The purposes of this study were (1) to investigate the important selection attributes of coffee brands and the relative positions of major coffee brands on the positioning map through similarities and preferences of coffee brands that customers perceive and (2) to provide Korean coffee brands with strategic information about how to differentiate themselves from existing competitors in the Chinese market. A total of 268 samples were used for data analysis that comprised frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ALSCAL, and regression analysis. The results showed that among 8 coffee brand selection attributes the most important was atmosphere, followed by cleanness and sanitary condition, and convenient location and transportation. Friendly service, taste of coffee, price and variety of menu were next and brand was the least important among 8 selection attributes. The results of positioning map showed that Maan Coffee was evaluated the highest iin atmosphere, cleanness and sanitary condition, and convenient location and transportation compared to other coffee brands. Marketing strategies for Korean coffee franchisers (Angel-in-us Coffee and Caffe Bene) were provided for successful repositioning in the Beijing coffee market.

Typical areas of recent changes in IT field is the progress of the Green & Smart IT. The primary purpose of this study is to establish information strategic planning for Green & Smart IT of government-supported research institutes. To this purpose, we developed the information strategic planning for Green & Smart IT environment based on the comprehensive analysis about the status of the related policy trends and relevant organizations' business. In particular, the establishment of information strategic planning was to target K research institute, a representative institute in the field of information analysis and distribution in Korea. And we developed implementation projects and long-term road-map for its effective and efficient promotion. Through the evaluation of priority testing based on their importance and viability of business to targe derived implementation projects, 12 critical implementation projects were selected. Then the target system and concrete action plan for each critical implementation project were presented. Based on the results of this study, we provide government-supported research institutes with useful implications for establishing a correct orientation for the introduction and promotion of Green & Smart IT in the future.

What is the term "intelligence information society", which is a term that has been continuously discussed recently? This means that the automation beyond the limits of human ability in the whole societies based on intelligent information technology is a universalized social future. In particular, it is a concept that minimizes human intervention and continuously pursues evolution to data (or big data) -based automation. For example, autonomous automation is constantly aiming at unmanned vehicles with artificial intelligence as a key element. However, until now, intelligent information research has focused on the intelligence itself and has made an effort to improve intelligence logic and replace human brain and intelligence. On the other hand, in order to replace the human labor force, we have continued to make efforts to replace workers with robots by analyzing the working principles of workers and developing optimized simple logic. This study proposes important strategies and directions to implement intelligent information education policy and intelligent information technology research strategy by suggesting access strategy, education method and detailed policy road map for intelligent information technology research strategy and educational service. In particular, we propose a phased approach to intelligent information education such as basic intelligence education, intelligent content education, and intelligent application education. In addition, we propose education policy plan for the improvement of intelligent information technology, intelligent education contents, and intelligent education system as an important factor for success and failure of the 4th industrial revolution, which is centered on intelligence and automation.

The National Library for the Disabled was upgraded to a primary affiliated organization of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on June 4, 2020, in accordance with Article 24 (1) of the Library Act (Law No. 16685). The National Library for the Disabled is currently preparing to build an independent library building. Now that the National Library for the Disabled has secured its independent legal status, it must become a specialized national library by comprehensively collecting not only alternative materials for the disabled, but also domestic and foreign materials useful to researchers related to the disabled. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to conduct basic research for comprehensive and strategic collection of library materials for people with disabilities, which is an essential part of the statutory work of the National Library for the Disabled. To this end, the concept and category of library materials for the disabled that are expected to be useful for satisfying the intellectual needs of the disabled and for education and research related to the disabled were established targeting knowledge information resources produced and distributed domestically and internationally. Next, based on the current collection development policy of the National Library for the Disabled, an implementation strategy and mid to long term roadmap for comprehensively collecting library materials were presented.

