전달함수를 이용한 유정압테이블 운동정밀도 해석법의 실험적 검증 (Experimental Verification on Motion Error Analysis Method of Hydrostatic Tables Using Transfer Function)

  • A new model utilizing a transfer function was proposed in the previous paper fur analizing motion errors of hydrostatic tables. Validity of the proposed method was theoretically verified as the calculated motion errors were compared with the results by conventional multi pad method. In this paper, relationship between form error of rail and motion errors of hydrostatic table is analized theoretically in order to comprehand so-called ‘averaging effect of oil film’. Experiments on the motion errors of hydrostatic table is conducted with 3 different rails, and the results are compared with the results calculated by Transfer Function Method. The results show good agreement. From the results, it is verified that TFM is very effective to analize the motion errors of hydrostatic table.

엘리베이터용 헬리컬기어의 전달오차 해석 (Transmission Error Analysis of the Helical Gears for the Elevator)

  • The elevator gear box with the helical gears needs to be developed instead of the one with the worm gears to improve the efficiency. In order to develop the gear box, the analytical tool to predict the helical gear noise is necessary to meet customer's noise requirement. Gear noise is related to the loaded transmission error. Therefore, the simulation program fer the loaded transmission error analysis of the helical gears is developed in this study. Using the developed program, the effects of tooth modification such as tip relief and the extent of tip relief are investigated. Finally, the procedures to determine the tip relief and the extent of tip relief are proposed.

전달오차와 백래쉬에 의한 기어 구동계의 비선형 동특성 해석 (Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis of Gear Driving System due to Transmission Error and Backlash)

  • Main sources of the vibration in gear driving system are transmission error and backlash. Transmission error is the difference of the rotation between driving and driven gear due to tooth deformation and profile error. Vibro-impacts induced by backlash between meshing gears lead to excessive vibration and noise in many geared rotation systems. Nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the gear driving system due to transmi- ssion error and backlash are investigated. Transmission error is calculated for spur gear. Nonlinear equation of motion for the gear driving system is developed with the calculated transmission error and backlash. Numerical analysis of the equation and the experimental results show the existence of meshing frequency, superharmonic compon- ents. Instability of the gear driving motion is found on the basis of Mathieu equation. Rattle vibration due to backlash is also discussed on the basis if nonlinear jump phenomenon.

  • Transmission error is highly related to gear noise. In order to predict the helical gear noise, transmission error analysis is needed. Up to now, the studies for the transmission error were conducted by the modeling of helical gears only. However, since helical gears are supported by the shaft and bearing, transmission error has the effects of the elements. In this study, the procedure to consider the shaft deformation with bearing stiffness for the transmission error analysis is proposed. To do so, the relationship between gear error and shaft deformation is analytically derived. Shaft deformation with bearing stiffness is analyzed by FEM. It is measured in the experimental test rig by the non-contact displacement sensors. Using the tooth error from tooth modification and the shaft deformation, the effects of shaft on the loaded transmission error are investigated.

  • In order to analyze the motion errors of the aerostatic stage, it is necessary to consider the influence of the moment variation occurred inside the pads. In this paper, a motion error analysis method utilizing the transfer functions on the reaction force and moment is proposed, and general characteristics of the transfer functions are discussed. Calculated motion errors by the proposed method show good agreement with the ones calculated by Multi fad Method, which is considered the entire table as an analysis object. Also, by the introduction of the transfer function of motion errors, which represent the relationship between the spatial frequency components of the rail form error and motion errors, motional characteristics of the porous aerostatic stage can be generalized. In detail, the influence of the spatial frequencies is analyzed qualitatively, and the patterns of the insensitive frequencies which almost do not affect the linear motion error or angular motion error according to the rail length ratio and the number of the pad are verified. The relationship between the moment variation occurred inside the pads and the motion errors is also verified together.

낙엽층의 화염높이 산정에 관한 연구 (Study on the flame height definition in Forest)

  • 산불에 있어 화염높이 산정은 복사열전달에 의한 수평 또는 수직적 화염확산을 예측하는데 있어 매우 중요한 부분이다. 화염특성 중 화염높이는 빛을 수반하는 화염(the luminous flame)의 평균높이로 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 외부 풍속과 경사 등으로 인한 화염 높이가 변화될 수 있는 조건을 제외한 산림 내 지표연소물질인 낙엽층(fuel bed)에 대한 화염높이 관측실험과 Cone calorimeter(ASTM-1354)을 이용하여Heat Release Rate 측정하였고 surface fuel에 대한 화염높이 산출식 $H_f=0.027{\dot{Q}}^{2/3}$을 도출하였다. 실험값과 개발 산정식, 기존 Heskestad(1998) 식과의 적용값 비교 결과, 소나무 낙엽의 경우, 실험값과 개발 산정식 적용값의 표준오차는 0.08, 실험값과 기존 Heskestad(1998)의 표준오차는 0.23으로 개발 산정식의 정확성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 이 식을 이용하여 복사열전달에 의한 화염확산해석 및 화염의 높이에 따른 수관화 전이해석 등에 활용 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

