한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 국내 과학기술자의 연구를 돕기 위해 국내외의 여러 기관으로부터 정기적, 또는 비정기적으로 발간되는 학술지, 연구보고서, 특허 및 각종 동향, 분석 정보를 수집하여 서비스하고 있다. 국내에서 생산되는 정보는 그 발생양이 방대하지 않고 일정 수준 이상의 서지정보를 담고 있으며 원문정보까지 제공이 가능하기 때문에 정보의 질이 비교적 높은 편이나, 해외에서 수집되는 학술 정보는 데이터 처리량이 방대하기 때문에 처리시간이 오래 걸릴 뿐만 아니라, 기본적인 서지 정보만을 담고 있어 원문 서비스나 초록 및 주제 분류 등의 부가적인 서비스를 위해서는 추가적인 데이터 가공이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 처리 속도와 이용자 중심의 해외학술정보의 원문 및 부가 서비스 제공 등을 고려한 데이터 가공 방법에 대해 연구한다.

정보기술에 대한 투자가 증대되고 그 전략적 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템의 효과성 평가문제는 실무적으로나 학문적으로나 중요한 이슈중의 하나가 되었다. 정보시스템의 효과성은 보는 관점에 따라 여러 가지의 개념을 내포하고 있어 단일의 기준으로는 평가될 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 효과성을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 평가의 목적에 따라 적절한 기준을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 개념적 틀을 구축하였다. 조직이론에서 제시하고 있는 효과성 평가의 세가지 접근방법인 자원획득 접근법, 내부과정 접근법, 목표달성 접근법을 정보시스템의 기능인 정보기술의 가치부가 활동에 적용하여 정보기술의 획득, 정보기술의 전환, 정보기술의 활용이라는 세가지 평가영역을 도출하였다. 또한 평가기준의 완전성 정도에 따라 각 영역별 세부 평가기준과 대표적인 측정치를 제시하였다.

This study was designed to empirically analyze the effect of control activities(physical, managerial and technical securities) of information protection on organizational effectiveness and the mediating effects of information application. The result was summarized as follows. First, the effect of control activities(physical, technical and managerial securities) of information protection on organizational effectiveness showed that the physical, technical and managerial security factors have a significant positive effect on the organizational effectiveness(p < .01). Second, the effect of control activities(physical, technical and managerial securities) of information protection on information application showed that the technical and managerial security factors have a significant positive effect on the information application(p < .01). Third, the explanatory power of models, which additionally put the information protection control activities(physical, technical and managerial securities) and the interaction variables of information application to verify how the information protection control activities( physical, technical and managerial security controls) affecting the organizational effectiveness are mediated by the information application, was 50.6%~4.1% additional increase. And the interaction factor(${\beta}$ = .148, p < .01) of physical security and information application, and interaction factor(${\beta}$ = .196, p < .01) of physical security and information application among additionally-put interaction variables, were statistically significant(p < .01), indicating the information application has mediated the relationship between physical security and managerial security factors of control activities, and organizational effectiveness. As for results stated above, it was proven that physical, technical and managerial factors as internal control activities for information protection are main mechanisms affecting the organizational effectiveness very significantly by information application. In information protection control activities, the more all physical, technical and managerial security factors were efficiently well performed, the higher information application, and the more information application was efficiently controlled and mediated, which it was proven that all these three factors are variables for useful information application. It suggested that they have acted as promotion mechanisms showing a very significant result on the internal customer satisfaction of employees, the efficiency of information management and the reduction of risk in the organizational effectiveness for information protection by the mediating or difficulty of proved information application.

오늘날 페이스북을 통해 접하는 여행정보는 블로그 유형의 SNS 여행정보와는 달리 정보의 출처, 정보 제공자의 정보가 불분명하여 이용자는 해당 정보를 수용하기 위해 보다 심층적인 판단이 요구되고 있으나 이에 대한 연구는 충분치 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이용자의 페이스북 여행정보 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 파악하고자 하였다. 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통해, 제공되는 정보의 내용적 특성(최신성, 풍부성, 정확성)과 정보제공자 특성(인기, 전문성), 정보수용(신뢰성, 유용성)을 중요한 요인으로 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 분석한 결과, 정보의 내용적 특성과 정보 제공자 특성 모두 페이스북 여행정보 수용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 세부적으로는 정보 내용적 특성 중 정확성이 신뢰성과 유용성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그리고 정보 제공자 특성 중에서는 전문성이 신뢰성에, 인기가 유용성에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 블로그 유형의 SNS 여행정보 수용에 대한 연구 결과와 전반적으로 유사한 결과를 보였다.

지난 호에서는 개인정보를 수집하는 기업이 기본적으로 취해야 할 조치에 대해 법률에서는 어떻게 규정하고 있는지를 살펴봤습니다. 그런데 많은 분들이 기술적 관리적 보호조치에 대해 보다 구체적인 사항을 요구하시더군요. 그래서 이번 호에서는 개인정보를 취급하는 기업이 준수해야 할 조치들을 소개해 드리고자 합니다.

