The purpose of the present study was to examine the causal effects of the family health of baby boomer parents as a determinant of marital preparation skills of eco-boomer children. Subjects in this study consisted of 475 students born before 1992, and whose parents were born from 1955 to 1963. The programs of SPSSWIN 18.0 and LISREL 8.51 were used for data analysis. The result of this study showed that the financial management skills of saving and consumption were the lowest of marital preparation skills of echo-boomer generation. Besides, baby boomer parents' family health perceived by their children was found to be the determinant of the marital preparation skills of eco-boomers. Particularly, the effect of family health was shown to be high on parental role skill, conflict resolution skill, and parenting preparation skill of marital preparation skills, whereas it was revealed to be relatively low on financial management skill. Findings of this study can be used in developing educational programs of marital preparation skills for eco-boomers.

Community revitalization programs in New York State are community centralized projects, and this approach is pretty much general in the united states. However, local communities do not have enough funds, human resources, technical knowledge and useful data. Even though State governments have their own supporting systems, they are not able to support all that communities need and ask. State governments are, on the other hand, trying to develop the most efficient supporting system for the community revitalization programs as a part of community development. US federal government supports funds as well. New York state government makes connections with other states, local governments, universities, and other useful groups, and reorganizes all possible resources for New York state communities. This supporting system helps that local leaders and community residents can tackle regionally specific issues and opportunities. This paper shows how New York state implements community revitalization programs with the community supporting system. This research also shows how to organize and manage the community involvements in the planning process through the case study of the Black River Vision Plan/ City of Watertown that an author had participated in.

This study examines the possibility of applying various recordkeeping methods through a platform built in 2019 by the National Archives of Korea. In particular, it aims to develop a way to track and store transactions using blockchain and to design and present the method of records management automation using smart contracts. In this regard, a literature review, a system analysis of CAMS and MAM, interviews with the experts, designing, implementation, and the development of the system's proof of concept were performed. These efforts resulted in the proposal of an archives and records management strategy utilizing blockchain, which guarantees transparency and accountability by preserving an audit trail on recordkeeping activities.

저작권 문제와 이에 따르는 재정적 어려움 등으로 해서, 연구자들이 가까운 장래에 디지털도서관의 완벽한 혜택을 기대하기는 어려운 현실이므로, 현상황에서는 인터넷의 광대한 자료에 비하면 지극히 제한된 분량이긴 하지만, 기존자료를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있게 하는 것이 최선이라고 할 수 있다. 이들 자료에 가장 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 OPAC을 다양한 이용자의 능력과 환경에 따라 효과적으로 서비스하기 위해서는, 사용자의 이용환경에 맞추어 개발된 시스템이 과연 비용 효과적인 측면에서 타당한가에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 OPAC 시스템을 자체개발시스템과 패키지시스템, 국내개발 시스템과 해외개발 시스템으로 분류하여, 다양한 이용자그룹이 기본탐색방법으로 자료를 검색할 때, GUI환경의 시스템이 Telnet환경의 시스템과 검색효율이나 선호도에 있어 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는지의 여부 등을 조사하였다.

뉴욕공공도서관(The New York Public Library)은 전문분야로 특화된 대학원 수준의 4개의 연구도서관과 85개의 지역분관을 가리키는 복합관의 총칭이다. 뉴욕시는 인구 800만의 5개의 행정구역으로 이루어지는데, 뉴욕공공도서관은 맨해튼, 브롱크스, 스태튼섬의 3개지구 330만명을 서비스 대상으로 하고, 나머지 2개 지구를 브루클린공공도서관, 퀸즈공공도서관이 관할한다. 연간 예산은 2억8천만달러에 달하며, 2003년의 통계에 따르면 방문이용자가 150만명, 홈페이지 이용자도 1,000만명에 이른다고 한다. 놀라운 것은 운영이나 규모면에서 세계 제일로 손꼽히면서도 공립(公立)이 아니라 비영리민간단체(NPO)가 운영하는 공공(公共) 도서관이라는 것이다. 뉴욕공공도서관은 설립부터 독지가들이 기부 등을 통해 도서관 활동에 깊이 관여하면서 행정과의 독특한 협력관계를 발전시켜왔다. 이러한 전통에 의거한 퍼블릭 프라이빗 파트너십(Public Private Partnership)은 뉴욕공공도서관의 핵심으로 보다 풍부한 서비스의 제공을 가능하게 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라와 달리 예산확보를 위한 경비가 일정부분 상정되고 있는 뉴욕공공도서관의 자금조달 비즈니스 모델에 대한분석에 중점을 두었다.

