This study attempted to present the direction of the documentation strategy to lay the foundation for preserving and using the modern and contemporary publishing culture in Daegu. To this end, the authors applied the phase of the "documentation area definition and preliminary analysis" suggested in Hackman's model. In the preliminary analysis phase, the authors investigated the cases of documentation on specific topics and conducted interviews with those concerned with documenting the publishing culture of Daegu. The findings of interviews were presented by the categories, such as "the value of Daegu's modern and contemporary publishing culture," "the object and method of collection," "documentation group," and "difficulties and limitations." With these findings, the authors proposed the main elements of a documentation strategy and revised it based on the feedback from two archivists. The proposed elements consist of the purpose, temporal, geographical, and morphological ranges, roles by group, reference sources, prior work, and the consideration for collection and operation. The preliminary analysis of this study will serve as a foundation for preserving and transmitting Daegu's publishing culture.

IMF 시대로 접어들면서 금융권의 위험관리시스템이 국가적인 차원에서 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 지난해 12월 OECD는 가입국가들에게 위험 관리를 도입해야 한다는 조항을 발표하였고 얼마전 BIS 자기자본 비율 8%를 맞추기 위한 금융권 경영개선안에도 위험관리시스템 구축 조항이 포함되어 있었다. 이처럼 위험관리시스템은 은행권 생존을 위한 필수불가결한 지원 도구로 자리잡고 있다. 금융환경의 변화추이, 위험관리의 현황, 그리고 업체별 전략에 대해 살펴봤다.

It has been several years since PMIS was implemented to improve efficiency of construction management. At the moment, it is necessary to evaluate existing PMIS and to establish a new strategy for developing it. To meet this need, In this study the concept of how to develop PMIS has been established, and the opportunity gain of applying information system by unit work has been examined through analyzing construction work. Also, the evaluating methodology of existing system has been proposed, and by applying this methodology the new strategy fur developing PMIS has been set up.

This research analyzed multi-channel strategy from the viewpoint of the customer relationship management. We hypothesized that the purchase frequency, monetary, purchase quantity of the existing customers should have increased after they used multiple channels of a company for shopping, All the hypothesis were supported in an empirical test using the customer database of a Korean TV home-shopping company, The result showed that the multi-channel strategy can be used to increase the life-time value of existing customers. Still there were a lot of customers who insists using traditional channel, which calls for a new strategy inducing them to use multi- channel for shopping.

This is to study that effects in a company's success with using the new information technology. Here It was confirmed that an existing information technology resulted in a positive bias in managers' thought of new technology had been effected in success. This is more stronger among managers who had greater amounts of experience with the existing technology and among managers whose companies did not engage in proactive information seeking about new information technologies. Even though it has demonstrated that manager's understanding of a strategic issue have and important impact on organizational actions, the research on strategic issue has gotten little attention to the determinants of those interpretations. This suggests that an prior experience of information technology will be affected in manager's strategic issue about applying new IT.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the fit between innovation strategy and firm characteristics on innovation performance. We conducted surveys for venture companies in the Southeast region, The results of multiple regression analysis based on 135 questionnaires are as follows : First, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and social network level, the higher the innovation performance. Second, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and management control system level, the more positive effect on innovation performance. Finally, the higher the fitness between innovation strategy and innovation culture, the higher the innovation performance. This result implies that the enterprise characteristics should be designed and operated in accordance with the innovation strategy implementation.

In order to apply strategic advanced project management to the Korean construction industry, the study conducted a comparative analysis of the project management body of knowledge of the advanced countries such as the USA and Japan as well as Europe. As a result, it was found that the connection to 'execution' of 'strategy' was highlighted as a common main issue in the theoretical background of project management body of knowledge, and strategic planning, which aligns 'program management' based on the integration of multiple project management and operations in single project with 'portfolio management' for selection and concentration, has been emphasized. Accordingly, the study built up the framework for the application of strategic advanced project management for strategic action in the Korean construction industry and proposed the following applicable solutions for implementation into the current Korean construction industry: 1) Innovate global competitiveness by preparing an 'ideology and philosophy' for the strategic action of an organization, 2) Establish a strategic 'environment' in consideration of the culture and structure of an organization, 3) Propose a strategic 'vision' for attaining a realizable goal within an organization, 4) Create an 'investment' on the portfolio in line with the strategy, 5) 'Execute' the program through the portfolio and project management. Lastly, the study brought up strategies for sustainable growth by applying strategic advanced project management to the Korean construction industry with a view to acquiring 'Performance' through the implementation and operation of their integrated system.