This research conducted research on the provision of the strategic information for the companies' financial and accounting parts among the functions that are provided by the ERP, elements related to the adoption of financial information system that influence and that supports decision-making and management performance. The results of this research are as follows. First, organization's degree of decentralization among the organization structure's characteristics and the element of information technology infrastructure among the information technology characteristics does not affect financial or non-financial performance. Second, financial information characteristics do not affect financial performance partially, Third, organization's size does not play the role of adjuster when it comes to the financial performance. Fourth, some research variables used on this research were not analyzed as important elements that influence financial performance, but the analysis showed that they mostly influence non-financial performance, which means that these are what could be considered strategically when adopting financial information system in the future.

우리 나라의 제반 여건에 비추어 볼 때 국제통상에서 정보가 차지하는 비중은 날로 높아가고 있는 반면, 국제통상정보학은 이제 연구 초기 단계임에도 불구하고 체계적인 연구 및 종합적인 분석이 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 (1) 국제통상활동을 위한 환경정보의 분석과 활용을 중심으로 하는 국제통상환경정보, (2) 전자상거래와 무역업무자동화를 포함한 국제통상정보의 운영, (3) 제도적 법률적 측면을 연구하는 국제통상정보의 관리의 세 분야로 대별하고 주요 연구 대상으로 해외 지역정보, 자동화 시스템, 전자상거래 및 관련 법규를 선정하여 국제통상정보화의 체계적인 연구를 제안하고자 한다.

공간정보와 멀티미디어가 긴밀히 결합된 새로운 형태의 지리정보 환경이 미디어 지리정보시스템(MediaGIS)이다. 비디오 지리정보시스템(VideoGIS)은 미디어 지리정보시스템의 한 예로서 공간정보와 비디오와의 결합과 상호작용에 중점을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시한 지오 비디오(GeoVideo)는 비디오를 기반으로 공간정보의 조회, 검색, 분석 등이 가능한 최초의 비디오 지리정보시스템이다. 지오 비디오는 기존의 인위적이고 함축적이고 그래픽적인 패러다임에서 자연적이고 사실적이고 이미지적인 패러다임으로의 변화의 의미를 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 비디오와 공간정보의 결합에 대해 자세히 논의하고 시스템 구성 방법에 있어서의 고려사항 등에 관해서 논의하기로 한다.

For the continuous information security governance, we have to focus on not just technical aspects like access control and DRM, but informal level management like information security(IS) behavior, culture, and personal value. But there are few informal level studies, while many formal level studies of IS governance or technical means. This study is an empirical test that how IS culture, normal beliefs, personal behavior and value affect employee's deviant behavior. And we define a lack of an awareness of value and importance on IS regulations in organizations as "Information Security Anomie" with the concept of anomie, a viewpoint on social organization.

현행 생명보험업계는 중복가입계약에 대한 정보교환제도를 시행함으로써 잠재적 위험에 대한 위험평가를 하고는 있으나 실제 언더라이팅 과정에서는 효율적인 활용을 못하고 있다. 따라서 언더라이팅 실무 입장에서 현행 정보교환제도의 문제점을 파악하고 각 보험회사가 취할 수 있는 효율적인 대응방안을 제시할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현행 정보교환제도의 문제점을 크게 몇가지로 나눌 수 있다. - 교환기준에 미달하는 다수의 계약건을 가입한 경우 위험평가 불가 - 위험평가상 고지의무에 충실한 계약자의 상대적 불리 - 정해진 기준과 다른 임의적 기준적용 등 선별적 자료교환으로 위험선택에서 배제된 잠재적 위험들의 계속적인 계약 및 지급 등 역선택 방조기능 - 실시간 반영된 정보부재 및 교환된 자료만으로 one-stop 위험평가를 할 수 없는 어려움 내재 - 정보교환에 대한 전체적 참여노력 부족 및 자기정보에 대한 방어와 자체 활용 이런 문제점들을 인식하고 이에 대한 효율적 대응방안을 제시해 본다. - 언더라이팅 측면에서 판매채널 다변화, 업무겸업화 둥 대외 환경변화에 따른 위험분석 및 평가, 위험분산을 위한 multi-player로서의 언더라이터 양성 필요 - 지급, 조사건의 분석 및 통계화 등 feed back 기능 강화통한 언더라이팅 활용 - 방문진단 통한 적부기능 활용 또는 모집자 사정평점제 등 언더라이팅 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 위험평가 자료축적 - 영업환경적 측면에서 고보장 상품의 경쟁적인 개발제한 - 정보교환제도 측면에서 정보교환 기준 변경 및 교환내용 추가 및 공동의 계약인수 guideline 필요 - 진단거절체, 표준미달체, 사절체 등 새로운 정보교환의 추진 필요 - 종합적인 피보험자의 정보를 획득할 수 있는 피보험자 종합정보의 데이터 구축 및 활용 효율적인 위험관리 외에도 각 보험회사별로 역선택 위험에 대한 심각성을 인식하고 업계간 정보교환에 적극적인 참여와 노력이 필요하며 잠재적 위험평가를 하는데 있어 계약자에게는 객관적 근거없이 불편을 갖지 않도록 언더라이팅 서비스하는 것 또한 중요하다. 지속적인 피보험자의 위험통계축적으로 잠재위험에 대한 보다 객관화된 위험평가를 할 수 있는 언더라이팅 기법을 체득함으로써 언더라이팅 경쟁력을 갖을 수 있다.