8 MW급 대용량 풍력발전기용 요 감속기 치합전달오차에 따른 응답해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Response Analysis by Transmission Error of Yaw Drive for 8 MW Large Capacity Wind Turbines)

  • This study performed a response analysis according to the transmission error of the yaw drive. To perform the response analysis, the excitation source of the transmission error was modeled and the outer ring of the first stage bearing and the outer ring of the output shaft bearing were used as measurement positions. The response results were analyzed based on the vibration tolerance values of AGMA 6000-B96. As a result of the response of the first stage bearing outer ring, the maximum displacement of the first stage planetary gear system was 5.59 and the maximum displacement of the second to fourth stage planetary gear systems was 4.21 ㎛ , 3.13 ㎛ , and 25.6 ㎛ . In the case of the output shaft bearing outer ring, the maximum displacement of the first stage planetary gear system was 1.73 ㎛, and the maximum displacement of the second to fourth stage planetary gear system was 1.94 ㎛, 0.73 ㎛, and 2.03 ㎛. According to AGMA 6000-B96, the vibration tolerance of first stage is 17.5 ㎛, and the vibration tolerance of the second to fourth stages is 58 ㎛, 80 ㎛, and 375 ㎛, which shows that the vibration tolerance is satisfied and it is safe.

면적평균강우의 추정오차와 유출계산에 미치는 영향 (Estimation Error of Areal Average Rainfall and Its Effect on Runoff Computation)

  • 본 연구에서는 WGR 강우모형으로부터 모의된 공간적으로 분포된 강우자료를 수정Clark방법으로 유출 해석하여 면적평균강우의 추정에 따른 오차와 유출오차사이의 관계론 고찰해 보았다. 이러한 관계는 강우관측소의 밀도를 다양하게 변화시켜가며 아울러 호우의 방향을 여러 가지 경우로 가정하여 살펴보았으며, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1) 면적평균강우의 추정오차 및 이에 따른 유출오차는 강우관측소의 밀도가 높아짐에 따라 지수함수적으로 줄어들고 있으며, 어떤 밀도 이상이 되면 그 감소 폭이 크게 둔화되는 것으로 나타났다. (2) 면적평균강우의 추정오차는 강우관측소의 밀도가 작을수록 유출에 보다 큰 영향력을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 면적평균 강우-유출의 관계에서는 그 오차의 비가 1.0이하로 유역면적평균강우 추정시의 오차가 유출에 감소되어 전달되는데 비해 첨두유출량에는 그대로 또는 경우에 따라 증폭되어 전달됨을 파악할 수 있었다. (3) 호우의 방향성에 따른 강우오차는 크게 영향 받지 않는 것으로 판단된다. 그러나, 유출오차는 호우의 방향이 유역의 배수방향에 일치하는 경우에 더 크게 나타나고 있으며, 특히 수문곡선의 형상적인 측면에서보다는 첨두유출량에 더 많은 영향력을 미치고 있는 것으로 보여진다.

경사식 방파제의 수리특성 결정을 위한 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis on the Determination of Hydraulic Characteristics of Rubble Mound Breakwater)

  • 경사식 방파제의 설계에 필요한 정보를 제공할 목적으로 수리특성들의 계산을 비교적 쉽게 수행하기 위한 수치해석기법의 수립을 시도하였다. 수치해석은 방파제 외부의 파동장과 내부 공극매체에서의 파동장을 결합시킴으로써 반사율, 전달율(월파전달율과 투과전달율) 그리고 개체내부의 간극수압을 계산하는 것이다. 외부 파동장은 장파가정의 근사 이론을, 내부 파동장은 경계요소법을 이용하여 해석하였다. 수치해석결과를 수리실험결과와 비교한 결과, 반사율과 전달율은 허용오차 범위내에서 비교적 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 간극수압은 정량적으로는 다소의 차이를 보이나 정성적으로는 대체적으로 유사한 성향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 정량적 차이를 극복하기 위하여 전사면에서의 비선형 파동장에 의한 동수압을 직접 계측하여 수치해석에 입력하는 방안을 제시하였다
