Purpose: The purpose of the present article is to help orthopedic surgeons better understand the basic principles of unconstrained total shoulder arthroplasty, and to help them perform the best surgical technique for reconstruction. Materials and Methods: In this article, we reviewed in depth current biomechanics, indications & contraindications, surgical techniques, complications and outcomes of unconstrained total shoulder arthroplasty. Additionally, we discussed current issues relevant to total shoulder arthroplasty such as whether a keeled or a pegged glenoid should be used. Results and Conclusion: A thorough understanding of the biomechanics of total shoulder arthroplasty, and the technical details and problems in implantation, are critical to provide the best functional outcome and to avoid the risk of complications.

This study examined the longitudinal effect of preschool children's media exposure and maternal depression on first-grade children's school adjustment and the mediating effect of attention problem. Longitudinal data from the Panel Study of Korean Children (PSKC) collected by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) was used to examine this hypothetical model. The subjects of the study included 2,150 children (1,091 boys and 1,059 girls) and their mothers across 2013 (5 yrs.) through 2015 (7 yrs.). The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was estimated using SPSS 25.0 and Amos 25. The results of this study were as follows. First, higher level of preschool children's media exposure and maternal depression were related to higher attention problems after a year and lower level of children's school adjustment during first-grade. Second, preschool children's media exposure and maternal depression had an indirect effect on first-grade children's school adjustment via attention problem. The results of this study will provide supporting evidence to many educators and parents for the implementation of effective practices for first-grade children to enhance their school adjustment. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of maternal psychological wellbeing and the risk of indiscriminate media exposure during early childhood on first-grade's school adjustment.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the textbooks of counseling skills and techniques to understand what contents are included and to identify differences of contents between psychological counseling textbooks and career counseling textbooks. 5 psychological counseling textbooks and 4 career counseling textbooks were to analyse. First of all, each textbook contains various contents from the author's viewpoint. Therefore, educators need to understand the characteristics of the textbooks, when they choose the textbook among them. Secondly, there are common contents and different contents between psychological counseling textbooks and career counseling textbooks. The common contents are 'skills based on counseling theory', 'counseling relationship', interview and counseling process skills', 'client assessment and understanding', 'multicultural counseling'. 'Response skills' are regarded as the most important content in psychological counseling textbooks, while 'client assessment and understanding' being the most important in career counseling textbooks.

Treating patients with severely worn dentition often requires comprehensive prosthetic treatments. Oral rehabilitation and long-term stability could be achieved by analyzing the cause of the wear and changing vertical dimension. The temporary restoration procedure is executed and patient's adaptation is evaluated by long-term observation when treatment is accompanied with increasing vertical dimension. In this case, 54 year-old male presented with worn dentition and esthetic dissatisfaction. In oral manifestations, severely worn dentition with attrition and erosion is diagnosed. To evaluate change of vertical dimension, interocclusal rest space, facial appearance, pronunciation, clinical crown length, distance from incisor edge to labial vestibule are evaluated. Consequently, 2.5 mm increase of vertical dimension that based on articulator incisal pin is determined. After 8 weeks stabilization period with temporary prostheses, definitive prostheses are fabricated. After 6 months follow up period, satisfactory outcomes were achieved both in functional and esthetic aspects through this procedure.

The aims of this research are to grasp the supporting volition of the government as increasing multicultural family and discussing direction of the work and program for them. Therefore, this article inquired into the structure and the view through the supporting the law in 2008 and policy in 2009 of multicultural family and the contents of the work and program divided into the fields of essentiality and speciality for the multicultural family support center. As a result, this article implied three directions ; first, the practicality of contents based on the needs and requirement of multicultural family, second, the connection of multicultural family life cycle based on circumstances and resources, third, the mutual direction of effect based on promoting the character of a nation between multicultural family and others.

The number of Multi-cultural Background Adolescent increases every year. It is necessary to show their growing environment in which they are brought up. So this study tries to have a questionnaire research with 588 adolescents and an focus group-interview with 8 service professionals In conclusion, this study suggests developing supplemental programs, supporting systems such as the person participation in the step of the program planning, the community organization networking, professional placement, providing integration service and training program in a family unit.

Osteochondritis dissecans is a common cause of lateral elbow pain in throwing athletes and gymnasts between the age of 10 and 15 years. The pain frequently is insidious and progressive in nature and is relieved with rest in most cases. Compressive forces at the radiocapitellar joint along with a tenuous blood supply to the region may play a role in the etiology of this condition. Treatment is directed according to presenting symptoms, radiographic findings and status of the involved segment. Surgical management involves either an excision of a loose lesion and removal of loose bodies or reattachment of an osteochondral fragment. The role of subchondral penetration of debridement of the defect after fragment excision is unclear. Whether to excise and debride or to fix an unstale fragment is a highly controversial topic. The clinician should recognize osteochondritis dissecans of the elbow as a potentially disabling condition where the prognosis for return to sport is guarded

This study explains a turning to being cultured and geography management to get closer to popularization and specialization of geography, for which based on the assumption that they are for development of knowledge. It adopts the idea of human's geographical nature to solve the dualism which geography is referred as science and art. To adopt human's geographical nature causes to human's geographical investigation, and uniting positivism to humanism. It deduces from the Bible and Evolutionism that it is characteristic of mobility, adaptabilty, connectivity, ideality, and hybridity. Geographical concepts is based on the fact that it can be applied to geographical research theme. Popularization of geography has to relate to being cultural, and specialization of geography has to relate to geography management.

In this paper, we propose the face anti-spoofing method based on combination of luminance and chrominance with convolutional neural networks. The proposed method extracts luminance and chrominance features independently from live and fake faces by using stacked convolutional neural networks and auxiliary networks. Unlike previous methods, an attention module has been adopted to adaptively combine extracted features instead of simply concatenating them. In addition, we propose a new loss function, called the contrast loss, to learn the classifier more efficiently. Specifically, the contrast loss improves the discriminative power of the features by maximizing the distance of the inter-class features while minimizing that of the intra-class features. Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves the significant improvement for face anti-spoofing compared to existing methods.
