On the braking torque distributions in the design of the brake system (제동 장치의 설계에 있어서 제동 토오크배분에 관하여)

  • 차량의 제동장치는 제동시 차량의 조향안정성을 유지하면서 최소한의 제동거리를 확보하는 장 치라 할 수 있다. 제동시 차량의 조향안정성 유지와 최소제동거리를 확보하기 위해서는 차량의 적절한 제동능력에 필요한 전제동토오크를 전후륜의 제동장치에 적당하게 배분시켜야 한다. 그러나 차량의 각차륜의 하중 상태는 여러 가지 적재상태와 제동시중량이동 등에 따라 변하게 되므로 고정된 제동장치로서는 전후륜의 제동토오크를 가변시킬 수 없어 설계시 빈도가 높은 조건에 맞추어 제동장치의 구성부품을 확정할 수밖에 없다. 차량에 따라서는 축하중상태의 변 화가 큰 경우와 공용화를 위하여 여러 모델의 차량에 동일제동 장치를 적용하려고 할 경우에 문제점이 따르기 마련이다. 본고에서는 제동장치의 전후륜의 제동토오크 배분에 대하여 고찰하여 설계개념을 파악하고자 한다.

Hydrological Evaluation Design Factors Setting of Green Roof System Based on Model(K-LIDM) (모형을 기반으로 한 옥상녹화시스템의 수문학적 평가 설계인자 설정)

  • 급격한 도시화와 기후변화로 인해 기존 물순환 체계가 왜곡됨에 따라 저영향개발(Low Impact Development) 기법의 필요성이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. LID 요소 중 하나인 옥상녹화는 국내에 도입이 많이 되었고 적정 설계인자를 설정하기 위해 지속적으로 연구를 수행하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 옥상녹화 설계인자의 설정과 수문·식생·토양을 고려한 시나리오 구축을 통해 국내 물순환 모형인 K-LIDM을 이용하여 옥상녹화의 정량적 물순환 효율성 분석을 수행하였다. 대상유역은 한국 그린인프라 저영향개발센터 내 옥상녹화 실험장으로 옥상녹화에서 계측하고 있는 측정값을 기반으로 K-LIDM 모형 검보정을 수행하고 옥상녹화의 설계인자에 따른 시나리오를 통해 수문학적 성능평가를 수행하였다. 단기강우 시나리오를 적용하였을 때 옥상녹화는 일반콘트리트 옥상에 비해 5.25 ~ 36.48%의 유출저감률이 산정되었으며, 유출저감 한계효율은 지속시간 60분, 120분, 180분 일 때 각각 8.93%, 6.17%, 5.25%로 산정되었다. 장기강우 시나리오를 적용하였을 때는 연평균 53.54%의 유출저감률이 산정되었다. 또한 토심의 증가에 따른 유출량 감소는 관목>교목>지피 식물 순으로 나타났으며, 토심이 1cm 증가할 때의 저감유출랴은 지피 식물의 경우 0.0002㎥/s, 교목의 경우 0.0005㎥/s, 관목의 경우 0.0008㎥/s로 나타났다. 옥상녹화는 건물 설계에 따른 적재하중과 환경조건, 식물선정, 생육에 많은 영향을 받는 기술요소이므로 다양한 시나리오를 통한 수문학적 성능평가가 필요시 된다. 본 연구결과는 정량적 옥상녹화시스템 효율성 검증을 실시하기 위한 옥상녹화 설계가이드라인에서 고려사항을 제시할 수 있는 기준이 될 것이라고 기대된다.

A Study on Determination of Suspension Spring Coefficient of Electric UTV for Agricultural Use through Virtual Simulation (가상 시뮬레이션을 통한 농업용 전동 UTV의 서스펜션 스프링 계수 결정 연구)

  • In order to respond to carbon neutrality and climate change in agriculture, agricultural machinery, which has been developed centered on internal combustion engines, needs to be converted to an electric-based technology that does not emit greenhouse gases. In this study, simulations for electric UTV suspension design were performed to reduce vibration and shock of electric UTV for agricultural use and to improve driving stability and control performance of the vehicle. The simulation was performed by dividing the tolerance load of the vehicle body and the loaded load state. The range of motion of the suspension spring of UTV is within 30% of the range of motion under condition B under tolerance, the displacement of the UTV suspension with full load is reduced from 264mm to 121mm, and the damping speed is 260mm/s to 300mm/s that it can be seen that the range of motion is within 60%. Suspension design of electric UTV for multi-purpose agricultural work is a very important factor for maintaining agricultural work ability in towing work such as tillage as well as driving and terrain adaptation. The results of this study can be usefully used to determine the spring parameters with the appropriate damping range so that the electric UTV can be used for various agricultural tasks.

  • The ship's seakeeping performance in the pitching and roll motion was felt tired. These gives structural loads to loaded with cargo and hull facilities. Be to improve, small catamaran power yacht designed a data for ship research and ship's hull form to be decided. In this study, based on domestic release for coastal marine environment in the interpretation criteria were chosen based on the exercise performance. The seakeeping performance of marine leisure catamaran was based on voyage speed. The seakeeping performance estimates based on the encounter angle, the wave of the encounter frequency response amplitude ratio for exercise was assessed in the high performance area.

  • Rollover is a major concern for vehicles with a higher center of gravity and for improving driving performance. This study investigates a tilting system to prevent rollover, which was successfully implemented for high-speed trains. It may be useful to apply the concept of the tilting system to a large truck such as a trailer. Even a small adjustment in the tilting angle can improve the driving stability during a steep turn. The equation of motion was derived from a dynamic model of the trailer with the tilting system. The balance of the centrifugal force and normal force determines the rollover critical speed for a given radius of the turn and load. To obtain a more conservative criterion, the rollover critical state was defined as the instant when any side wheel loses contact with the road. To actuate the tilting system, the optimal tilting angle must be calculated from the steering angle and the vehicle speed. Using a simplified model of a large truck, the effects of the tilting angle and load on the rollover critical speed were investigated.

  • In this paper, the basic design of the electric hydraulic sliding deck system was developed to develop the electric hydraulic sliding deck which can easily upgrade the loading and unloading of the agricultural machinery by modifying the load of the existing 5ton cargo truck. Through the kinematic analysis, The length and structure of the specimens were designed and the materials were selected for safety and economical efficiency through structural analysis. For the basic design of the sliding deck system, we surveyed the agricultural machinery to be transported and selected necessary elements. And have devised a system using a hydraulic cylinder that can meet selected factors. Through the simplified modeling and kinematic diagram, the operating structure of the sliding deck system was grasped and the minimum length and structure of the sliding deck were devised, In order to select the sliding deck material satisfying, four representative materials used in the automobile structure were selected. Selected the parts to be analyzed and compared the stresses and deformation amounts according to the material under the conditions of maximum load through simplified modeling. As a result, SS41P material was used to reduce the unit cost and to achieve safety. The winch system was designed and applied for moving up and down of the farm machinery which can not be operated.
