In this paper, I propose the field emission tip for the E-beam array system that is made by carbon nanotubes(CNT). CNT is one of the most expected future materials, because of its great mechanical, chemical and electrical characteristics. So CNT can be used for many applications such as electron emitter, sensor, single electron transistor and AFM tip. And CNT will be applied to our E-beam array system as field emission tip so we will improve the system's electrical characteristics.

본 논문은 AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure) 네트워크의 성능 시뮬레이터를 구현하기 위해 필요한 설계 모듈들을 제안한다. AMI 네트워크는 스마트 그리드의 핵심시스템으로 네트워크를 구성하는 장치들이 스스로 통신하여 서로 간에 필요한 정보를 수집 분석하고 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공하기 위한 환경이다. 이러한 AMI 네트워크를 실제로 전국에 구현 할 시 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 최소화하기 위해 성능, 위험요소 등을 사전 시뮬레이션 해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 AMI 네트워크를 시뮬레이션하고 적정 성능을 분석하기 위한 성능 시뮬레이터의 모듈을 제안한다.

This paper is studied in order to develop the models that are appropriate for the procurement of electronic books at the school libraries. To develop the model, the following factors were reviewed: the characteristics of an electronic book, the factor analysis that affect the electronic book price, use case, environment, the role of government for the price decision model and procurement method. The models were proposed based on the above analysis and review. In addition, the proposed models reflect various opinions that the school libraries can apply.

소방청 국정감사에서 2020년 전국 자동화재속보설비 화재신고 32,764건 가운데 32,685건이 오작동으로 출동해 소방서 출동의 99.8%가 헛걸음이었다. 그리고 화재가 발생할 경우 화재경보장치와 대피경로를 안내하는 비상등이 미흡하고, 화재 연기가 제거되지 않아 대피가 힘들어질 뿐만 아니라 미처 대피 못한 인원을 파악하는 등의 신속한 대처가 힘들다. 본 논문은 화재 상황에서 피해를 최소화하기 위한 '스마트 화재 안전 시스템' 기술을 제안한다. 화재가 발생할 경우, 대피 경로를 안내하는 유도등 작동 및 경보음과 LED의 작동으로 화재발생을 경고하여 신속한 대처를 할 수 있게 도와주고, 문과 창문의 자동 개방 및 환기팬 작동으로 인한 유해가스를 환기시켜 준다. 그리고 스프링클러 작동과 소화제를 자동 분사하여 화재의 번짐 등 2차 피해를 예방하여 준다. 또한, 자동 신고 기능으로 더욱 빠르게 화재를 진압할 수 있게 도와주기 때문에 피해를 최소화할 것이다.

This paper is focused on the e-business level in Kangwon Province by industries, volumes, employees comparing with nation wide survey output, and analysis of the tasks and problems of e-business in environment, infrastructure, process, manpower, effect. Poor level of Kangwon province was identified. It is important that role clarity and cooperation among central goverment, Kangwon province, large enterprises and small and medium enterprises. Local goverment and regional cities and counties should play a centripetal role of the regional enterprises, and faithfully execute the support policies of the central goverment, and make the unique supporting climate of coopration between the university and enterprises in consideration with situations of each regional characteristics. More specifically, there are widening the infrastructure of e-business for regional enterprises, strenthening educatin and public relation of the electronic commerce, supporting and utilizing the electronic ccommerce research center. Also, fund supporting for SOHO is desirable in consideration of the poor Kangwon land and population, and to enhence the electronic commerce technology of the Kangwon enterprises, relative importance of policy of it is incresing. In conclusion, indices of Kangwon province in all areas of the survey is appeared poor. So efficient and effective policies is needed in each central and regional goverment. To promote Kangwon enterprises, investment in e-business commerce should be expanded.

본 논문은 정보화 시대에 있어서 요구되는 정보의 내용이 다양해지고 각 전문 분야별 정보의 내용이 많아짐에 따라 이용자들에게 필요한 정보를 더욱 편리하고 간단한 방법으로 제공할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정보 통신 분야의 한글 정보 검색시스템 (ETLARS)의 설계 및 구현에 관한 내용을 서술하고자 한다. 특히 구현된 본 시스템은 현재 국내의 정보검색 분야에 있어서 아직까지는 이렇다할 시스템이 없는 시점에서 전자 통신 분야의 전문 정보를 수록한 한글 데이타베이스를 구축하여 통신 유관 기관을 포함한 전국의 불특정 다수에게 하이텔 및 인터넷 서비스를하고 있는 중이며, 이러한 전문정보외에도 이미지, 음성 등 멀티미디어 정보의 추가 및 유저 인터페이스의 향상 등 계속적인 시스템 보완을 통해서 이용자들의 요구조건을 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 시스템으로 발전해 나갈 계획이다.

Electron beam on high energy acceleration, which travels deeply and sharply through photoresist, became to be used in e-beam lithography apparatus for nano-patterning in due to its high resolution. An advanced electron beam lithography simulation tool is currently undergoing development for nano-patterning. This paper will demonstrate such simulation efforts with experiments at 200 keV e-beam lithography processes on PMMA, ZEP520 of which photoresist parameters and characteristics will be explained with simulation results. The PMMA/Ge/AZ trilayer resist decreased proximity effect of backscattering electrons and corrected pattern distoration in order to from deep submicron patterns. In the experiment, the prosiemity effect is decreased by 11% and 30% for the case of 0.9$\mu$m and 1.7$\mu$m AZ, respectively, in trilayer resist compared to monolyer resist. also, the EID of 240$\AA$ Ge film is smaller than that of 500$\AA$ film by 365. 0.1$\mu$m line/space was formed in the 2000$\AA$ PMMA layer with the condition of dose 330${\mu}C/cm^{2}$ and of 150sec of develop time in MIBK : IPA (1:3) developer.

Electron beam lithography is one of the importnat technologies which can delineate deep submicron patterns. REcently, electron beam lithography is being applied in delineating the critical layers of semiconductor device fabrication. In this paper, we present a development simulation program for electron beam lithography and study the development profiles of resist when resist is exposed by the electron beam. Experimentally, the development parameter of positive and negative resists are measured and the data is applied to input parameter of the simulation program. Also simulation results are compared of the process results in the view of resist profiles. As a result, for PMMA and SAL 601 resist, the trend of simulation to the values of process parameters agree with real process results very well, so that the process results can be predicted by the simulation.
