Recently, mobile communication technology has new eras with supply of 5G commercial communication. 5G mobile communication service is currently supplied with city area, services will be quickly expanded to entire area of country. This mmWave based 5G mobile communication is under spreading for human communication with voice and Internet service. After completion of construction of this human communication, this technology will be expanded to industrial communications. Railway communication system is an example of this industrial communications. In this, performance of traffic transmission for railway communication network based on this 5G railway communication networks will be analyzed with computer simulations. Construction requirements of 5G railway communication networks will be suggested with this analysis results.

1999년 이후 농업인 홈페이지 지원사업 실시 이래 2008년까지 농업인이 운영하는 홈페이지는 전국적으로 1만개소에 달하고 있다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 농업인들의 경우 고객관리에 대한 중요성 인식도가 높고, 이를 관리하기 위한 다양한 프로모션을 전개하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 진행하고 있는 농업인 전자상거래 사업에 참여하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 하여 이들의 고객관리에 대한 필요성 인식정도, 고객확보를 위한 활동, 고객관리의 방법, 고객관리의 유형과 기준, 확보된 고객의 관리를 위한 활동 등을 조사하였다. 농업인들은 전자상거래를 수행하면서, 고객과 직접 접하게 되고, 상품의 판매과정에서 고객관리의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 블로그 개설 등 온라인 활동으로 폭을 넓혀가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 상당수의 농업인들이 고객관리의 필요성 인식에 비해 이를 실천할 구체적 활동방식과 실행 방법에 대해 구체적이지 못하기 때문에, 정부의 시스템 지원과 교육사업에 있어서 새로운 접근이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

This study examines the access points for electronic reference service system displayed on the home pages of academic libraries. Library home pages of national/public and private universities were examined, and these were classified into three groups according to the methods of displaying access points on the homepages. The advantages and disadvantages of each group were discussed and some suggestions were made for the user-friendliness and accessibility for the electronic reference service.

We have fabricated electron-optical lens for micro E-beam system that can overcome the limitation of current E-beam lithography. Our electron-optical lens consists of multiple silicon electrodes which were fabricated by micromachining technology and assembled by anodic bonding. The assembled system was installed in UHV chamber to observe the emission characteristics of focused electrons by the electro-optical lens. We used STM(Scanning Tunneling Microscope) tip for electron source. By performing lithography with the focused electrons with PMMA(poly-methylmethacrylate) as E-beam resist. We could draw 0.13${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ nano-scale lines.

Currently, many OBUs(On Board Unit)s were installed on the vehicle because ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System) using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) was constructed in the tollgate of the whole country.A research development and the commercialization utilizing the One Card All Pass and those Infrastructures of ETCS, are promoting of ITS services. Although many studies of the application method about the One Card All Pass of ETCS have been made, standards about the application method of the One Card All Pass and payment for the provision of traffic convenience, were not made clear. So we are proposed method that One Card All Pass announced by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, takes advantage of the existing DSRC-based to apply ETCS. We have confirmed the performance of the system through a variety of driving test using three test vehicles on trial operation site and ETCS applying application method proposed in this study. As a result of driving test, we have confirmed validity of standard application method proposed in this study through the communication success rate of about 99% and analyzed problem that may occur by applying service parts of ETCS of transportation convenience facilities because of about 1% communication failure rate.

[ $\ulcorner$ ]애프터서비스(A/S)는 제품판매후 단순히 잘못된 것을 수리해 주는 뒷처리사업이 아니라 새로운 영업의 시작이며 회사의 이미지를 만드는 일등공신입니다.$\lrcorner$ 가스보일러 제조업체에서 A/S업무를 책임지고 있는 한 관계자의 말이다. 현대는 서비스 경쟁의 시대다. 제품 및 새기술의 개발만큼이나 서비스분야가 중요하다는 의미다. 이에 따라 서비스사업 뿐만 아니라 제품제조업체도 $\ulcorner$친절$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$정확$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$신속$\lrcorner$ 이라는 3박자를 갖춘 A/S제도를 갖추는 것이 필수과제로 되어있다. 특히 가스보일러는 동절기 난방용으로 사용하는 제품이어서 신속$\cdot$정확이 생명이라고 할 수 있다. 또 가스보일러는 다른 전자제품과는 달리 제품의 고장이 CO중독 등 사고와 직결된다는 점에서 A/S의 중요성이 강조된다.

이 글에서는 자동차 Body 전자제어 시스템 개요 및 개발동향에 대하여 살펴보았다. 향후 Body 전자제어 분야에서는 사고예방을 위한 첨단 안전 시스템 개발, 정보 및 통신시스템을 이용한 Navigation 시스템 개발, 차량 LAN구축, ECU(Electronic Control Unit) 통합기술 개발을 위한 노력이 가속화될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 시스템의 개발을 위해서는 자동차 부문과 관련 전자 부문의 긴밀한 공동 연구체제가 확립되어야 함과 동시에 통신기능을 갖춘 지능형 도로 시스템 구축, 교통전용 방송국 운용 등 정부차원에서의 Infra-structure 건설이 시급한 상황이다. 이를 위하여 정부 주관하에 자동차 각사, 유관업체 및 연구기관의 참여로 전국 도로에 대한 Digital Map 개발을 위한 G-7 Project 등의 다양한 계획이 진행중이거나 추진 예정으로 있는 바 성공적으로 수행될 경우 2005년을 전후로 하여 안전성 및 편의성 측면에서 완벽한 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 microcolumn 을 위한 초소형 전자빔 deflector 의 제작방법과 microcolumn array 에서 deflector 의 외부 패드를 최소화 할 수 있는 새로운 배선방법을 기술하였다. 배선의 통로 및 절연체 역할을 하는 Pyrex glass 의 양쪽에 각각 실리콘 웨이퍼의 양극접합 및 deep reactive ion etching(DRIE)과 금속 전기 도금을 이용하여 다층배선을 하였다. 이 배선방법을 이용하면 microcolumn array 가 수백개가 되더라도 deflector 의 외부 패드는 항상 8개를 유지할 수 있다.
