Recently, social enterprises are expanded quantitatively and continuously, so it is timely to suggest effective management for sustainability of social enterprises. Therefore, this study was conducted to explore various organizational factors which influence on social enterprises' economic and social outcomes. This study investigated the effects of strategic factors, management system, external environment and organizational culture on the outcomes. Strategic factors emerged as the most critical factors for both outcomes. Human resource management and innovative organizational culture affected economic outcomes. Among external environment, community support has significant effect on social outcomes. Based on the results, implications were suggested for effective management and further research.

본 연구는 성과관리가 조직의 지속적인 성장과 발전의 혁신도구로써 조직성과에 영향을 미친다는 측면에서 공공부문의 균형성과표(BSC) 운용의 성공요인과 고려사항을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정한 후 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 성과관리를 위한 BSC의 추진 관리 단계인 계획, 실행, 평가, 환류, 등 순환주기에 관련된 변수들을 독립변수로 하고, 조직성과에 관련된 변수들을 종속변수로 선정하여 독립변수가 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. BSC를 구축 운영하고 있는 공공기관의 BSC 성과관리시스템 담당자에게서 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, BSC 운영 단계별 하위변수들은 상호간에 영향을 미치며, 조직성과에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과에 따른 정책적인 시사점은 성과관리를 조직 내에 촉진 유지하기 위한 조직적, 정책적, 전략적 환경을 조성하여야 한다는 점이다. 또한 공공부문에서 성과관리제도가 실패하는 가장 큰 이유는 객관적인 평가지표가 명확히 설정되지 않았거나 보상체계가 불충분하기 때문이다. 공공부문의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 구성원이 전략적 사고의식을 가져야 한다.

IT 아웃소싱은 IT 서비스 관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 전략 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 조직의 핵심 역량에 집중하면서 부차적인 IT 업무는 외부로부터 지원을 받는 IT 아웃소싱 전략은 조직의 효율과 성과를 높일 수 있는 효과적인 방안이면서, 보안에 대한 우려와 IT 서비스 공급자에 대한 의존도를 높이는 부작용을 동반하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 민간 기업 데이터 센터의 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 분석하였다. 국내 주요 IT 서비스 전문 기업 3개사와 금융그룹 1개사의 데이터 센터에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 데이터 센터들의 IT 아웃소싱 조직 현황, 아웃소싱 결정 요인, 아웃소싱 저해 요소와 해결 방안 등 전반적인 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 살펴보았다. 국내 주요 기업들의 데이터 센터는 IT 유지 보수, 인프라 기반 운영 등의 업무를 아웃소싱 대상 업무에, 그리고 IT 기획 전략 컨설팅, 시스템 기획 개발 등의 업무는 인소싱(in-house sourcing) 업무로 분류하고 있었다. 또한 IT 아웃소싱 결정 요인으로 내부직원의 역량, 비용, 리스크 등이 있었고, 정량적인 분석보다는 정성적인 판단에 의해 아웃소싱을 결정하고 있었다.

오늘날 기업은 IT 서비스 제공자에게 급변하는 비즈니스에 신속하게 대응하고 안정적 IT 서비스 지원을 통한 비즈니스 서비스의 연속성 증대와 IT 조직의 효율적 운영을 통한 운영 비용 절감을 요구하고 있다. 이에 국내외 ITO(IT Outsourcing) 기업들은 고객에게 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership : 총소유비용) 경감 외에 Time-to-Market 단축과 고품질의 IT 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전략적 지원체계가 필요하게 되었고 SLA를 기반으로 한 SLM 프로세스의 체제 정비에 심혈을 기울이기 시작했다. 그러나 이제까지의 SLM 프로세스는 단순 정보만 제공되어 IT 서비스를 유지, 개선시키기에는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 여러 프로세스들이 통합되고, 측정지표에 대해 실시간으로 자동 집계되어 통계 리포트를 제공하고 통계결과를 자동으로 보고하여 문제 발생시 원인 파악 및 대처가 빠르게 진행될 수 있도록 자동화된 통합 SLM 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 통합되고 자동화된 SLM 프로세스 모델 제시를 통해 프로세스 단계별로 성공요인을 도출하고 다양한 기업에 적용 후, 실증적 기대효과를 제시하여 향후 SLM 시스템을 구축하는 기업에게 실질적인 지침을 마련해주고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop contents and management strategies of Social Welfare Education e-Learning. For this study, Data were collected from students who were attended to Introduction to Social Welfare e-Learning in K center between first semester, 2006 and first semester, 2007 as well as professors and system operator. It is important meaning to performance as the first empirical study which is on the e-Learning of social welfare studies. As a results, it has been proved that systematic preparation process, study contents which is centered field, active interaction among students, study management in time efficiency, technological supports for system improvement are significant factors on construction and development of Social Welfare e-Learning.

This study analyzed relation with performance on the job by strategy of outsourcing as study about outsourcing and system operation performance of mid-size ERP systems. To summarize the results of this study, first, mid-size ERP outsourcing companies in stages, rather than the big bang approach to introducing more effective measures could get the conclusion. Second, ERP outsourcing, the business strategies of the big bang as significant were analyzed in terms of partnership. This section introduces the methodology and business partners, regardless of outsourcing could be distinguished from the very important variables. As a result, the standard for business enterprises mid-size mad to keep a systematic business analysis is very difficult. Therefore, a gradual introduction of a step by step implementation of such a methodology capable of performing reliable business methods are needed.

