기다센쮸 터미널의 중수도 시스템

  • 기다센쮸 터미널에는 한외 여과와 활성오니 반응조로 구성된 막형 바이오리액터 방식의 중수도 시스템이 가동중인데, 주방배수를 주체로 한 빌딩배수를 재생하여 이용하고 있다. 막형 바이오리액터를 이용하면 프로세스는 단순화되며 설비도 매우 소형화된다. 또한 부하변동에의 대응성, 양호한 처리수질, 경제성 등 우수한 특징을 갖고 있다. 본고에서는 막형 바이오리액터의 특성을 확실히 하고 기다센쮸 터미널에 설치한 중수도 시스템의 실시 예를 소개한다.

  • 석탄가스화 수소생산 기술 분야는 석탄 등의 화석연료를 이용하여 고온, 고압하에서 반응가스(산소, 수증기, 수소)와의 화학적 반응을 통해 생산된 연소성 가스 ($H_2$, CO, $CO_2$ 등)를 전환반응(WGS) 및 분리반응을 거쳐 효율적으로 청정하게 수소를 생산해 내는 기술이다. 전력산업에서 석탄가스화 수소생산은 그 사용 방법(연료전지, 수소 터빈, 분산 이용 등)에 따라 발전시스템의 고효율화를 지향하고, zero-emission을 실현하는 첨단 발전 시스템의 종합 구현을 목표로 하고 있으며, 더불어, 도래하는 수소 경제로의 전이에 대비에 석탄을 이용한 중앙(Central) 수소생산 시스템을 구현하여 이송 및 전환을 통한 지역적 분산 이용을 가능케 하는 종합적인 인프라를 구축하는 기술이다. 본 기술에는 석탄가스화 기술, 수성가스 전환기술, 수소/$CO_2$ 분리기술, 이송용 연료 전환기술 등이 포함된다. 석탄가스화 수소생산 기술은 급등하는 오일 가격과 이의 수입사용 증가에 대응하기 위한 에너지 안보 대책 마련 및 효율 극대화의 필요성과 더불어, 전력산업에서 화력 발전시스템의 궁극적 실현 목표인 고효율, 초청정의 전력생산 시스템의 구현을 가능케 하여, 향후 화석 연료를 이용한 미래 발전 기술을 선도 할 것으로 기대된다. 더불어, 수소 경제로의 전환 시 수소 수요의 급팽창에 대비한 경제적인 대규모 수소생산 기술의 개발이 필요하며, 이에 기술 실현성이 가장 높은 석탄가스화 수소생산 기술의 개발 구현이 요구된다.

  • The goal of this study is to identify the main strategies through the evaluation on sustainability of urban regeneration projects in Shanghai. To achieve these goals the following specific objectives was carried out; First, 4 main sectors of Sustainability are categorized by literature review; Physical Environment, Social Economy, History Culture and Execution Management. Second, 4 cases are evaluated in terms of main sectors and main strategies are derived. Lastly, the implication and its conclusion are estimated. In conclusion. 'Mixed & high-density land use', 'Improvement in green environment', 'Induction of specific Industry and facility', 'Preservation of Regional Cultural heritage', 'Strengthen cultural identity in the Central area' and etc. are main strategies to improve sustainability of urban regeneration.

Settlement of Fine Recycled-concrete Aggregates Foundation under Sewage Conduit System (폐콘크리트 재생잔골재의 하수관거 모래기초 적용에 따른 침하 거동)

  • Fine recycled-concrete aggregates(RCAs) instead of natural sand were tested for a foundation material under sewage conduit system, which was evaluated based on foundation settlement at various conditions. To obtain this applicability of RCAs, the settlement behavior was simulated with FLAC program based on the difference of material properties, and immediate settlement behaviors and the change of material properties under the simulated drainage conditions also tested at the various loading conditions in the laboratory. Finally, large-scale settlement test in the field was conducted to prove the above feasibilities. Subsequently, the amount of settlement from the FLAC simulation was calculated under $5.0{\times}10^{-6}\;m$ and the extent of settlement and property changes (porosity, permeability and waster absorption) was not noticeable from the laboratory experiments. Also, settlement monitoring from the field experiment showed the consistent results with laboratory experiments except for the consolidation settlement(=5 mm) of the round below the foundation. In summary, adopting fine RCAs as a foundation material for sewage conduit system was resonable based of geotechnical point of view.

Analysis of Changes of Commercial Areas in Yeongdo-gu Urban Regeneration Region (영도구 도시재생사업 대상지의 상권변화 분석)

  • In this study, changes in commercial areas in Yeongdo-gu urban regeneration region were analyzed in terms of regional revitalization. Urban decline can accelerate the decline of downtown commercial functions, and revitalization of stagnant areas can be evaluated as enhancing the vitality of commercial areas. To reach this objective, dynamic changes in the commercial area in urban regeneration region were confirmed through store density, industry diversity, and restaurant/cafe ratio. As a result of the study, it was found that the store density and industry diversity showed an increasing trend in Yeong-do urban regeneration region. Although it is difficult to find a substantial difference in the ratio of restaurant/cafe, it seems that Yeongseon 2-dong has undergone a relatively large commercial change. This research is significant in that it quantitatively evaluated and analyzed commercial changes in Yeongdo-gu urban regeneration region.

  • The old city centers of local metropolitans have lost their functions as CBD in korea. Those old city centers have an only role as a gate connected to the new CBD. This study aims to present regeneration stratigies of old city centers through Osaka case study. This research has been focused on the physical and environmental factors in urban regeneration. There are 4 strategies for old city centers. First, the strategy to attract people to the old city centers is high-density and mixed-use development having functions like shopping, entertainment, residence. This kind of development makes local metropolitan cities compact cities to protect urban sprawl. Second, strategy to give old city centers an identity is to conserve traditional culture and structures and to revitalize retail market. Third is to make pedestrian-friendly street system. Osaka ism't pedestrian friendly but remodelling the connect the pedestrian path to the culture facilities. Fourth is to have water and green environment. Green space is the strong factor that pull people to old city centers.

Bio-oil Production from Rice Straw by the Catalytic Pyrolysis over Zeolites (제올라이트 촉매 열분해를 이용한 볏짚으로부터 바이오 오일 생산)

  • Rice straw is one of the main renewable energy sources in Korea. Bio-oil is produced from rice straw with a bench-scale equipment mainly with a fluidized bed, a char removal system and zeolite catalyst. It was investigated how the zeolite catalyst affected the production of bio-oil and chemical composition of bio-oil. Compared with non catalytic pyrolysis, the catalytic pyrolysis increased the amount of gas and char but decreased the amount of oil. The water content in bio-oil increased due to deoxygenation. The aromatic compound and heating value was increased when catalytic pyrolysis was applied.u

  • In one VTR(Video Tape Recorder), two or more heads are used to record or reproduce video signals. To obtain a uniform quality of a VTR, video heads should have similar characteristics such as geometrical shapes and electro-magnetic performances. This research is aimed to develop a visual inspection system measuring four geometrical parameters;H0,H1,Tw and CW. To obtain a high reliable results, image processing algorithms were developed. A series of experiments was performed for one thousands of video heads. From observation of the experimental results, the system is found to show excellent performance for inspection of video heads.