The purpose of the study is to suggest and measure the ways to activate the use of wireless internet services in university libraries. For this, 1 reviewed the concepts and characteristics of wireless internet and investigated both local and foreign cases on wireless internet service of university libraries, library users' usage status, and their demands. Based on the case study and survey results, I suggest the strategic consideration and active publicity of university libraries, the introduction of the services students more prefer, the development of differentiated menus from ordinary wire internet services, and the consistent financial support of the university authority.

대규모적이며 복잡한 공공시설사업의 이행은 재정, 계획, 설계 기타 거대한 상호 연계 Pro-ject의 건설을 통합하기 위한 정선된 절차와 규정이 필요하다고 하겠다. 요즈음 우리 나라의 건설산업기본법에 "건설사업관리(CM)"라는 새로운 건설계약 업종이 대두되면서 실질적인 건설산업현장에서 관리기법의 정의와 다양성을 살펴 볼 필요성이 요구되는 차제에 세계 제7차 "Civil and Building공학의 컴퓨터화"란 주제로 1997년 8월 19~22일 Sheraton Walker Hill 호텔에서 열렀다. 이 대회에서 상기 인천국제공항 건설에 참여한 Parsons Overseas Company의 PE인 Steven B Cornell이 발표한 인천국제공항건설의 Program Management 운영을 간추려 소개한다. 이 Program Management 설명에서 Pro-gram Management(PmMt), Project Mana gement(PM), Construction Management(CM) 등의 정의과 차별성의 파악 및 p. M. 0(Program Management Oversight)의 기능과 역할을 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다. 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

산업 전반에 적용되는 과학, 공학 분야에는 그 목적에 따라 다양한 형태의 정보가 발생한다. 정보는 이용하는 목적에 따란 가공하는 형식과 표현하는 방식이 달라지며, 정보에 직접적으로 접근하는 사용자에게 어떻게 효과적으로 전달할 것인가 하는 문제는 정보 관리 분야에서 매우 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 정보를 사용자에게 보다 명확하게 전달하고, 관리하기 위해서는 원천 데이터를 가공하여 가시화(visualization)하는 과정을 거친다. 정보가시화는 원천데이터를 데이터모델로 정리한 후, 가시화구조(visual structure)로 재정의 한다. 실질적인 가시적 결과는 가시화 구조의 데이터들을 정보모델(information model)상에 반영할 때 이루어진다. 본 논문에서는 건물내부에서 진행되는 행사에 대한 시간-공간적인 정보를 정리한 도표 메타포(table metaphor)를 초기 데이터 모델로 사용하여 가시화 하는 과정을 수행한다. 정보 가시화 과정과 저작 과정은 증강현실(augmented reality) 환경에서 이루어진다. 행사가 진행되는 장소의 건물 구조도(map)상에서 각 장소에서 발생하는 정보들을 재배열하고 정리함으로써, 저작자로 하여금 정보 그 자체에 대한 이해뿐만이 아니라, 해당 정보에 대한 공간적인 이해도 함께 가능하게 한다. 이 같은 몰입형(immersive) 저작시스템은 정보에 대한 공간적인 분배가 필요한 저작에서는 매우 유용하며, 저작하는 환경 자체가 가시화의 결과물이 되므로 정보 저작에 대한 가시적 이해를 최대화 시킬 수 있다.

공급체인관리(SCM)에서, 고객의 반응에 민감하게 반응할 수 있기 위해서는 무엇보다도 부품이나 자재를 공급하는 협력업체의 능력이 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문은 퍼지이론을 이용하여 과학적인고 효율적으로 협력업체를 평가하고, 우수협력업체를 선정하는데 있다. 협력업체의 평가를 위하여 여러 가지 요인을 분석하여야 하는데, 이런 요인들 중에는 수치적으로 표현 가능한 정량적인 요인이 있는 반면에, 협력업체 제품의 품질이나 재정적 상태와 같은 수치적으로 표면 불가능한 정량적인 요인도 포함되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 정량적인 요인과 정성적인 요인을 퍼지추론(Fuzzy Inference)을 통해 분석함으로써 협력업체를 평가하고 최우수 협력 업체를 선정하여, SCM환경에서 성공적인 협력관계를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the rural housewives' resourcs and demands financial practices and financial satisfaction according to family life cycle and to analyze the causal relationships among the components. For the latter purpose the conceptual framework based on the system theory was suggested. The results showed that first most variables were significantly different according to the family life cycle. Second except the establishing stage the conceptual framework was supported in all stages. Variables which affected financial practices and financial satisfaction varied with the family life cycle.
