현재 우리는 급속한 정보화.세계화 물결의 혼란 속에서 인간이 존엄성과 가치 및 공동체적 삶의 가치를 미처 정리하지 못하고 참다운 삶의 방향 감각을 상실한 채 살아가고 있다. 가치 창조적 삶의 의미를 망각한 우리 사회는 물질만능과 즉흥적이고 쾌락적.감성적인 행동에 의해 지배되고 있으며 이로 인하여 생명의 경시풍조와 인간소외 현상이 만연되어가고 있다. 이러한 가치관의 혼란과 비복지적 현실 가운데 우리는 우리의 삶, 우리의 후손교육, 우리의 가정과 지역사회 이대로 좋은 것인가\ulcorner 라는 자성적 질문과 함께 미래지향적인 삶과 사랑으로 더불어 사는 공동체 사회를 지향하여 온 국민이 더불어 할 일이 또 하나 있음을 깨닫게 된다. 현대인에게 있어서 자원봉사는 선행이 아니라 권리의 행사이다. 왜냐하면 자원봉사를 통하여 어떻게 살아야 할 것인가\ulcorner 라는 근본 물음에 대한 정답을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 시점에서 청소년에 대한 볼런터리즘(voluntarism)교육은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 1995년 5.13교육 개혁으로 의무화된 중.고등학교 학생들의 자원봉사화동을 재 조명하여 보고, 청소년 문제 해결을 위한 자원봉사 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

한국 전통 식품 정보들이 통합적으로 관리되지 못하거나 분석학적 정보 이외 기능성 및 관련 질병 등에 대한 종합적이 정보제공이 미흡한 현실에 대비하고 전통식품의 세계화 및 우수성을 과학적으로 입증하기 위한 기반 확보를 위해 한국식품표준 참조 웹포탈을 구축하였다. 식품-식자재-영양성분-효능 정보를 통합하여 한국전통식품의 영양학적, 생리학적, 질병학적 메타데이터를 웹포탈로 제공하였다.

Korea has been designated as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage with outstanding value among intangible cultural heritage. We have supported various exhibitions and performance activities, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Public Events. However, in recent years, more diverse policies have been pursued in order to revitalize transmission activities and the State is leading the Completion examination system. In order to improve the utilization of crafts, we introduced a Craft Bank System. In addition, to increase the marketability of crafts, we have implemented the certification system for crafts. For the diversity of transmission activities, we are promoting the Transmission Education School System. In order to fuse traditional activities, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition is being held and the World Heritage Forum is being pursued. In this study, we analyze various policies of the new intangible cultural heritage and investigate the problems and seek ways to improve them.

국내 섬유 및 패션산업은 세계적인 경쟁력을 갖추고 있으나 낙후된 디자인 기술, 비효율적인 생산관리, 다양한 고객 요구변화에 신속한 대응부족, 비효율적인 유통구조 등으로 인하여 경쟁력 향상에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 정부에서는 패션산업의 경쟁력강화를 위하여 대구지역을 중심으로 밀라노 프로젝트를 추진하고 있으나 대부분이 건물 신축 등 하드웨어적인 측면을 강조하고 있어 디자인 기술향상, 생산관리, 전자상거래 활성화 등 의류 및 패션산업 특성을 감안한 소프트웨어적인 전략 및 지원이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 3D 가상현실 기법을 의류 및 패션산업에 적합하게 개발하여 국내 패션산업의 세계화와 경쟁력강화에 기여하고자 한다. 주요 연구내용을 살펴보면, 소재의 2D, 3D 입체화 표현기술, 3D Virtual 표현기술, 2D, 3D Model 및 의상 DB 개발, Mapping 기술 등을 통합한 Virtual Dressing System(VDS)을 개발하고자 한다. VDS를 통하여 고부가가치 섬유의 신속한 개발, 디자인 기술 향상, 다자간 공동생산지원에 따른 효율적 생산관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 웹기반 하에 Virtual Dressing System을 개발함으로써 의류 및 패션상품을 3D 형태로 입체적으로 볼 수 있게 함은 물론 가상 코디네이션 연출까지 가능케 함으로써 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 의류, 패션상품의 판매 증대에 기여하고자 한다.