Environmental problems are becoming hot issues in many countries and the role of the enterprise, which causes environmental contamination, has become one of the most important concerns in business. We consider the factors such as reduce, recycle, reuse, which is effected environment conscious logistics system, and then we are to suggest optimal directions through statistical analysis of effects and causes of the influences of environmental logistics activities on logistics performance. In order to attain this objective we simultaneously execute a literature and actual research considering many manufacturing companies. In this paper we analyze various factors of logistics activities for environment conscious logistics system (ECLS) for economy base construction under resources circulation, and we especially analyze effects and causes of the influences of logistics performance by the operation characteristic of enterprises.

This research suggests critical factors affecting success and failure of several commercial mobile operating systems from Palm OS appearing in to main mobile OSs appearing in 2013. For this, we analyses several mobile operating cases, elicit factors affecting success and failure of mobile OS, and conduct ID3 based inductive learning analyses based on elicited factors and values in case dataset. Through this, we draw rules in success and failure of mobile OS and suggest strategic implications for the commercial success of mobile OS in perspective of innovation and globalization.

오늘날의 정보시스템 구축 방향은 대형 컴퓨터를 중심으로 수많은 단말기를 연결한 수직형네트워크 시스템에서 다운사이징과 네트워크 기술이 결합하여 분산적으로 자료를 처리하는 클라이언트/서버 시스템 구축으로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구는 모든 단말기를 통제하는 대형 컴퓨터를 운영하는 전산망에서 클라이언트/서버 전산망으로 전환하는 하나의 사례연구를 통하여 구축환경변화, 시스템구성, 경영환경변화를 분석함으로써 클라이언트/서버 시스템의 성공적인 사례를 제시하는 것이다. 클라이언트/서버 시스템으로 변환하기전에 재개발할 시스템의 목표와 방향을 설정하기 위해서 벤치마킹을 실시하였고, 이의 결과를 바탕으로 경영업무의 프로세스를 재설계 하였다. 그리고 기업의 내부와 외부자료에 관한 표준화를 실시하였다. 정보기술 투자의 경제성과 경쟁우위 확보를 위하여 클라이언트/서버 시스템을 구현하게 되었으며 판매물류, 생산물류, 그리고 재무회계에 관한 경영지원시스템으로 구성되는 종합물류시스템 이외에 영업소에 관련된 영업정보시스템과 자동창고시스템이 컴퓨터 네트워크와 관련해서 시스템을 구성하였다. 구성 전략 촛점은 리엔지니어링, 다운사이징, 그리고 벤치마킹이었다. 시스템을 재개발한 후 업무의 계획, 진행, 분석, 감리등에 관한 체계적 업무흐름이 정착될 정도로 변화하였으며, 통신방식의 확대 및 다양화로 의사소통의 원활화와 타 관련업무와 연계처리, 그리고 부서들 상호간에 정보를 공유할 수 있었다. 또한 정보기술에 의한 업무처리를 기본으로 하는 기능적 태도로 인하여 관리자와 실무자의 업무운영에 관한 사고와 의식이 변화하였다. 따라서 매출액의 증가와 종업원수가 감소되었다.

정보시스템의 통합전산환경 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영은 별도의 추가적인 예산이 소요될 뿐 아니라 관련 기관의 정보화업무 수행 프로세스 및 조직상의 변화를 초래할 수 있기 때문에 이에 따른 기대효과를 다양한 측면에서 적정하게 분석하는 것은 사업추진의 타당성 진단차원뿐 아니라 구축이후의 운영과정상에서 성과관리의 기준을 확보한다는 점에서 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 문화관광부의 소속기관 및 산하단체의 정보시스템 운영환경을 통합한 문화정보 통합센터의 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영을 가정하여 그 기대성과를 분석하였으며, 첫째, 문화정보 통합센터 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영에 따른 성과를 사업적 기대가치와 전략적 기대가치로 구분하여 분석하였고 둘째, 사업적 기대가치의 경우에도 균형성과표(BSC) 관점에서 핵심성공요인(CSF) 기법을 이용하여 정보화업무효율화성과, 조직혁신 및 발전제고 성과, 대민서비스 향상성과, 문화적 가치제고 성과 등 4가지 관점으로 범주화하여 성과를 분석하였다. 또한 셋째, 각 범주별 세부 성과평가 지표의 도출을 위한 정보화업무 효율화성과의 측정의 경우에는 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) 관점에서 경제적 성과로 환산하여 측정하도록 하였으며, 아울러 정성적 측정지표의 개발도 병행하여 성과를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 주요 의의로는 통합전산환경 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영의 기대성과를 균형성과표 및 핵심 성공요인 (CSF) 기법을 이용하여 합리적으로 분석하는 기법을 제시함과 아울러 TCO 기법을 접목한 경제성분석방법론을 제시하였다는 점이다.
