이윤추구를 목표로 하는 기업의 모든 활동에는 매출, 매입 등의 다양한 정보가 지속적으로 발생한다. 이렇게 생성된 정보는 CEO에게 작게는 영업사원의 실적을 평가하는 요소이며 크게는 전체적인 시장상황을 직시할 수 있는 신뢰 높은 데이터가 되므로 효율적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 급변하는 시장 속에서도 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 영업 전략을 수립하고, 근태관리프로세스를 통한 각 사원의 회사에 대한 기여도를 체크 하는 등 CEO가 전반적인 기업운영을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 하며, 각 사원이 자신의 영업이익과 거래처에 대한 신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 온라인을 기반으로 데이터가 실시간으로 공유될 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 각 사원이 갖는 권한에 따라 정보열람이 제한 되도록 하였다.

This study has the primary purpose to understanding the present situation through research on the actual condition about human resource outsourcing in the stocks and KOSDAQ enterprises, and would give the basic and useful data to develop human resource outsourcing. Data were collected from 1,500 charge of human resource management in the stocks and KOSDAQ enterprises which introduced or will be introduced human resource outsourcing. Frequencies, cross-tabs and independent-samples t-test were used to understanding the actual condition. Research findings are summarized as follows. First, as the introduction area of human resource outsourcing following training and development on the list were personnel information system, recruitment and selection. Second, tasks that transfer outsourcing supply firms owing to human resource outsourcing were common and typical operation function than complex and specific planning function.

최근 국제적으로 물관리의 차세대 개념으로서 지능형 물관리(Smart Water Grid)가 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 일부 학자들을 중심으로 이에 대한 개념이 도입되고 있다. 현재까지 정리된 지능형 물관리의 개념은 최근 급성장한 정보통신기술을 활용하여 기존에 비효율적으로 운영되는 물관리의 시스템을 획기적으로 개선하자는 것이다. 따라서 이론적으로는 물의 생산, 정수, 배송 그리고 이용과 처리에 이르는 전 과정을 실시간으로 통합하여 관리하는 것이 가능하다. 국제적으로는 IBM과 Siemens 등과 같이 정보통신과 물산업을 선도하는 기업 주도의 기술개발이 진행되는 단계이다. 2000년대 초반에는 용수수급의 효율화를 위한 장치개발에 주력하였으나, 현재에는 용수수급과 관련된 제반사항에 대한 기술적 통합시스템 구축으로 적용범위를 넓히고 있다. 우리나라에서도 도시인프라 자료의 통합관리와 수질 모니터링 시스템 구축이 추진되었으며, 2010년 12월 발표된 새만금종합개발계획에서는 본격적으로 활용을 검토하고 있다. 그러나 지능형 물관리의 기술적 통합시스템 전략은 곧 심각한 제도적 장벽에 직면할 것이다. 아무리 우수한 기술적 시스템이 개발된다고 하여도 제도적 기반의 구축이 없으면 국민경제에 도움이 되는 현실적용에는 한계가 있다. 기존에 확립된 물관리의 제도적 기반으로는 한정된 지역의 좁은 영역에서 활용될 수밖에 없다. 이것은 우리나라의 물관리가 기본적으로 법적, 제도적, 행정적 차원에서 분리되어 운영되고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 지능형 물관리가 지향하는 기술적인 통합시스템 구축이 당면할 제도적 한계를 도출하고 이를 극복하기 위한 정책적 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 2009년 국회에 제출된 물관리기본법(안)에 지능형 물관리의 개념을 도입하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

Lane management with a central variable lane(s) (or reversible lane) where the traffic flow is temporarily reversed in one or more lanes during peak periods has been evaluated as an effective strategy to alleviate congestion caused by tidal traffic flows. However, due to traffic safety issues, such a movable barrier system can be considered as an alternative to supplement the existing its operation facilities such as static and/or dynamic signs and special pavement markings. In addition, when combined with a bus exclusive lane strategy, its effectiveness could be greatly increased. The objective of this study is to propose a feasibility analysis procedure for operational strategies of a bus-exclusive lanes using a barrier transfer system (BTS) for urban expressways. To this end, a case study was conducted on two urban expressways on the west side of the Han River in Seoul. As a result, temporary operation during rush hour in the morning was found to be most effective. The results presented in this study are expected to serve as a basis for establishing bus-exclusive lane operation strategies using similar systems in the future.

이러닝의 중요성과문화산업에의 파급효과 및 장래성에 대하여는 이미 많은 문건이나 발표로 알려져 있다. 이렇게 여러 분야에 중요한 효과를 가져가기 위해서는 교육의 양적 성장 뿐 만 아니라 효율적인 교육과 이에 대한 효과에 대해 관심을 기울여야 한다. 이미 미국이나 유럽을 중심으로 각종 이러닝 관련 연구를 통해 ROE(교육투자회임) 연구와 더불어 품질인증(QA : Quality Assurance)에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 움직임은 이러닝을 위한 교육자원의 상호운용 또는 활용이라는 측면에서 강조되어 온 이러닝 표준화와 연계되어 그 움직임이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러닝 품질표준화의 논의는 단순히 교육자원의 상호운용과 재사용이라는 측면에서 제시되어 온 메타데이터 관리 차원의 SCORM과 같은 기준 외에 교육자원의 생성으로부터 교육시스템 및 교육과정 운영에 이르기까지 그 영역이 광범위한 것에 주목할 필요가 있으며, 국가와 문화적으로도 다양한 환경을 고려해야만 할 것이다. 본고에서는 이러닝 품질보증 표준화의 정의와 범위 그리고 표준안을 만들기 위한 수행절차 및 적용방법 등을 살펴본 후에 외국의 개발 현황과 국내의 개발 현황을 비교함으로써 우리가 가져야 할 미래지향적 표준전략을 제시하고자 한다.

