Injection Characteristics of Cement Grouting Waterproof by Model Tests (모형실험을 통한 시멘트그라우팅 지수기법의 주입특성)

  • In this study, model tests were performed to evaluate the injection characteristics of cement grouting which was used as waterproof method for leakage of underground structures. To simulate in situ condition, model tests were performed with varying the ground conditions such as the kinds of test soils, soil density, water content, etc. and the injection conditions such as kinds of injection materials, injection pressure, injection quantity, injection velocity, etc. From the results of model tests, the major factors influencing the permeability of injection material were determined to be the kinds of soils and soil density. To obtain optimal injection effects, injection should be performed after investigating the condition of backside ground accurately.

  • Petrov-Galerkin finite element model for analyzing dynamic wave equation is applied to gradually and rapidly varied unsteady flow. The model in verified by applying to hydraulic jump, nonlinear disturbance propagation in frictionless horizontal channel and dam-break analysis. It shows stable and accurate results compared with analytical solutions for various cases. The model in applied to a surge propagation in a frictionless horizontal channel. Three-dimensional water surface profiles show that the computed result converges to the analytical one with sharp discontinuity. The model is also applied to the Taehaw River to analyze unsteady floodwave propagation. The computed results have good agreements with those of DWOPER model in terms of discharge and stage hydrographs.

  • This cryogenic miniature globe valve is used to transfer the liquified natural gas which temperature is $-169^{\circ}C$, supplied pressure is 30bar(3.0MPa). In the present work the temperature distribution and thermal deformation is calculated numerical the FE method is useful to predict the thermal matter of cryogenic miniature globe valve. For this reason, to optimum design of the cryogenic miniature globe valve the analysis of the parameter about bonnet has been studied. It's used 3-D modeling to analyze cryogenic globe valve, which is 1/2". Numerical study used 3-D modeling makes a decision of efficient process of product before producing in the factory. A commercial software(ANSYS 10.0) is used in the structural analysis for cryogenic globe valve.

Analysis of Magnetic Field Variation for Pulse Wave by Using Finite Element Method (유한 요소법을 이용한 맥진 파형의 자기장 변화 분석)

  • The magnetic field variation by the permanent magnet fluctuation positioned on a "Chwan" of wrist according to the movement of radial artery was generated. The clip-type pulsimeter equipped with a Hall device sensing magnetic field pulse movement analyzed the characteristics of pulse wave as output signals. The magnetic field curve and pulse waveform simulated by the finite element method were compared and analyzed with each other. Also, the variation of magnetic field distribution one permanent magnet investigated by the fabrication of clip-type pulsimeter simulator. This result suggests that the clip-type pulsimeter can be used the reproducible and efficacious oriental diagnostic medical instrument.

  • An existing numerical model fo r determining the wave field and pore pressures inside rubble mound breakwater was reformulated here especially to enhance the predictability of interior pore pressures. The pore pressures strongly depend on the nonlinear wave field occurring along frontal slope which is very difficult to be numerically reproduced. In the present study, hence, the amplitude and phase informations of wave pressures along the frontal slope are obtained directly through a hydraulic model test and are incorporated into the numerical model. The interior wave field is analyzed by a boundary element method, and thereby the pore pressures are determined. It was found that the calculated pore pressures agreed quite well with experimental values.

