A Study on the Effects of Learners' Knowledge Sourcing Behavior on the Knowledge Utilization Outcomes in Social Learning Community (소셜 러닝 커뮤니티에서 학습자의 지식소싱 행위가 지식활용 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This research aims to analyze empirically the effects of learners' knowledge sourcing behavior on the knowledge utilization outcomes in a social learning community. This kind of virtual community is of service to users who not only produce but also share a variety of valuable knowledge which is created based on relationships and interactions among learners. In order to conduct the study, a group of learners was made of 55 undergraduate students who were majoring in social science. The data was collected by online survey at the end of the term and multiple regression methods have been used for empirical analysis. The study shows that dyadic knowledge sourcing and published knowledge sourcing both have significant effects on knowledge reuse and knowledge adaptation. In addition, knowledge adaptation and knowledge innovation were affected by group knowledge sourcing. The research results help to select appropriate knowledge sourcing behavior depending on one's purpose of knowledge use.

  • 최근 대학의 진로지도는 재학생들에게 산업 현장에서의 경험을 제공함으로써 학교에서 배운 전공지식을 기업현장에 적용하여 전공과 관련된 실무경험을 축적하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 대학에서의 현장실습은 더욱 강화되고 있는 추세이며 이를 통해 학생들이 습득하는 산업현장에 관한 경험, 정보와 아이디어가 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 졸업 후 고용획득 뿐만 아니라 창업의 동기로 작용하기도 하는지 확인하는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로에 대한 자신감을 향상시켜 이에 따른 행동을 이끌어 내기 위한 동기적 측면에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이와 함께 능동적이고 계획적으로 진로를 선택해 나가는 자기주도적 경력태도와 기업가정신에 따라 현장실습경험이 고용가능성과 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석할 것이다. 본 연구에서 예상되는 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 현장실습 경험은 대학생이 인식한 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 창업의도에도 직접적으로 영향을 줄 것이다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도적 경력태도는 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 대학생의 기업가정신은 현장실습 경험에 따른 고용가능성과 창업의도 사이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.

The Convergence Study on Dental treatment of related to the Major of University students (대학생의 전공계열이 치과진료에 미치는 융합적 연구)

  • This study aims to the effects for researching on dental treatment of related to the major of University students. Regarding the study results, female students took 4.63 times(health-related major) and 2.56 times(health-unrelated major) more than male students for dental treatments. On the other hand if they think their gum health is subjectively good enough they relatively took only 0.92 times(health-related) and 0.39 times(health-unrelated) than students who do not. Depending on the major the result of the dental treatment are different. Based on this study the dental treatment of convergence oral health education program for student of health-unrelated major shall be developed. Through this it is will have to be well-organized and correct oral knowledg that shoud be acquire appropriate dental treatments.

Analysis of the Composition Concept of Education Service Quality of Beauty Major University (뷰티전공 대학의 교육서비스품질 구성개념 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of composition of educational service quality through two integrated research methods of open questionnaires and focus group interviews for college students majoring in beauty. Participants in the study majored in beauty at 2-year and 4-year universities nationwide. The enrolled students were set as a population, and 250 people were adopted as a random sampling method and used for the survey. The series of results are as follows. First, as a result of inductive content analysis of open questionnaires, the educational service quality of beauty majors was derived into five areas: major knowledge, educational quality, professor-student intimacy, student needs reflection, usability, curriculum composition, environmental efficiency, educational equipment, and reputation. Second, as a result of the focus group interview, inductive content analysis was more reasonably pointed out and derived in depth. As a result of this study, it is believed that it can be used as basic data for the development of measurement tools for educational service quality of beauty majors.

University student's Perception, Knowledge, Attitude and Social distance for People living with HIV/AIDS (사회복지학 및 간호학 전공 대학생의 에이즈 감염인에 대한 인식, 지식, 편견 및 사회적 거리감)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore perceptions, knowledge, and attitudes about AIDS, and to analyze factors associated with social distance for people living with AIDS. Data was analyzed for 645 university students majoring in social work and nursing. The results show that AIDS was most frequently associated with the word sex. Secondly, participant knowledge about AIDS revealed common errors in the prevention and process of infection. Third, correlation between prejudice toward people living with AIDS and social minorities was statistically significant. Finally using hierarchical regression analysis, among factors affecting the social distance for people living with AIDS, only the prejudice toward people living with AIDS remained statistically significant. R Square of the entire model was adjusted to 0.390. In conclusion, the results of this study are expected to influence college education and program development.

Effect of Volunteering on Career Development of the University Students Majoring in Social Welfare (자원봉사활동이 사회복지학 전공생의 진로발달에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of volunteering on career decision level and career preparation behavior of the university students majoring in social welfare. For this purpose, a survey of 208 university students in Kangwon-do was conducted and the data was analyzed. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The career decision level of the university students majoring in social welfare is 2.65, and career preparation behavior is 2.28. By using a multiple regression, volunteering satisfaction and participation activeness had a positive effect on the career decision level, and grade and volunteering satisfaction had a positive effect on the career preparation behavior. This study finally discussed theoretical and practical implications for university student's volunteer strategies on the results.

Perception Difference on the Accounting Officer Competence among Accounting Educators, Accounting Officers and CEOs (회계교육자, 회계담당자 및 경영자의 회계담당자 역량에 대한 인식차이)

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution when ICT and convergence are emphasized, companies want talented people with a wide range of complex problem solving competencies, system competencies as well as major knowledge. This study examined the difference in perceived competency needed for future accounting officers using 166 valid questionaries prepared with 4 factors based on previous researches. The result shows that the workers, who majored in accounting and have more than 5 years of company experience, and the CEOs think the social competence is the most important while the accounting professors think the major competence is the most important qualification. These results indicate that, in order to reflect the industrial needs, the colleges should change their accounting major curriculums to provide various competences such as the social competence in addition to the basic major competence.

Our aim of developing the course is as follows. This program enhance students' academic and career goals. This program provides students with opportunities to apply classroom theory to real world situations. Students learn a practical theory that is actually used in the real industry. This program enhance students' skills and abilities. This provide financial assistance. Students get a competitive edge in employment after graduation.
