인터넷 사용의 보편화로 사이버 공간이 날로 확장하고 있다. 테이프나 CD로 즐기던 음악을 PC 또는 전용 플레이어를 이용해 MP3파일로 듣기도 하고 ;이 영화만에 가시 않고도 인터넷으로 영화와 비디오를 감상하는 시대가 이미 열렸다. 또한 최근에는 파일형태로 공급되는 전자 북(E-book)리 등장해 종이 책 시장을 넘보고 있다. 그러나, 디지털 컨텐츠들은 쉽고 간편하게 원본과 똑같은 품짙로 복제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상상을 초월하는 빠른 속도로 이동이 가능하여 사용자들이 불법으로 얼마든지 이용할 수 있다. 현재 국내외에서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안한 기술로 디지털 컨텐츠들을 보호하고 관리할 수 있도록 하는 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이가는 시스템들이 제안되어 계속적으로 개밭되고 있다[1]. 디지털 컨텐츠를 보호하고 저작권을 관리하는 시스템인 DRM에는 크게 세 가지의 기본 시스템(Publisher Customer, DRM Server System)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 컨텐츠를 등록하고 저작권자가 그 컨텐츠를 관리하는 Publisher System을 키 알고리즘을 이용하여 설계한다. 설계한다.

The Digital Right Management from illegal copy protects the various digital contents, the use self-admiration which is lawful does to make the contents use, payment leads about use and is a system which protects a copyright voluntary right and a profit the contents free reproduction permits, illegality use the fact that closes thoroughly is goal. Portability rating will lead and as the technique will be able to induce the quality increase of Digital Right Management S/W the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree will raise. In order to evaluate Portability of Digital Right Management S/W from the research which sees proposed the tentative metric. Also, measured a quality and the result according to the standard which is appropriate accomplished presented clearly presented a research about the method which decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method.

Internet purchase is increasing according to the activation of Electronic Commerce. Currently, the hardware is main purchase items in the Electronic Commerce. The on-line purchase of digital product, that is electronic file type of product, has many merits such as, does not cost in logistics, is ease of searching the product, and is possible of 'Try and Buy' system. But, actually digital products have not been major product and Cause of its piracy problem. Therefore, the tchnology of digital rights management is focused within EC. The piracy problem of digital products comes from the lack of safety in DP license control technology. Current EC has no method to identify the object that has the right to use the digital product. The protecting of object change is impossible and the protection of hacking is not enough and EC has many problems in efficient license control because of the incompletion of EC structure. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of on-line circulation system, which can activate on-line circulation of MP3 digital data product in EC, by using the new license control technology, that is Dynamic License Control technology.

냅스터와 소리바다와 같은 P2P기술을 이용한 파일 공유 서비스를 통해 컨텐츠의 불법사용이 급속하게 확산됨에 따라 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 불법복제방지 및 저작권 보호·관리를 위한 DRM기술에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 DRM 기술에 대해 알아보고 국내·외 DRM 개발현황을 살펴보기 위해 국내·외 DRM 관련 제품 현황, 특허현황, 표준화현황 등을 위주로 조사하여 비교·분석하고자 한다.

Various studies to increase customer satisfaction of a web based system are performed actively. Also in recent days an interest about the personalization that supporting a order type service on customer's viewpoint was raised. So the studies supporting the personalization is required in a web-based marketing system. In this study, we designed an intelligent recommendation system which supporting one to one web marketing using cross selling. The proposed system used an intelligent data mining method as a concurrent cross selling and a sequential cross selling. Also, In experiment on the prototype, we show a proposed system was usable in an practical system applying the mining result.

It is evaluated that there is infinit capability of creating new e business using P2P program. but the research for the method to protect the copyright of digital contents is urgent even for development of the p2p service because the problem of copyright protection for digital contents is not solved. In this article, we designed the P2P system which cm give the function of security with technology for copyright management which is made with AES algorism based on PKI when users send digital contants to each other in internet.

DRM (Digital Rights Management)은 디지털 저작권 관리를 뜻하는 말로, 전자책, 음악, 게임 등의 디지털 컨텐츠의 지적 재산권을 보호하기 위해 디지털 컨텐츠의 무단 유통을 방지하는 서비스를 의미한다. 이러한 DRM 시스템은 주로 유선 환경에서 사용되고 있었으나. 최근 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인한 무선 환경에서의 디지털 컨텐츠의 사용요구가 증가함에 따라 DRM 시스템은 유선 환경뿐만 아니라 무선 환경에서도 그 중요성이 날로 커지고 있는 실정이다. 현재 DRM은 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 저작권에 대한 보호 뿐 아니라 더 나아가 디지털 컨텐츠를 이용한 마케팅 솔루션을 제공하는 것까지 그 영역을 확장함에 따라 각 비즈니스 영역별로 적합하도록 다양한 DRM 솔루션이 제시되고 있다. 이로 인해 시스템간의 호환성을 위해 현재 OMA 등의 단체에서 무선 DRM에 관한 표준을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 표준으로 제시되고 있는 DRM 모델에서는 인가된 사용자만이 컨텐츠를 사용할 수 있도록 하는 인증서비스에 관한 부분이 매우 취약한 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 키 관리 서버와 사용자별 암호키 리스트를 다르게 소유할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 사용하는 인증서비스를 제시해보고자 한다.

In this paper, we design and implement watermarking system which create, insert and detect watermark comprised of number or logo to protect copyright and to prevent illegal plagiarism through inserting copyrighting information of owner into the original image. In the proposed system, the number or logo as watermark is selectively inserted according to characteristics of the original contents or requirement of copyrighter. The system also has convenient user interface which general administrator who hasn't expert knowledge for the protection of copyright uses easily. Ownership and copyright protection using digital watermarking technology intensifies creating volition of clients who want to create contents such as cultural contents, Thus, we can expect increasing requests for creating contents such as cultural contents.

It is issued that protecting and managing a copyright are very important to a digitization of multimedia content. All of these techniques are for developing solution about protection and management of the copyright and media service. These have been at the head of the growth of the whole media service, but cause problems such as a illegal copy and distribution. To solve these problems, researchers are performing many projects. We analyze the trend of a multimedia service IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection), DMP(Digital Media Project), ENTHRONE(End-to-end Qos through Integrated Management of Content, Networks and Terminals), and DRM(Digital Rights Management).

콘텐츠의 다양화로 인해 콘텐츠의 관리를 위해 CMS(contents Management System)가 다양하게 운영되고 있다. 현재 CMS들은 단지 소속회원들을 기반으로 DRM기술을 적용하여 콘텐츠 저작권을 보호하고 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠의 글로벌 사용이 제한되고 상호운용이 불가능하고 콘텐츠의 원천적 저작권보호가 불가능하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 저작권 보호를 위하여 공개키 기반의 라이선스관리 모듈을 설계하였으며 이를 기반으로 콘텐트 암호화하는 패키저 모듈, 암호화된 콘텐트를 복호화하는 언 패키저 모듈, 콘텐트 공유서버 및 클라이언트 모듈을 설계하였다. 이기종간의 CMS는 트랜젝션 서버를 통해 통합 메타데이터를 공유하며 통합 CMS를 운영하여 다양한 콘텐츠를 다양한 CMS에서도 활용 가능하도록 제안하였으며 웹 콘텐츠 인증코드를 이용한 DRM 기술을 기반으로 콘텐츠 사용 제한 및 저작권 보호를 지원한다.