이종접합 태양전지를 위한 PECVD 방식으로 증착 된 Intrinsic a-Si:H layer 최적화에 관한 연구

  • 이종접합 태양전지에서 Intrinsic a-Si:H의 역할은 상당히 중요하다. Passivation 효과와 높은 Voc에 이르는 핵심적인 Layer이다. 본 연구는 Intrinsic a-Si:H Layer의 증착조건을 가변하여 최적의 Passivation 효과를 얻는데 목적이 있다. 웨이퍼는 n-Type $500\;{\mu}m$두께에를 사용하였다. Intrinsic a-Si:H Layer는 $SiH_4$ 가스와 $H_2$ 가스를 혼합하여 증착하게 되는데 혼합비는 1:5로 고정하였다. 증착두께는 이종접합 태양전지에서 필요한 5nm로 고정하였으며 증착장비는 PECVD를 이용하였다. PECVD는 VHF(60MHz)를 이용하였고 증착온도는 $200^{\circ}C$로 고정하여 진행하였다. 가변내용은 전극거리와 파워, 압력이다. 전극거리는 20mm에서 80mm까지 가변하였고 압력은 100mTorr에서 500mTorr까지 가변하였다. 파워는 플라즈마의 방정특성을 알아본 후 최소파워를 이용하여 증착하였다. 이는 증착 시 플라즈마에 의한 박막 손상을 최소화하기 위함이다. 측정은 QSSPC 방식으로 Carrier Lifetime과 Implied Voc를 측정하였으며 두께는 Ellipsometry를 이용하여 측정하였다. 전극거리 60mm에서 증착압력은 400mTorr이고 파워는 $14mW/cm^2$에서 가장 높은 Carrier Lifetime 과 Implied Voc를 나타내었다. Carrier Lifetime은 2.2ms이고 Implied Voc는 709mV를 달성 하였다. Carrier Lifetime이 높으면 Surface Recombination이 낮다는 의미이며 이는 고효율 이종접합 태양전지 제작에 있어서 직렬저항을 줄일 수 있는 필수적인 요소이다. Implied Voc는 이종접합 태양전지의 Voc에 직결된 인자로 이종접합 태양전지의 Voc를 예상할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop two dimensional contaminant transport numerical model by finite element method. The developed model system was tested for water quality analysis when contaminants from tributaries and sewage treatment Plants flow into the main river. In this study, the model was to perform calibration for reasonable parameter production and verification for reliability and accuracy. And, the proposed model was applied on the downstream of Han river using calibrated parameters. These results represented real con taminant distribution profile along the channel, and produced the good agreement in comparing calculated vague with measured value.

  • The research studies how features of games can be utilized and converted into storytelling elements by analyzing specific transmedia storytelling cases. For the research, was selected for subjects of analysis. From the analysis conducted, first, how game can be expanded and transformed into interactive animations was observed. Also, use of representative elements of the original game, concepts and basic settings in was seen. And lastly, implementation of transmedia storytelling strategies that constitute narratives based on character creation and connection between spaces was also observed.

  • In the design of ground improvement using band-shaped prefabricated vertical drains (PVD), it is required to determine a reasonable equivalent circle of PVDs. In this paper, a series of numerical analyses on soft clay ground improved by PVD were carried out in order to investigate the resonable equivalent circle of PVD considering consolidation behavior of improved soft clay ground by PVD. The applicability of numerical analyses, in which an elasto-viscoplastic three-dimensional consolidation finite element method was applied, could be confirmed comparing with consolidation behavior simulated at the laboratory. And, through the results of the numerical analyses, consolidation behaviors of soft clay ground with elapsed time were elucidated, together with the equivalent circle of PVD considering consolidation behaviors.

  • 지진에 의한 변동과 전조 현상을 규명하기 위한 다양한 연구들이 진행되었으며, 기존 연구들에서는 지진 발생의 주요 원인은 주로 단층 운동에 의한 지각 반응을 중심으로 분석하고 그 결과들을 제시하였다. 지하층에서 지진이 발생하나 발생의 원인은 지각뿐만 아니라 수환경과 연계된 인자들까지 존재하여 매우 다양하다. 즉, 지각, 토양, 토질 등 지하의 변동과 연관성이 매우 높고 수 많은 수환경자료들(지하수위, 라돈, ph, 기타 수질 요소)을 통해서 지각운동에 따른 변화와 지진발생 가능성에 대한 상관관계를 규명할 수 있는 가능성이 매우 높다. 기존 지진이 나타나는 주요 원인은 주로 활성 단층 운동에 의한 지각 반응의 영향으로 지진 발생 이전에 지각의 팽창과 변형에 의해 지하수, 지하수 수질요소(라돈, 전기전도도, 수온 등)의 지화학적 변동이 일어날 수 있는 가능성이 존재하며, 이러한 수환경 빅데이터는 지진 발생 가능성 증대와 재현기간 및 규모 증대 등 상관성이 매우 큰 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구에서는 국내발생하는 지진에 대한 경향성 분석을 통하여 내륙에서 발생하는 지진과 바다에서 발생하는 지진의 경향성 및 연관성을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 지진 발생 지역에 대하여 수환경 빅데이터(지하수위, 라돈, 수온, 전기전도도, 강수량 등)와 지진발생과의 상관관계를 분석하여 주요 원인을 제시하고자 한다.
