The Feasibility Study of Low-rise Housing Plans on Hilly Site and Design Model Proposals (경사지 활용 저층 집합주택의 개발가능성과 경사도별 모델 제안)

  • This research starts from the questioning of current housing development on the hilly site in Korea. It aims to investigate various design techniques of low-rise housing as an alternative housing plan on hilly sites. Several generic solutions of the combination of building type and road pattern are tested for a simulation process, and evaluated in terms of crucial design issues; development density, parking space and open space. As a result, four reasonable models are selected for making full use of geographical features of hilly site, two models each land slope of $18^{\circ}$ and $26^{\circ}$. Several design techniques for each model are also suggested, in ensuring the development feasibility by considering land slope, vehicular access and parking, common open space, and community facilities.

  • Recently, we have seen the change of population and family structure, population growth has slowed and family differentiation was constantly done. A rapidly increase of single and couple household. So small-scaled house demand will be increased. Therefore this study planned to solve recent collective housing problem and to satisfy new housing demand. The purpose of planning was that low-rise high-density small-scaled of urban housing complex. This study used for two methods. First methods were literature analysis for domestic collective houses's present conditions and issues. Other purpose was to confirm change of household. Second method is case studies. It went through two phases to select the cases. The cases selected domestic and foreign each eight, total sixteen. The cases analyzed to twelve elements characteristic of housing complex, unit and community facilities. This study applied one area of Seoul to the low-rise high-density small-scaled housing complex.

  • This study proposes a new rapid-screening method for more reasonably evaluation the seismic capacities of low-rise RC buildings controlled by both shear and flexure. At the same time, this develops the equation of damage judgement and seismic capacity evaluation for quantitatively evaluating the seismic capacities. Using this evaluating method, it is impossible to estimate the evaluation score and earthquake-damage degree confronted with this and evaluate for efficiently the seismic capacities

  • Our school management is changing by soft and self-regulating method from single educational system. Especially, 7th educational curriculum demands change of educational system and operation that correspond spontaneously on various needs of students. Like this, changing educational policy and curriculum accompany change of social awareness, curriculum, and school space should be changed corresponding hereupon. Such our change can say that is appearing fairly similarly, when compare in Japanese educational policy, curriculum, side of change of school space. Because it is resulting from partial accepting of educational curriculum, system, school architecture and space of Japan. In such background, I investigates Japanese schools cases that advanced than us, which is been opened within the latest 6 years. Through this analysis, I find space and function that can apply to our school. And I will propose some basic data needed for educational and architectural planning side.

  • In Korea, most of the historic city became a deteriorated area with low-rise settlement. It is revaluated as a s great potential in spite of slum clearance and redevelopment for a long while after 1970s. A great achievement for low rise multi family housing, in spite of these social change, is not easy to find the cases and social commonness. In the view points, this article deals a ideal model in historic areas, and the model should be get the understanding from the people, because acceptance from people is the beginning for making historic housing areas. The facade model for evaluation prepared as three types, and responses for the models processed by AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process).

  • 광명시 경륜 경기장은 국민 체육진흥공단에서 턴키(Turn key)공사로 발주하였고, CS구조+공간건축+대우건설, 삼성건설, 태영건설의 제출안이 당선되어 현재 시공중에 있다. 경기장의 저층부는 PC로 설계되었고, 지붕은 철골 트러스를 사용한 Dome 형상으로 이루어져 있다. 돔 지붕의 개념은 지붕에 물을 부었을 때 가장 흘러가기 쉬운 방향으로 트러스를 배치하여 유연한 힘의 흐름을 유도하는 것이다. 143.6m(폭)${\times}$183.5m(길이)${\times}$21m(높이)의 지붕엔 지붕의 개념인 Flow Truss를 물이 흐르는 방향의 방사형으로 배치하고, 내부에 압축링(Compression Ring Truss)과 외부에 인장링(Tension Ring Truss)를 설치하여 힘의 흐름을 단순화시켰고, 실내에서 보기에 플로우 트러스의 간격을 넓게 유지함으로써 개방감을 극대화시켰다. 또한 Flow Truss는 동일한 곡률과 길이로 설계하여 표준화시킴으로써 시공성과 경제성을 동시에 만족토록 하였다. 현재 저층부 시공은 거의 완료된 상황이고, 곧 지붕을 설치할 예정이다. 본 고에서는 돔 지붕의 형성 개념과 설계 과정을 살펴보고, 접합상세 등의 해결에 대해 살펴보겠다.

  • Considering the present development situation of domestic apartment complexes, the environment and its landscape is monotonous and dull, so the diversity is very important socially and visually. The ground floor dwellings can influence the richness and diversity of ground landscape in the apartment housing. Because they are set on the ground and directly contact with people's sight line. In this context, this study aims to identify the elements of design diversity in the ground floor dwellings, to analysis the architectural characteristics of them and to propose the improvement of diversity.

  • To cope with the serious housing shortage arising from rapid urbanization and industrialization, residential communities were constructed to meet the growing demand for housing. However, mass construction of these residential communities unavoidably resulted in uniformity standardization. In particular, for high rise apartment blocs using the ground floor as the center of the lower levels housings has raised problem of sunshine, airing, privacy. The research which it sees as the house low evaluation it is coming to become it plans a public facilities on lower levels of the building which keeps the quality which the ground connection and human scale back separates as, to solve the problem point of the lower levels house and the resident collective life which is smooth becomes accomplished.