석유 및 천연가스를 대체하는 자원으로 석탄이 유망하다고 전망하고 있다. 미국에서는 6대 파괴력이 있는 기술로 청정석탄기술이 선정되었고, 한국에서도 15대 그린에너지 중 하나인 청정연료에 석탄전환기술이 포함되어 전략로드맵이 작성되고 있다. 국내에서 추진되고 있는 석탄기술은 석탄가스화를 기반으로 하고 있다. 석탄가스화는 고체연료인 석탄을 $1000^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온에서 산소와 반응시켜 일산화탄소와 수소가 주성분인 합성가스로 전환하는 기술이다. 석탄을 가스화하면 석탄에 포함된 불순물을 쉽고 완벽하게 제거할 수 있으며 특히 CO2 제거를 값싸게 할 수 있어 청정화가 가능하다. 최근 고유가를 겪으면서 열량이 높은 고급탄의 확보가 어려워지면서 가격이 낮고 수급이 용이한 저급탄을 활용하는 기술의 수요가 발생되어 국내에서 기업을 중심으로 저급탄을 고효율로 가스화하는 기술 개발이 시도되고 있다. 정제된 석탄가스는 성분을 조절하여 촉매에 의해 메탄으로 전환시킬 수 있고, 이렇게 제조된 가스를 합성천연가스(SNG)라 한다. 값싼 저급탄을 사용하면 SNG를 천연가스보다 저렴하게 생산할 수 있다. 국내 기업이 SNG 제조 실증시설을 도입하고, 동시에 핵심기술인 SNG 합성반응공정을 개발하는 사업을 추진하고 있다. 석탄가스를 촉매반응에 의해 디젤 및 �F싸로 전환하는 석탄간접액화기술은 현재 남아공 Sasol사에서 상업적으로 운전되고 있는 기술이나 국내로의 기술이전이 거의 불가능하다. 철을 기반으로 하는 고유 촉매와 scale-up이 가능한 반응기가 핵심인 기술로 국내에서 세미-파일럿급 액화공정 기술개발이 진행중이다. 전세계적으로 석탄액화공장의 수요가 현재의 15만배럴/일에서 2030년 240만배럴/일로 증가한다고 예측된다. 따라서 200조원 이상의 플랜트 시장이 기대되며 국산 가스화, SNG 및 액화기술로 상당부분의 시장을 장악하고자 한다.

Energy environment has been changing rapidly such as high oil prices and the effectuation of UNFCCC. Oil prices have continued to rise and Dubai crude prices recorded about 90 dollars per barrel in 2007. In addition, the effectuation of UNFCCC will affect Korean economy and national energy security. Korea is the 9th $CO_2$ emissions country and takes the 1st place related to the increase rate of $CO_2$ emissions globally. Energy technology development is a key breakthrough and one of the optimal alternatives to cope with national energy security. In this study, we prioritize energy technologies in the sectors of high oil prices and UNFCCC related to ETRM for well focus R&D and efficiency of finite resources allocations. We applied to the extended method of AHP, fuzzy AHP reflecting the fuzziness of human thoughts and perception, for prioritizing the relative importance among energy technologies in ETRM for the first time as we make an energy policy in Korea.

This paper presents a new search strategy based on models of evolution in order to solve the problem of collision-free robotic path planning. We designed the robot path planning method with genetic algorithm which has become a well-known technique for optimization, intelligent search. Considering the path points as genes in a chromosome will provide a number of possible solutions on a given map. In this case, path distances that each chromosome creates can be regarded as a fitness measure for the corresponding chromosome. The effectiveness of the proposed genetic algorithm in the path planning was demonstrated by simulation. The proposed search strategy is able to use multiple and static obstacles.

The purpose of this article is to discuss about the progress and problems in Korean public library policies. The emphasis is on identifying both distinctive features and indigenous limitations in Korean Library Act and National Plans for Library Development. This article also investigates the current status and weakness of major policy driving forces such as national library policy committee(President's Committee on Library and Information Policy), administrative support organization, and professional associations. Finally suggested are both strategies and methods for promoting the quality of Korean public library policies, with focusing on enhancing public librarians' capacity of policy participation.

동북아물류 중심 실현을 위해서는 종합물류기업 육성과 중국을 중심으로 하는 물류정책이 필요하다. (사)한국물류협회(회장 서병륜)와 한국로지스틱스학회, 매일경제신문, 물류신문사가 공동으로 주최하고 대신정보통신(주), (주)진양로지스틱스, 로지스올 그룹이 후원한 제10차 물류정책토론회에서 이와 같은 주장이 제기됐다. 지난 3월 23일 전국경제인연합회 회관 대회의실에서 200여명이 참석한 가운데 개최된 토론회에서 서병륜 (사)한국물류협회 회장은 개회사를 통해 ''정부는 중국경제의 역동적 성장으로 인한 위기를 우리의 국부창출을 위한 기회로 전환하고자 동북아 물류중심 로드맵을 발표하고 국가물류체계 개선대책을 내놓는 등 물류산업의 발전을 위해 다각적인 노력을 해오고 있다''며 ''이는 정부뿐만 아니라 물류관계자 모두의 노력 위에서 실현될 것이므로 우리도 이를 위해 매진해야 한다 ''고 말했다. 진형인 한국로지스틱스학회 회장은 인사말을 통해 ''동북아 물류중심화 실현을 위해서는 여러 가지 해야할 과제가 많다''며 ''이와 같은 과제해결을 위한 토론회와 많은 연구가 필요하다''고 말했다. 이번 토론회에서는 ‘동북아 물류중심 실현을 위한 선결과제 및 제도적 지원방안’이라는 주제로 제1테마 ‘중국의 물류 환경 변화와 동북아 물류중심화 전략의 보완방안’, 제2테마 ‘국제경쟁력을 가진 종합물류기업의 효율적 육성방안’으로 나뉘어 해양수산개발원원 임종관 박사와 SJ-GLS의 이병욱 박사가 각각 주제발표를 진행했다.
