  • 본 연구에서는 스테핑 모터의 토크특성과 전동시스템의 미스얼라인 먼트에 의 한 플리편심을 고려하여 스페핑 모터 구동 타이밍벨트 전동시스템의 전동오차에 관한 이론 및 실험적 연구를 수행하고, 전동오차 감소를 위한 설계 개선 기초자료를 얻고자 한다.

  • Vibration of electric-powered hand grinder comes from the parts of motor, gear, bearing, and fan. Excessive vibration can be harmful to workers. To reduce vibration of a hand grinder we analyzed the frequency components from the routing electric-powered grinder and did modal test to find the natural frequencies of the each part. It shows that the vibration is due to the resonance of the case. To remove the resonance, the case structure is modified and the bearing cap is replaced on a basis of the results from the rotor dynamic analysis using SAMCEF. As a result the vibration of the hand grinder is reduced greatly.

트랙터 전동라인의 전동효율 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Power Efficiency of Tractor Driveline)

  • According to the field test, the transient power transmission efficiency of a tractor driveline fluctuated in a range of 56 to 86% and the mean value was about 72.5%. Therefore, the constant efficiency model commonly used for a simulation of power performance was not proper far predicting such a variable of efficiency. In order to predict power efficiency more accurately, new concepts of the maximum efficiency and drag torque were introduced and a new model based on the these concepts was proposed. The difference between measured and model-predicted efficiencies was about 1.5% in average with a standard deviation of 1.1%. The new power efficiency model was expected to enhance the accuracy of predicting power transmission efficiencies of tractor drivelines.

트랙터의 전동라인 부품에 대한 고장 특성 분석 및 교체 수요 예측 (Analysis of Failure Characteristics and Estimated Replacement Demands of Tractor Driveline Parts)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the failure characteristics of a total of 90 parts of tractor driveline, and to predict their average annual demands required to perform the after-sales service. The failure characteristics such as failure mode, mean time between failures, characteristic life and reliability were analyzed using the data collected through the experienced mechanics at the part centers of the tractor manufacturers. The analysis was based on the assumption that the failure distribution follows the Weibull distribution. The average annual demands were also predicted for the replacement parts using the mean time between failures and the renewal theory based on the Weibull distribution. The results of the study revealed that the driveline parts failure was mostly from wearout and their average characteristic life is about 1.760 hours. The estimated mean time between failures was in a range of 670∼3,740 hours and reliability in a range of 40∼60%. The annual replacement demands were in a range of 4∼45 for a service of 100 tractors.

동하중 모형을 이용한 트랙터 전동라인의 치타음 분석 (Analysis of Gear Rattle Using a Dynamic Load Model of Agricultural Tractor Driveline)

  • The objectives of this study were to analyze gear rattle in a power drive line using its dynamic model and to derive design guidelines to eliminate it. A 72 degrees of freedom model of power driveline of an agricultural tractor was developed and proved to be valid fer predicting the collision characteristics of gears in mesh, which may determine whether or not the gear rattle will occur. Using the model the effects on the rattle of drag torque, backlash, mass moment of inertia, transmitting torque were analyzed. Increasing drag torque or decreasing mass moment of inertia reduced gear rattle. The gears transmitting power do not develop rattles. It was also found that a large amount of rattle is likely to be developed by the change gears placed at the end of idle shafts. Increasing the drag torque to such change gears may be the most effective way of reducing the gear rattle in a tractor driveline.

  • An automatic Q. C. tester for a production line of electric grinder is developed using vibration signals. The methods of measuring and analyzing the vibration signals are found through several experiments at laboratory and production line. The experiments show that checking a vibration signal at running condition only, without any sound signal, is enough to judge whether the product is good or not. The Q. C. tester is made of accelerometer and PC. Measured vibration signal using accelerometer is transmitted to PC through A/D board. Vibration level are calculated using FFT algorithm in PC for already selected five frequency bands, which can specify the cause of fault. The Judging criteria of vibration levels of each bands are decided through a lot of experiment with the comparison of manual judgement.

실시간 평가시스템이 학습태도를 바꿀 수 있는가?

  • 정보기술의 발전은 학습자와 교수자에게 새롭고 다양한 교육매체를 활용할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 가상대학이나 사이버 교육 등과 같은 온-라인 교육 뿐 아니라 교수자와 학습자가 같은 공간에서 이루어지는 전통적인 교육 현장에서도 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 연구들의 대부분은 학습자의 학습 상태를 이해하고 적전한 피드백을 주기위한 방법들이 제한적이고 부족한 면이 많다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전동적인 교실 수업에서 학습자들의 학습정도에 대한 교수자의 이해를 돕고 학습자들이 보다 적극적으로 수업에 임할 수 있도록 실시간 평가시스템을 활용하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 직선 및 곡선구간에서 구동력을 필요로 하는 LCD 패널 생산라인의 이송장비인 OHS 시스템에 적용이 가능한 횡자속 선형전동기의 제어에 관하여 기술한다. OHS 시스템은 클린룸 내에서 이송대차가 천장에 레일과 함께 설치되어 장거리의 직선 및 곡선 이송경로를 가지는 LCD 패널 물류 이송장치이다. 기존 선형전동기들은 그 구조상 곡선구간 구동원으로 적용하기 어렵고, 장거리 이송용으로 사용하기에 상당한 가격적인 부담이 발생된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상대적으로 다른 선형전동기와 비교하여 가격적인 부담이 적고, 곡선구간에서 구동력을 발휘할 수 있는 횡자속 선형전동기를 OHS 시스템에 적용하고, 선형전동기의 곡선구간에서의 출력특성을 분석하며, 이동자의 위치검출 방법 및 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 실제 제작된 OHS 실험장치를 통하여 제어특성을 검증한다.
