This case study is to identify the role and strategies of think tanks in Britain which have shown institutional initiative in global welfare paradigm such as the establishment of welfare state, Thatcherism, and the Third Way. Fabian Society, Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR), and Policy Exchange (PX) were selected for the research, and seven staff members from these think tanks were interviewed while their relevant publications were gathered and analyzed. As a result, the role of each think tank in welfare paradigm change were presented as well as strategic similarities were found: distinguished idea on the relationship between economy and welfare, adherence to independence based on their values, and strategic communication with diverse routs. However, there was also strategic difference between the first round and the second in the history. In the first round between Fabian Society and IEA, building a space for discussion based on new paradigm was the key, while in the second round between IPPR and PX, producing a set of alternative policies was the main task for them. This British example may provide useful implication to Korea, in which political debate on social welfare still just focus on individual pledges competition and the role of think tank is highly limited.

The purpose of this study is to discuss new entrants' role in a business ecosystem and to analyze growth strategies of a new entrant in the movie industry. When participants of a business ecosystem complement one another with their own unique capabilities, they can coevolve and develop the business ecosystem. Especially, new entrants armed with competitive advantages are the key success factor for improving robustness of business ecosystem. Korean movie industry is dominated by a few large enterprises and thereby threatening fair trade. In an effort to encourage new entrants in the industry, this study analyzed success factors of a film distributor, Next Entertainment World(NEW). The success factors include unique criteria in selecting scenarios, quality management, rapid decision making process, and competent management team. Implications for the results and the future study are discussed.

물관리 일원화, 물관리기본법 제정·시행 등 우리나라 물관리 체계의 혁신기에 정책의 구심점 역할을 수행할 통합 물관리 전략 마련이 요구됨에 따라, 최근 관계부처 합동으로 「제1차 국가물관기본계획(2021~2030)」을 수립하여 공표·발간되었다. 국가물관리기본계획에서는 유역단위의 물관리를 원칙(12대 기본원칙 중(中))로 하며, 물관리 3대분야(수질·수생태, 이수, 치수)에 대한 추진전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 지속가능한 물관리 체계를 구축하기 위해 추진전략별 주요 관리지표를 설정하였으며, 이를 통해 물관리 방향을 정립하고 분야별 관련 및 하위계획과의 일관성·정합성을 유지하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 추진전략별 주요 관리지표 중, 유역 재해안전도와 관련하여 하천범람에 대한 기존의 치수안전도의 한계점을 검토하고 유역단위의 치수관리 현황을 평가 할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 과거 유역종합치수계획에서의 치수안전도는 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)을 적용하여 등급별 홍수방어대책 수립방향 및 하천의 설계빈도 조정을 검토하였으며, 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)의 실무적 적용 어려움(산정인자 다(多)), 설계빈도와의 연계성 부족, 치수단위구역의 공간적 정확성 미흡 등에 대한 개선·보완의 의견이 제기되어 왔다. 또한, 유역내 전체하천이 아닌 주요 하천을 대상으로만 치수안전도 설정하여 유역단위의 치수관리에 한계가 있으며, 하천 전체구간의 설계빈도 상향에 따른 홍수방어대책이 비경제적인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서, 기존의 치수안전도의 한계점을 개선하기 위하여 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)의 산정인자 단순화, 홍수위험지도를 활용을 통한 치수단위구역의 공간적 정확도 향상 및 치수단위구역별 설계빈도 조정 가능 등의 개선방안을 검토하였으며, 빈도별 치수단위구역의 홍수피해잠재능(PFD)의 통계적 특성 분석을 통해 등급 설정 및 설계빈도 조정 기준을 제시하였다. 그리고 유역내 전체하천에 대한 치수단위구역별 치수안전도를 설정하고, 중권역 단위의 치수안전도를 평가하여 유역단위의 치수관리 현황을 정량적으로 제시함에 유역 재해안전도로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Using structural equation modeling, this study empirically examined the causal relationships among the level of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT), facilitation of alignment, the degree of strategic alignment of management eccounting Information systems (MAIS), and the improvement of production performance. The causal relationships between MAIS strategic alignment and information characteristics of MAIS were also investigated. The results showed that the level of AMT has a significant and positive impact on alignment facilitation. A significant causal relationship between alignment facilitation and MAIS strategic alignment was also found. It was shown that under high degrees of MAIS strategic alignment, MAIS must provide broad-scope and integrated types of Information. The causal relation-ships between MAIS strategic alignment and organizational performance were significant and positive. Thus, it is concluded that under high levels of AMT, a high degree of MAIS strategic alignment positively contributes to the improvement of production performance.

