Ministry of Commerce, Industry [MOCIE] has taken it into consideration to introduce a Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) that is a purchase obligation program as an alternative plan to the FIT. We conducted a survey of renewable energy companies and experts to ask their opinions about renewable energy policy, the introduction of the RPS, and the scheme for aid of North Korea with renewable energy. Korean renewable energy companies show an impartial opinion about a FIT and a RPS system overall, although they tend to have distinctive opinions by technology each other. With respect to eligible resources for a RPS, the industries want to extend the scope of it as broad as possible. In addition, experts prefer the multi-tiered and energy production based RPS to the sing1e-tiered and installed capacity based RPS. We also conducted a surrey to find the best renewable energy sources. Wind, Geothermal, Solar-thermal, and Photovoltaic were selected to have the best potential capacities to support North Korea by renewable energy experts. However, these energy resources also have several problems to overcome in the aid of North Korea, and thus, the plans for solving them and for giving efficient support to North Korea in the area of Renewable Energy are discussed.

Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) in organic solvent can be reactivated by evaporation. In order to measure the evaporation effect, the enzyme solutions were obtained by evaporation and dilution of organic solvent, respectively. Although two situations were thermodynamically identical, the activity from evaporation was higher than that from dilution. From the UV absorbance and the fluorescence intensity mesurements, it can be explained that reactivation of enzyme activity might be caused by reversible folding, and the enzyme obtained by evaporation was more refolded than that obtained by dilution.

Levelized generation cost(LGC) has been widely used in assessing feed-in tariffs(FiT) for electricity generating from new and renewable energies. Current FiTs for renewable electricity in Korea have been fixed and applied with realistic economic data by the efforts of KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute) since October 2006. Some critical issues on the estimation of LGC are, however, found in KERI's report. Major issues are the estimation of capital cost, the consideration of corporate tax, and the application of economic life cycle in the formulae for LGC. These critical issues are examined and interpreted in a correct way in this paper.

The Korean Solar Thermal Industry hopes to realize 1 Million Solar Thermal Roofs. Owing to the Vision Statement such as Million Solar Thermal Roofs Program Korean Solar thermal Industry also can bring another shinny days Especially the more solar thermal applications such as to the Apartment Housings and Green Villages could bring a sustainable Solar Society Korea The RPA Program by the 9 Major Non-Private Energy Corporal ions and the RPS Program for the Solar Thermal Energy shall be another useful policy for the realization of Million Solar Korea era.

2005년 발표된 애플사의 아이포드 셔플 디지털 음악 재생기는 오랫동안 잊혀지거나 제대로 사용되지 않았던 음악 재생 방법인 셔플(Shuffle)기능에 대한 재조명을 하고 이를 새로운 사용자 경험으로 만들어 냈다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은iPod 셔플, 라디오등 음악 콘텐츠의 선곡과 플레이하는 방법에 대해 비교 분석하였으며 이를 통해 보다 향상된 방법으로서 컨텐츠 저장구조를 항해하는것이 가능하면서도 사용자의 특별한 의지에 의한 조종없이도 적절한 선곡을 제공하며 또한 특별한 그래픽 유저 인터페이스 장치를 필요로 하지 않는 방법이 필요함을 고찰하였다. 이러한 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 맥락적 컨텐츠 구성 방법에 관한 새로운 디자인안을 창출하였다. 이 디자인 안은 사용자 사용패턴 추출장치, 가상 채널 형성 장치, 환경 분석 장치로 구성된 지능화된 컴퓨터 시스템에 의해 사용자에게 맥락적인 무작위 음악 재생 방법을 제공하는 것이다.

최근 정부의 녹색성장 정책과 RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard)도입 계획에 따라 재생가능에너지 개발계획이 쏟아지고 있다. 특히 조력 발전의 경우, 시화, 가로림, 강화, 인천만 등 전 세계 최대 규모 타이틀을 서로 갱신하가며 서해바다를 중심으로 건설 계획이 집중되고 있다. 그러나 조수간만의 차이를 이용해 친환경 에너지원으로 인식되던 조력발전이 그 규모와 방식에 따라 환경파괴적 발전원으로 인식되고 있는 것도 현실이다. 갯벌소멸, 해양생태계 파괴, 해수면 상승 등 생태적 환경문제 야기와 더불어 지역 주민간의 사회환경적 갈등도 초래되고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 조력발전의 개발 계획과 과정을 살펴보고 생태적.사회적 환경영향 피해 점검을 통해, 바람직한 조력발전의 모습을 제시해 본다.
