It is evident that a financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis has been theoretically and practically accepted in the aspect of its adequacy. However, it is not easy to apply in the practical business affairs since there exist some difficulties on the economic analysis and the interpretation of the result because of the difficulty of the estimation of the discount rate. This study aims to suggest a method of the financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study can increase the reliance and adequacy of the economic analysis result by suggesting a method of estimating the discount rate by means of the proxy ${\beta}$ method in the practical way. Second, this study can provide the overall frame of the financial feasibility study based on the economic analysis method (namely, Net Present Value Method internal rate of return, profit index method and payback period method)which use discount rate and cash flow. Third, this study can suggest an practical analysis skill required in each step of the financial feasibility study.

수도권 부하의 집중과 원거리 발전단지 위치는 우리나라 전력전송의 문제점이며, 전압형 HVDC 적용이 전력전송 문제의 대안이 되고 있다. 초기투자비가 높은 전압형 HVDC 사업의 경제적 타당성 확보의 방법은 기존 시장접근법의 부가가치 편익반영 외에 다른 각도의 다양한 편익산정법의 제안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전압형 HVDC 사업 타당성 확보를 위한 피해비용저감방식의 다양한 편익을 도출하고 경제적 타당성을 제시하였다.

The objective of this study is to calculate road user costs that caused by the expansion work of metropolitan arterial highway and to analyze the costs that affect economic feasibility evaluation. "Taerung~Guri IC" section of Bukbu Expressway was selected as a case study. As a result, it shows that these costs could be a factor for determining economic feasibility for some projects. However, decreased capacity and free-flow speed are seriously different as period, type, length and traffic volume of work zones. These factors that decrease traffic capacity and free-flow speed should be deeply researched in the future.

교육에서 수월성의 문제가 처음 제기된 문제는 아니지만 국가 간의 경쟁력이란 차원에서뿐만 아니라 교육환경의 개선이란 차원에서도 현대사회에서 창의적인 사고력을 지닌 학생의 교육이 무엇보다 강조되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 정보 영재의 교육 중에서 프로그래밍을 위한 사고력 신장에 적합한 교수-학습 모형 개발 및 적용에 목적을 두고 있다. 제안된 교수-학습 모형에서 자료구조로는 트리를 구성하고 제어구조로는 recursion 개념을 학습하도록 하고 있다. 정보 영재 지도에 도입할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하기 위해 교수-학습 모형을 현장에 적용하여 교육 프로그램 개발의 타당성을 검증한다. 예제로 선택한 하노이 타워를 트리로 구성하는 방법과 트리 탐색의 방법으로서 recursion 개념을 적용하는 교수-학습 활동으로 사고력 신장을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발의 타당성을 검증한다.

원유로 오염된 모래지역의 생물정화기술 적용을 위하여 인위적으로 오염시킨 해사를 이용한 타당성 연구를 수행함으로써, 오염 환경에 최적 적용방법을 검토하였다. 무기 영양염류, 인공계면활성제, 유류분해미생물의 적용성을 검토한 결과, 영양염류의 첨가가 효과적이며 외부로부터 미생물을 첨가할 경우 토착미생물보다 많은 양을 적용하는 것이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 계면활성제는 CMC와 동일 농도로 첨가할 때 높은 효과를 얻을 수 있었다 원유성분의 무기화에 의해 발생되는 이산화탄소량 측정이 타당성 평가의 유효한 도구임을 알 수 있었으며 미생물의 활성과 원유성분 변화로 이를 검증할 수 있었다.

지진파 전파로 인한 매설관에 작용하는 지진하중은 지진특성 및 지반조건에 따른 지반변형률로부터 산정되어야 한다. 그러나. 기존에 사용되고 있는 경험적인 방법에 의해 계산된 지반변형률 모형은 지진 및 지반의 지역적 특수성을 고려할 수 없는 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 지진특성 및 지반조선을 반영할 수 있는 수정된 지반변형률 모형을 제안하고 개발된 모형을 매설관로의 지진해석에 지진하중으로 적용하였다. 여기서, 지반변형률을 예측하기 위한 지진판 전파속도는 지반조건을 고려할 수 있도록 파 에너지분포에 근거한 분산곡선을 제안하여 산정하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻어진 지반변형률 산정방법에 타당성을 파악하기 위해 예측한 지반변형률과 과거 지진으로 실측된 지반변형률을 비교하였다. 타당성이 입증된 지반변형률 모형을 매설관의 하중으로 적용하여 지진해석을 실시하였으며, 계산결과는 범용 유한요소해석을 통한 동해석 및 응답변위법에 의한 결과와 비교하였다. 이를 통해 지반 변형률 모형을 적용한 매설관 지진해석의 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한, 지진 및 지반환경이 다른 다양한 관의 특성을 반영하기 위해, 지진 지반 및 관의 영향 인자에 대해 매개변수 해석에 실시되었으며, 이로써 본 연구의 활용성을 검토하였다.

