  • In this paper. we dIscussed wIth the ISDN numberIng system of Korea 2digIt of NDC(National Destination Code)is assigned to the common carrier indenttification and an other the service network identification code as conbining the flIst and second dIgIt. The last ot NDC is applicable to for each area code. Resulty. we become 10 digit number for toll system vice 7 digit for local numbering. It is satisfactory to CCITT recommandtion and also. We has been suggested that existing network the mobile. pagget, FAX, TELEX and public networks are able to be connetcted to the ISDN. Near the 1994. we guess that it is fully occupied with 7 digit number to the metropolitan area to solve this problem, after divide to 3 part provincial area southern. nothem and mid-Korea. We suggested that special number system are reorganized with the new and existing service numbers plan. Although, we don't deal with the SA of ISDN numbering systems. Resultly, know that we are to design efficiently number system as 3 digit code for ISDN/NSN.

Radial Basis Function Neural Network Modeling of Depression Experience in Elementary School Students of Multi-cultural Families (방사기저함수 인공 신경망을 이용한 다문화가정 초등학생의 우울증상 경험 예측 모델링)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors of depression in elementary school students in Korea. The subjects of the study were 23,291 elementary school students (12,016 male, 11,275 female) aged 9 to 12 years. Dependent variable was defined as experience of depression. Explanatory variables were included as sex, residential areas, social discrimination experience, experience of school violence for the past year, experience of Korean language education, experience of using multicultural family support center, reading to Korean, speaking to Korean, and writing to Korean, listening to Korean. In the RBF neural network analysis, experience of Korean education, experience of school violence, experience of Korean social discrimination, level of Korean reading were significantly associated with depression in elementary school students. In order to prevent depression in multicultural children, priority attention and counseling are needed for the group whose level of Korean reading is low.

Analysis on the Korean Highway in 2011 and 2017 Using Algorithms of Accessibility indices (접근성 지표의 알고리즘을 이용한 2011년과 2017년의 우리나라 고속도로 분석)

  • This paper proposes new algorithms of accessibility indices to analyze the connectivity of the Korean highway network. First of all, we find a transportation network that presents Korea's highway network in graphs in 2011 and 2017. And we analyze and compare the nation's highway network in 2011 and 2017 using concepts such as associated number, the relative distance, the accessibility, the degree of connectivity, the index of dispersion, the diameter of graph theory. To do this, an algorithm is presented which can easily obtain various accessibility indices from a given transportation network. Using the simulation results of this study, we can find city that is the center of traffic in the highway transportation network. In addition, cities that are included in the network but are relatively underdeveloped can be found and used as basic data for enhancing the connectivity of the nationwide traffic in the future. Moreover, the proposed algorithms of accessibility indices, which are modeled on highway transport networks, can help identify the accessibility space structure of each city and provide criteria for efficient and reasonable selection of alternatives in various regional planning processes, including transportation.

Prediction of Various Properties of Soft Ground Soils using Artificial Neural Network (인공신경망을 이용한 연약지반의 지반설계정수 예측)

  • This study performed field and laboratory tests for poor subsoils taken in six regions of the country and determined undrain shear strength. Su values and preconsolidation pressure are predicted using Back Propagation neural network (BPNN) and the application of BPNN is verified. The result of BPNN shows that correlation coefficient between test and neural network result is over 0.9, which means high correlativity. Especially the neural network uses only 6 parameters such as natural water content, void ratio, specific gravity, rate of passing 200th sieve, liquid limits and plasticity index among various affecting factors to estimate value and the correlation coefficent is 0.93. The conclusions obtained in this paper are from the tests performed for poor subsoils taken in the several regions of the country. If there were more test results, the prediction and influence of various soil properties could be effectively performed by neural network.

전파 표준시 방송을 위한 NDGPS 신호 활용 방안

  • 현대 생활에 있어서 정확한 시간은 마치 공기와 같이 필요성이 직접적으로 확연하게 나타나지는 않지만, 첨단 통신, 항법, 금융 등의 산업 발전 및 국민의 일상 생활을 차질 없이 영위하기 위해서 없어서는 안 될 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 광범위한 시각동기 응용 분야 중에서 본 논문에서는 특히 국민의 일상 생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 수 ms 정도의 정확도를 갖는 타이밍 신호를 전국에 제공하기 위한 방안에 대해서 기술한다. 이러한 타이밍 신호의 응용 분야로는 열차, 지하철, 버스시간과 같이 수 초 정도의 정확도가 요구되는 경우, 인터넷통신 및 금융 거래와 같이 1초 이하의 정확도를 요구하는 경우, 교통 신호등과 같은 수백 ms 이내의 정확도가 요구되는 경우 등을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전파시계, 교통신호제어기, 전자상거래 등에서 요구되는 기준 시각을 제공하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 현재 해양수산부에서 운영하고 있는 NDGPS 비콘신호를 활용하여 전국적인 표준시의 방송 방안에 대해서 기술한다. 이를 위해서 유선전화망을 이용하여 표준시를 전송하는 방안, 수신된 표준시를 이용하여 방송할 타임태그를 작성하는 방법에 대해서 기술하였다. 또한 원격지 클럭에 대한 동기 성능을 분석하는 방법 및 이에 대한 결과를 제시하였다.