We propose a strategic R&D resource allocation and project selection model based on national R&D policy and objectives. First, contributions to R&D policy and objectives for each R&D area are evaluated by using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Second, fuzzy Delphi are proposed to estimate R&D budget for each R&D area. Then, a project selection grid is also introduced to implement two-phased evaluation for R&D project selection. We also discuss how to improve the consistency in AHP and how to reduce the pairwise comparison in AHP. The proposed model enables the decision makers to allocate R&D budget, and to evaluate and select the R&D proposals based on both the contribution to national R&D policy and objectives, and the size of each R&D area concurrently

모바일 RFID 환경이란 휴대전화가 RFID 리더를 가지고 있어서 사용자가 자신의 휴대전화를 통해 RFID 태그가 부착된 제품의 정보를 손쉽게 얻을 수 있는 환경을 의미한다. 모바일 환경에서 사용되는 RFID 기술은 고정형 RFID 리더를 사용하는 환경과는 다른 사용자 요구사항 및 보안 요구사항이 존재한다. 모바일 RFID 기술에 특화된 국제 표준화 논의가 2007년 상반기부터 본격적으로 논의되고 있다. 따라서 모바일 RFID 보안기술은 모바일 RFID 전체 프레임워크와 호환성을 유지하면서 모바일 환경의 요구사항을 만족하는 방향으로 표준화가 진행되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 모바일 RFID 기술의 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 모바일 환경을 고려한 모바일 RFID 보안 프레임워크 및 인증, 키 관리, 데이터 보호, 프라이버시 보호 등의 모바일 RFID 보안 서비스를 설명한다. 그리고 이러한 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 표준화 대상을 제안하고, 표준화 대상에 대한 기술 개발과 지적재산권 확보 및 이를 연계한 국제표준화 추진 전략을 설명하며 결론을 맺는다.

도시공간정보 통합플랫폼은 도시의 체계적이고 과학적인 관리, 특히 지상 및 지하시설물 관리에 필요한 센서 및 미들웨어 기술, 유무선 네트워크, GIS-USN 연계 등의 요소기술이 집적된 지능형 도시운영 기반환경으로 정의된다. 도시공간정보 통합플랫폼은 상수도, 하수도, 가스, 난방, 송유, 전력, 통신의 7대 지하시설물과 교량, 육교, 터널 등 도시 지상시설물 등 도로기반시설물 관리를 지능화 할 수 있는 기반 환경을 제공하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지능형 도시공간정보 통합플랫폼 개발을 위해 플랫폼의 비전을 설정하고 개방형 분산처리 레퍼런스 모델(RM-ODP, Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing)의 적용을 통해 개발전략을 도출하였다.

With rapid changes in the business environment, many organizations pursue to manage cost management and performance management of the organizational business activities over the concept of profit management strategically, But the strategic enterprise management system is implemented individually and is not integrated. And the integrated model of strategic enterprise management is ambiguous and many consulting firms didn't suggested the proper model yet. Therefore in this study we studied the strategic enterprise management system, And we studied how to try to integrate the various components of the strategic enterprise management system through the case of the domestic L company site that implemented ABC/ABM, ABS, BSC, business planning & forecasting system recently.
