One of the major issues of the industrial vision systems is lengthy processing time due to bulky data for image coding. To reduce the processing time, a modified chain coding algorithm is proposed in such a way that it is more suitable for hardware implementation. A hardware chain coder is developed and used for learn and recognizing objects by extracting several features. It is shown that the desired vision system is much faster than a typical software based system so that it may be applicable to real-time industrial operations.

8100 series Electric locomotive was imported from SIEMENS of Germany on 2001. 8100 series model is modified from BR152 model to be complied with national environment. After 8100 series Electric locomotive carried out main line test for long time, 8200 series Electric locomotive produced in 10 locomotives with improvement and supplement on some parts. the one of supplement is to install the HEP equipment. In paper, about total harmonic distortion of HEP equipment power, it compares the result of combination with the result of actual measurement. It checks whether the measurement meets the specification of design or not. And it describes international standard about total harmonic distortion of supply system.

Molecular switching in azobenzene mixed monolayers on a water surface was investigated by means of Maxwell displacement current(MDC) measurement. It was found that the change in the vertical component of the dipolemoment of the mixed monolayer during visible light irradiation was almost the same as that flowing during UV light irradiation. Also MDC was generated but it depended on the molar ratio. As a result. It's phtoisomerization progressed by 8A5H in mixed films.
