률은 매우 낮은 수준일 뿐만 아니라 국가별 에너지 불균형 또한 심한 상태이다. 이에 서부 아프리카 전력공동체(WAPP)는 지역 간 에너지 불균형 해소 및 국가 간 전력망 연계를 위한 전력거래센터(ICC)의 구축을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문은 향후 WAPP ICC에서 본격적인 전력거래기능을 수행하기에 앞서 각 지역제어센터(CAC)의 전력 정보 수집, 분석 및 공유를 위한 자료연계 방안에 대해 서술하였으며 센터간의 자료연계를 위한 통신 프로토콜은 IEC 60870-6(ICCP) 프로토콜을 이용하였다.

In this paper, we propose an efficient resource allocation scheme for the integrated satellite/terrestrial networks. The proposed scheme is a frequency sharing technique to mitigate the inter-component interferences which can be generated between a satellite beam and terrestrial cells that are operated in the same frequency. The proposed dynamic resource allocation scheme can mitigate the total inter-component interference by optimizing the total transmission power and it can expect a result of which can lead to an increase in capacity. In such a system, the interference situation can be affected by the distributed traffic demands or up/down link communications environments. In this point of view, we evaluate the performance of the total consumed power, the amount of inter-component interference with respect to different traffic distributions and interference environments between the satellite beam and terrestrial systems.

DS/CDMA 시스템은 이동통신 시스템에서 다중경로, 고의적인 반방해 전파 및 동일대역폭을 공유하기 위한 다중 사용자에 의해 발생되는 협대역 간섭과 부가적인 백색가우시안 잡음을 제거한다. 본 논문에서는 다계층 퍼셉트론을 기반으로 한 역전파 신경망을 이용한 정합필터 채널 모델이 DS/CDMA 이동 통신 시스템에서 직접 순차 확산 스펙트럼의 협대역 간섭을 고려하면서 신호 대 잡음비와 전송 전력비에 따른 컴퓨터시뮬레이션 결과는 역전파 신경망을 이용한 정합 필터의 비트 에러율이 직접 순차 확산 스펙트럼의 RAKE 수신기의 비트 에러 율보다 적음을 입증하였다.

최근 지식경제부는 스마트그리드 구축을 통한 저탄소 녹색성장 기반 조성이라는 비전을 가지고, 국가단위 스마트그리드 구축을 위한 지능형 전력망, 소비자, 수송, 신재생, 서비스 등 5대 분야에 대한 로드맵을 포함하는 스마트그리드 국가로드맵을 확정했다. 이러한 스마트그리드의 국가적 비전을 공유하고 스마트그리드의 성공적 구축 및 정착을 위해 통신 사업자로서 KT에서는 기 보유된 통신인프라와 핵심 ICT 기술 역량을 활용하여 KT 스마트그리드 사업을 준비하고 있다. 본 고에서는 스마트그리드와 홈네트워크 동향을 살펴보고 KT의 스마트그리드 홈 서비스에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) 시스템은 국가중요기반망인 전력, 가스 등을 제어하기 위해 사용되어 왔다. 최근에는 기존의 폐쇄적인 통신 환경과 달리 외부망과 연결된 개방 통신 환경을 사용함에 따라 안전한 통신을 위한 암호화 기술이 연구되고 있다. 기존 시스템에 적용되고 있는 프로토콜들은 공유키를 갱신하기 위해 수동적으로 설정해야했다. 본 논문에서는 SCADA 시스템을 구성하는 Server와 RTU가 상호 인증하여 무리수 기반의 스트림 암호화 통신과 타임스탬프를 이용한 키 갱신 프로토콜을 제시하여 재사용공격과 가장공격이 불가능한 실시간 암호화통신 프로토콜을 연구하였다.