산업이 고도화, 다원화, 세계화되고 있는 현대사회는 다기능성, 고물성, 극한 내구성을 가지며 환경 친화적이면서 에너지 효율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 다기능 소재의 개발을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 다양한 물성을 동시에 발현이 가능한 코팅 소재는 향후 미래에 중요한 원천 소재로서 주목되고 있다. 특히, 환경에 의해 쉽게 물성 및 구조의 변화가 쉬운 종래의 코팅소재와는 달리, 다양한 외부환경에서도 미세 구조 및 물성을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있는 신개념의 코팅 소재의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 코팅소재의 다 성분화가 필수적이다. 최근의 코팅 기술은 2가지 이상의 물성, 특히 서로 상반되는 물성을 동시에 구현할 수 있는 소재의 개발을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 물성의 구현을 위하여 더 많은 성분으로 구성되며 더욱 복잡한 조직으로 구성된 코팅층에 대한 개발이 진행이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 목표로 하는 신 개념의 원천소재기술은 4성분계 이상의 원료 물질을 단일 타겟으로 제조하여, 단순한 공정으로서 단일 코팅층 내에 다양한 성분과 10 nm 미만 크기의 나노 결정립/나노 비정질로 구성된 나노 복합 구조의 형성이 가능하도록 하는 기술을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 통해 복합기능 3 이상의 다기능성 부여는 물론, 그림 1에 정리된 기존 코팅재에서 결여된 특성을 포함한 극한 기능성(광대역 윤활성, 전자 이동 제어에 의한 온도 저항 계수 및 전기 저항 조절, 고온 열적 안정성, 내산화성, 고열전도율, 초저마찰/내구성/초고경도성 등)의 구현이 가능한 복잡한 형태의 나노 복합 코팅층 소재 개발이 가능하도록 하는 기술이다. 또한 기존 코팅재의 구조적 결함을 통해 발생하는 내식성 문제를 방지할 수 있는 기술이다. 다성분계 모물질의 개발이 중요한 이유는 다수의 성분 원소를 합금 상태로 형성시킴으로서, 단일 소스에 의해 다양한 원소를 동시에 스퍼터링 및 증착이 가능하도록 할 수 있다는 장점을 가지기 때문이다. 특히, 타겟의 미세구조를 나노구조화 하는것을 통해, 스퍼터링 yield의 차이가 큰 원소일지라도 균일하게 증착시킬 수 있는 방법을 개발하고자한다. 또한 다수의 타겟을 이용하여 균일한 다성분 코팅층 형성하는 기존의 PVD 코팅방법으로는 다수의 성분타겟을 사용함으로서 장비의 복잡성, 코팅의 재현성, 대형화 등의 문제점을 본질적으로 갖고 있다. 이를 위한 해결방법으로 본 발표에서는 3가지 이상의 다기능성 구현을 위한 가장 중요한 원천기술이라 할 수 있는 다성분계 타겟 모물질 제조 기술의 개발 진행 사항에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

The 88 Olympic Park is a monumental urban park in Seoul, developed to commemorate South Korea's hosting of the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. Initially conceived to emphasize the event slogan, 'Cultural Olympics,' which was driven by the Korean government, the park, already designed and constructed by 1986, was reconfigured into a sculpture park following two international outdoor sculpture Olympiads and an invitational sculpture exhibition. This study takes a look at the process of redesigning the park into sculpture park and the socio-political discussions surrounding such a process, in order to reconsider the significance of the 88 Seoul Olympic Park with regards to Korean landscape architectural history. Several discussions within Korean society arose during the redesign process. First, there were critiques on the artwork selection during the early phase of the project. Second, issues regarding the conservation of the national heritage site, Mongchon-tosung, located within the park, gave rise to a larger discourse on heritage preservation in Seoul. Third, discussions regarding the formation of the park identity, or lack thereof, prevalent. Through this study, the 88 Seoul Olympic Park presents itself as an example where large park construction in Seoul caused discussions regarding globalization, nationalism, publicness and art to be brought forth. This paper concludes that the 88 Seoul Olympic Park is a cultural landscape that requires further examination and exploration as it provides rich historical context for understanding the history of cultural and artistic practices in Korean urban landscapes.

This paper studied the changes and effects of Korean Trade Policies in Vietnam market after the withdrawal of the TPP from US. Since Trump government is starting, US trade policy has moved to the protectionism method. Nevertheless, Vietnam is expanding its status as an FTA hub, and Vietnam is actively expanding its economic growth by actively implementing foreign capital. Vietnam, however, is likely to lose its position as a hub of FTA after USA's withdrawal from TPP member. So, Korea's trade policy is also expected to change its stance on Vietnam, and Korea is expected to change its policy toward Vietnam. Korea has achieved a lot of accomplishments and growth with free trade and free economic markets, and it has to strengthen its national strength even afterwards. Thus, if the flow of free trade & globalization continues, I would consider how the Korea trade policy change after the U.S.'s withdraws from TPP.

One-way degassing valves are designed to allow pressure to be released from an air-tight package while preventing air from getting back into the package. Air, especially the oxygen ($O_2$) portion of air, can have negative effects on the package contents and its freshness. The most common application of the one-way degassing valve is for fresh roasted coffee. Demands of one-way degassing valves have been increasing with the high growth of global coffee market. In this study, we have developed one-way degassing valves for coffee and food packaging using ring type rubber disk, named SP valve. Its quality and performance was verified with test results to be equal with that of global top maker's product, Goglio valve. SP valves showed 820~1200 Pa of opening pressure, 10~50 Pa of closing pressure, 1.2~1.6 L/ min of flow rate. And, the SP valve applicable to ferment food packaging is expected to contribute to globalize Korean traditional food.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data and to construct education system by analizing the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university. Japan has grown by the world leading technology and talented people. In a globalized world, In order to achieve economic growth, It is necessary to connect the Human resource development to the overall growth of the economy. After the law on policy implementation system for the Lifelong Learning Promotion is enacted. University of japan, the newly defined the philosophy of lifelong learning in the Fundamental Law of Education. Then, University of japan has induced people to actively participate in the lifelong vocational competency development. In this paper, we refer to the Shizuoka University in Japan and learning support program and we studied the method for the activation of improvement and field placement of the training capacity of field training using the case of Japan on the lifelong vocational competency development utilizing the university.

This paper is to explore the relationship between global citizenship education needed to be taught recently and geography. First, the paper examines the concept, as well as the reason why it became important concept in dimension of education in terms of progress of globalization. Second, the paper examines justification of global citizenship education through geography subject through discussion of place, space, scale and interdependence as geographical key concepts. Then, it establishes the category of sub-area of global citizenship education to grasp structurally. This is to reestablish in terms of knowledge and understanding, skill, value and attitude through the inductive examination of existing system of classification. Third, for geography instruction as practical dimension for fostering global citizenship, the paper discusses things to consider previously to design it in terms of aims, contents and methods, and examined instruction strategies in terms of issues-based approach and geographies of resistance. The last, the paper should things to pay attention to be cautious in global citizenship education through geography.