네팔은 6천여 개가 넘는 강이 존재하며 불안정한 기후로 인해 산사태와 홍수가 빈번하게 발생하고 있고, 노후된 상수도 시설 문제도 있어 효과적인 물관리 대책이 필요하다. 이 연구는 네팔 카트만두 인근의 소도시인 둘리켈시를 대상지역으로 하여 스마트 물관리 도입 방안에 대한 타당성 연구조사를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 스마트물관리(SWM) 사업계획을 수립하고, 상수도 관리 기술이 둘리켈시 수돗물 공급 전과정에서 수량·수질을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 계기를 마련하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 주요 연구로 국내 스마트물관리 기술의 네팔 적용성 분석, 수운영 자료및 현황 조사, 스마트 물관리 도입을 위한 수도 시설의 설계 방향을 수립하였고, 기술 도입과 확대 방안을 제시하였다. 스마트 물관리 기술의 적용 타당성 분석을 위하여 현장 조사를 수행하였고, 수리 계측데이터의 분석, 수원지, 정수장, 주요 관로에서의 수질을 분석하였다. 이외에 관망수리해석을 기반으로 대상지역 내 공급가능한 수량을 산정하였고, 상수도 공급이 어려운 지역에 대한 추가시설 확보방안을 제시하였다. 현재 조건에서의 상수도 운영, 관리체계를 분석하여 노후화된 상수도 시설의 개선 및 보완 방안, 스마트 물관리 기술 도입 가능성도 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 기본계획과 실시설계를 통하여 스마트 물관리 인프라가 둘리켈시에 도입될 경우, 물 공급의 불균형으로 인한 피해를 최소화하고, 수돗물의 안정적인 공급 및 수질 안정성 확보, 상수관망에서 수질 및 누수 사고에 대처가 가능할 것으로 보이며 인근 카트만두를 비롯한 지방 소도시에도 스마트 물관리 기술적용에 기틀이 될 것으로 기대된다.

With construction industry recession, many construction companies are increasingly conducting the development projects by themselves. However, housing projects requested by developers still stand large portion. Although many studies on feasibility analysis were released, they mainly focused on economic feasibility and lacked research on factors and criterions of overall project. Also, because previous studies overly break downed factors related to project, they rarely used in practice. Therefore, this study developed the feasibility analysis model of housing development projects to help main contractors to easily and effectively decide if it is feasible enough to promote the projects requested by developers, and verified the reliability of the model. In this study, thirty one driving factors were identified under seven different categories and the criterion of each factor was also developed. The survey on important index of each factor found "salability", "economic feasibility", "site location" and "method of raising fund" significant. 3 projects were tested by the model and its results showed resonable reliability.

본 연구에서는 은폼 개발 배경 및 제조 방법 설명과 이를 응용한 은폼 제품류에 대하여 시험 하였으며 그 결과 은폼은 천연 항생제로서 시험 성적서로 타당성을 검증하고 향후 다방면 적용에 대하여는 각각의 적용 시험을 통하여 검증하고자 함.

The paper aims to improve the quality and validity of community plan using the content analysis on gyeongju-si. To achieve it, the relevant literatures reviewed, and established the basic framework and three criteria of community plan, then adapted these criteria to the gyeongju-si community plan. Findings are like: Firstly, the measurement criteria of validity are clarified into three; vertical consistency on the whole plan's hierarchical structure, horizontal relevancy between the section plans, clearness of statement. Secondly, generally, gyeongju si plan didn't satisfy the criteria of validity. Based on these results, it specifically offers a impoverishment strategy including the guidelines' upgrading.