우리나라는 정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률에 의거하여 공공기관은 2006년 7월부터 EA/ITA를 의무적으로 도입하여야 한다. EA/ITA의 중요성에도 불구하고 사업대가 산정에 대한 합리적인 기준이 마련되어 있지 않아 소프트웨어사업대가 기준의 정보화전략계획(ISP) 수립비 산정 기준 등을 적용하고 있다. 이는 EA/ITA에 투입되어야 할 비용이 실제보다 낮게 산정되어 결국 프로젝트 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본고에서는 EA/ITA에 대한 이해, 현행 EA/ITA 사업대가 산정 방식 등에 대하여 고찰하고, EA/ITA 시범사업을 수행한 3개 부처의 사업대가에 대한 사례연구를 통하여 EA/ITA 사업대가 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

음성합성 기술은 1990년대 중반 음편접합 방법론이 출현하면서 괄목한 만한 기술적 발전을 이루어, 2000년 전후에는 전화망을 이용한 ARS, VMS, UMS 서비스를 중심으로 폭넓게 사용되면서 일반 사용자들에게 매우 친숙한 서비스를 제공하여 왔다. 그러나 최근 텔레포니 기반의 음성 기술 시장은 기업고객 위주로 그 성장이 더딘 반면, 지능형 로봇, 텔레매틱스, 홈네트워크, 차세대 PC와 같은 전략적 국가 신성장동력 산업분야나 MP3 플레이어, 휴대폰, PMP 단말기, 휴대용 단말기와 같은 임베디드 분야가 음성 기술의 새로운 시장으로 주목을 받고 있다. 임베디드 분야에서 요구하는 음성 기술은 기존 서버급 시스템에서 운영되었던 기술과는 상당히 다른 기술 특성을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 음성 기술 중 특히 음성합성 기술에 관한 임베디드 분야의 요구사항을 고찰하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 최근의 기술적 발전 동향 및 응용 사례에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

Cyber threat targeting ICS (Industrial Control System) has indicated drastic increases over the past decade and Cyber Incident in Critical Infrastructure such as Energy, Gas Terminal and Petrochemical industries can lead to disaster-level accidents including casualties and large-scale fires. In order to effectively respond to cyber attacks targeting ICS, a multi-layered defense-in-depth strategy considering Control System Architecture is necessary. In particular, the centralized security log system integrating OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) plays an important role in the ICS incident response plan. The paper suggests the way of implementing centralized security log system that collects security events and logs using OPC Protocol from Level 0 to Level 5 based on IEC62443 Purdue Model to integrate ICS security logs with SIEM (Security Information Event Management) operated in IT environment.

In order to sustain competitive advantage through strategic product differentiation in global market, this research aims to establishment of strategic design conditions for domestic manufacturing firms through the means of product image alignment and positioning, using visual character of product as the foundation for establishing corporate image. Case studies on how globally successful multinational companies manage design strategy and corporate culture uniformly for coherent product image management are reviewed. To establish product image alignment methodology for manufacturing firms, the criteria for product image positioning and aligned product image development process are developed in three stages. First, in image positioning stage, it is important to set the direction for corporate image and design strategy by identifying consumer needs through market trends analysis and forecasting as well as comparative positioning of the analysis results of the firms's own corporate image and that of the competitor's. Second, in awareness building stage, before building the product image alignment, firm-wide shared awareness of differentiated corporate and product image, establishment of designer's role as the consolidated manager of product image, sharing form language, and building the infrastructure for defining form information should be preceded. Third, in managing the aligned product image stage, the condition for setting up image information management guideline, management of decision making process for arriving at logical decisions on product form, development of guideline for increasing efficiency and its evaluation system, and co-development of related design should be induced. Further research on the product image alignment with corporate image should be conducted through various empirical studies on image and form, building an information system of related design language, and continuous assessment and management of applied solutions.

본 논문에서는 교과개정 개편으로 저학년부터 코딩교육의 의무화가 됨에 따라 현시점에서 코딩교육의 대표적인 교육사이트에 대한 현황 및 장단점을 살펴보고, 교육을 받은 S/W 인재들이 대학교에 진학하여 배우는 S/W 교육에 대해 살펴보고자 했다. 현재 미래 창조과학부에서 운영하는 S/W 중심대학에 관하여 적절한 운영 방향에 따라 각 대학교가 운영되고 있는지 조사해보고 이에 따른 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하고 대학교별로 K-ICT(Korea-Information&Communication Techonology) 전략에 부합하는 목표성을 가졌는지 그룹핑해서 나열하고 이에 따른 문제점을 분석하여 S/W 교육 추진 방향과 정책설계를 통한 미래 발전 방안을 K-ICT 중심의 목표와 S/W 중심학교가 NCS(National Competency Standards)에 부합하는 시스템 개발을 위한 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.