  • 급격한 도시화와 기후변화로 인한 자연적인 물순환 구조의 변화는 기존 수자원 이용 경향을 변화시키며 하천건천화 현상을 유발하고 있다. 이를 관리하기 위해 하천건천화 평가 및 예측이 가능한 영향 평가 기술이 필요하며, 국내에서는 GIS 기반의 분포형 수문 모형인 Drying Stream Assessment Tool and Water Flow Tracking (DrySAT-WFT)이 개발되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 격자기반의 물수지 모형은 단위 cell 안의 수직적인 물의 거동은 파악하기 용이하나, 모형의 특성상 저수지, 댐, 보와 같은 수리 시설물의 방류량에 따른 하도의 흐름 추적에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 DrySAT-WFT 모형에 댐?보 방류량 자료와 연계한 하도추적 알고리즘을 개발하여 모형의 유출 모의 성능을 개선하고, 1976년부터 2015년까지의 유출 모의를 통해 전국 표준유역을 대상으로 각 유역에 대한 하천건천화 원인 추적 및 평가를 수행하고자 한다. 하천건천화영향요소를 고려하기 위한 모형의 입력 자료로 산림높이, 도로망, 지하수 이용량, 토지이용, 토심, 기상 변화에 대해 1976년부터 2015년까지 구축한 시계열 전국 자료를 활용하였으며, 일별 강우량, 상대습도, 평균풍속, 평균 및 최고, 최저 기온, 일조시간의 기상자료를 구축하였다. 개선된 DrySAT-WFT 유출 모의 결과는 선행 연구와의 비교를 통해 모의 개선점을 정량적으로 제시하고자 한다.

A Study on Arterial Road Network Improvement Based on Networking Analysis (Networking 기반의 간선도로의 망기능 분석방법론 연구)

  • The present study proposed a methodology to analyze the networking efficiency of arterial road networks. The methodology was motivated to design three-dimensional networks and to analyze the networking ability quantitatively, which is a novel approach compared to existing methods depending on the two-dimensional network definition and the qualitative analysis for improving arterial road networks. The method considered the interdependence between high-level freeways and low-level highways, the ITS-based information for traffic and road conditions, and the physical networking. These three factors were quantified by a networking index (NI), and the networking efficiency was measured by a networking rate (NR). The present study proved that the networking efficiency (NR) was influenced by travel information sharing (i.e., ITS) and physical factors. This supports the fact that the integrated improvements of physical and ITS factors are necessary for an arterial road. The proposed method was applied for an actual arterial road network. It was found that the nation-wide NR was higher than that for the metropolitan area, which might be due to the difficulty in switching between high- and low-level networks and the lack of ITS functions in the metropolitan area.

  • Migration usually derived from the gap of spatial efficiency and the attractiveness difference between the origin and the destination puts forth significant impact on the regional dynamics of population. Both migration and regional planning or policy are structurally interconnected, exerting impact each other within the circular loops. In order to observe migration characters in the regional dimension, this research depends on social network analysis(SNA) methods which easily portray interrelationship and its weight between the origin and the destination. In specific, it focuses on the application of centrality indicators in order to understand the in- and out-migration patterns and visualize them with spring graphs, pinpointing the in- and out-migration administrative units. This research deals with three migration patterns in 2001 and 2008, respectively: i) in- and out-migration between the nation and Chungbuk Province; ii) in- and out-migration within Chungcheong Areas; and iii) in- and out-migration within Chungbuk Province. Judging from Chungbuk examples, the highest in-migration was recorded at Heungduck District in terms of in- and out-migration between the nation and Chungbuk Province. Seoul and Gyeonggi were two major origins towards Chungbuk Province. Within Chungcheong Areas, Daejeon produced the highest in-migration in 2001. However, Chungnam took that position in 2008.

Effects of Insect Screen Net on Insect Pest Control for Jujube (방충망에 의한 대추 해충 방제 효과)

  • In recent years, not only the cultivation area of Jujube in Korea but also the number of pest species has increased. The farmers farming environmentally friendly are in great difficulty because there are no effective control devices. This study was conducted to investigate the control effect of the insect screen net on three pest species (Apolygus spinolae, Dasineura sp. and Carposina sasakii) in Jujube orchard when the pests were blocked by insect screen net. For the first and second surveys, the damage rates by A. spinolae were 9.06, 13.95% in 50 mesh, 4.75, 10.17% in 25 mesh, 5.68, 11.84% in 18mesh mesh of insect screen net and 21.6, 36.34% in untreated insect screen net, respectively. The damage rates by Dasineura sp. were 0.54, 0.13% in 50 mesh, 0.93, 2.84% in 25 mesh, 1.05, 13.45% in 18 mesh mesh of insect screen net and 11.1, 26.65% in untreated insect screen net. Carposina sasakii were completely blocked in all the treatments. Damages on Jujube were not observed by insect screen net. Therefore, insect screen net is effective on insect pest control for Jujube.

A Study on Automatic Threshold Selection in Line Simplification for Pedestrian Road Network Using Road Attribute Data (보행자용 도로망 선형단순화를 위한 도로속성정보 기반 임계값 자동 선정 연구)

  • Recently, importance of pedestrian road network is getting emphasized as it is possible to provide mobile device users with both route guidance services and surrounding spatial information. However, it costs a tremendous amount of budget for generating and renovating pedestrian road network nationally, which hinder further advances of these services. Hence, algorithms extracting pedestrian road network automatically based on raster data are needed. On the other hand, road dataset generated from raster data usually has unnecessary vertices which lead to maintenance disutility such as excessive turns and increase in data memory. Therefore, this study proposed a method of selecting a proper threshold automatically for separate road entity using not only Douglas-Peucker algorithm but also road attribute data of digital map in order to remove redundant vertices, which maximizes line simplification efficiency and minimizes distortion of shape of roads simultaneously. As a result of the test, proposed method was suitable for automatic line simplification in terms of reduction ratio of vertices and accuracy of position.
