항로표지의 배치는 전문가의 주관적 경험에 의존하여 배치하므로 오차를 발생하여 항해의 위험이 되곤 한다. 이는 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 항로표지 배치에 대한 적합성 평가 시스템이 없기 때문이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 2,021년도부터 『항로표지 배치 적합성 평가 서비스 시스템』에 대한 개발을 시작하여 2,025도에 개발을 완료할 예정이다. 이 연구에서는 개발 중인 『항로표지 배치 적합성 평가 서비스 시스템』에 대하여 연구자, 해양수산부 공무원(항로표지과), 항해자를 대상으로 서비스 시스템에 대하여 설문 조사·분석 하였다. 만족도 분석 결과 75%로 나타남.

항로표지는 선박이 항로를 안전하게 운항함에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구에서는 빅데이터 기반으로 AIS 항적분석 모듈, 항로표지 적합성 평가 모듈, 항로표지 배치 검증 모듈 개발을 하고 이를 통합한 항로표지 적합성 평가 및 최적배치 서비스를 개발하고자 한다. 이에 최적배치 서비스 개발을 위한 로드맵과 모듈 개발을 위한 추진 전략 방향성을 구성하였다.

본 논문은 보안제품 적합성 검중을 위한 자동화 도구를 리눅스 기반에서 구현하였으며, 구현된 적합성 검증 자동화 도구를 이용하여 TCP/IP 5Layer중 IP Layer 이상의 계층에서 보안성을 제공하는 제품들에 대한 무결성 테스트를 실시하였다. 그리고 CC(Common Criteria) 기반의 적합성 검증 절차를 연구하여 구체적인 보안제품의 보호파일에 대한 제안을 제기했다. 구현된 적합성 검증 자동화 도구를 이용하여 개발된 보안제품의 안정성을 테스트할 수 있으리라 예상되며, 제안된 보호파일은 구체적인 평가항목으로 국가기관에서 보안제품의 평가 시 사용될 수 있으리라 예상된다.

이기종 지문입력기간의 호환 성능은 인터페이스 표준을 준용하면서 데이터 표준을 준용한다는 전제하에 알고리즘의 호환성이 이루어졌을 때 다른 시스템과의 충분한 호환성을 달성할 수 있다. 따라서 호환 가능한 시스템이 만들어졌을 때 이를 평가하여 시스템 간 호환성 정보를 평가 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문은 ISO/IEC JCT1/SC37의 지문 데이터 포맷기반의 데이터 포맷 표준 적합성 시험 도구 설계 및 구현을 목적으로 한다. 지문 데이터포맷 적합성 시험도구는 지문 데이터 표준에 요구된 사항들이 정의된 것처럼 제대로 구현되었는지의 여부를 평가하는 것이다. 개발한 시험도구는 다양한 지문센서에 기반한 국내 제품을 이용하여 데이터 포맷 적합성 평가를 하였으며, 이에 따라 각 제품의 데이터 포맷이 표준에 적합하게 개발되었는지를 판단할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 전 세계적으로 활발히 전개 중인 바이오 인식 관련 국제 표준을 국내 지문인식기기에 적용 및 확산시키는데 그 의의가 있겠다.

HANTEC 2.0 (A Korean Test Collection) is distributed for evaluation of information retrieval systems. HANTEC 2.0 is consists of 120,000 documents, 50 topics(queries) and relevant information. The relevant information is constructed by pooling methods. The relevant information is very important for evaluation of information retrieval systems. So we would like to review of the relevant information by manual method. It will be show validation of pooling method and HANTEC relevant information. We make tool for manual review of relevant information and review of that. We review of relevant information between manual relevant information and HANTEC's. We review of pooling method and HANTEC relevant information. The manual relevant information will be use evaluation of information retrieval systems.

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study tired to comprehensively extract the factors that affect the perception web credibility based on preceding researches and develop of indicators for evaluating the web credibility by goodness-fit analysis. I modified more than 100 factors which presented by preceding researches to 28 factors, and allocated these factors into the hierarchical categories like followings; trustworthiness, expertness, safety are categorized as first level factors, trustfulness and reputation are placed to sub-factors of trustworthiness, usefulness, timeliness and competency to sub-factors of expertness, security and reliability to sub-factors of safety as second level factors. Finally this study developed evaluating indicators for web credibility by goodness-of fit analysis.

This study examined the extent to which variations in relevance assessments affect the evaluation of the performance of full-text retrieval system. Four sets of relevance judgments obtained by examining the full-text of documents were used to test the retrieval effectiveness. There was no noticeable difference in retrieval performance among the four relevance judgment sets. It implies that a variety of definitions of relevance has no effect on the evaluation of the performance of the full-text retrieval system. Furth r retrieval experiments on this topic incorporating relevance feedback, which is one of the sophisticated retrieval techniques using relevance information, are suggested.

국내 전자상거래의 표준으로 채택된 ebXML에 대한 관심이 집중되면서 앞으로 전자상거래 솔루션에 대한 제품 개발이 활발히 이루어질 것으로 보인다. 현재 제품 출시 초기 단계에서 제품의 시험 및 인증의뢰에 대한 대비책을 세우기 위해 ebXML 표준적합성 시험, 인증 모델의 개발이 절실하게 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 적합성 평가를 위한 시스템을 설계하고, 메시지 서비스의 적합성 여부를 판단하기 위한 테스트 요구 사항을 추출하여 각 요구 사항 항목에 대한 테스트 케이스를 정의한다. 본 논문에서 설계한 적합성 테스트 도구를 이용하여 ebXML Messaging Service의 표준적합성 시험. 인증을 위한 평가 기준을 제공할 수 있으며. 국내/국외 기업체의 ebXML 솔루션 제품 개발에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this research was to implement and verify an information retrieval(IR) system based on users' relevance criteria for information search tasks. For this purpose, we implemented an IR system with a dynamic ranking model using users' relevance criteria varying with the types of information search task and evaluated this system through user experiment. 45 participants performed three information search tasks on both IR systems with a static and a dynamic ranking model. Three Information search tasks are fact finding search task, problem solving search task and decision making search task. Participants evaluated top five search results on 7 likert scales of relevance. We observed that the IR system with a dynamic ranking model provided more relevant search results compared to the system with a static ranking model. This research has significance in designing IR system for information search tasks, in testing the validity of user-oriented relevance judgement model by implementing an IR system for actual information search tasks and in relating user research to the improvement of an IR system.

최근 지능형전력망 산업에 이어 최근 IoT, 마이크로그리드 등 전력시스템의 고도화 및 활성화를 위해 다양한 분야의 접목이 시도되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 전력시스템의 진화가 생각보다 느리게 진행되는 이유는 시스템 자체의 신뢰성이 부족한 부분이 있지만, 수용가, 즉 소비자들의 신뢰를 확보하지 못한 부분 역시 간과하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 수용가 측 지능형 전기설비에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 적합성평가를 위해 OPNET을 활용한 저압 전기설비의 적합성평가 방법을 모의하였다.
