As archivists are professional who is responsible for professional works related in archives, they are required to perform expanded roles including traditional roles in changed environment surrounding archives. To solve those requirements, reeducation program can be essential for improving archivists expertise. However, as compared with education quality and programs for professional improvement required to archivists, reeducation program currently offered in National Archives of Korea is inadequate to deal with performing the extended roles required to archivists. This study analyzed the current situation and problem of reeducation program currently offered in National Archives of Korea, as compared to domestic and foreign reeducation programs, and surveyed archivists' opinion about requirements to perform their extended roles in practice. Based on the results, this study improved a reeducation program in National Archives in Korea.

Daejeon metropolitan city is rich with opportunity factors for the growth of the design industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution and aims at completing the '4th Industrial Revolution Special City'. As design is located at the center of convergence and the concept of design is closely related to the industrial structure, its importance is being emphasized in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Meanwhile, there was a limit to the development of the design industry in Daejeon metropolitan city due to the absence of the Regional Design Center(RDC), but Daejeon started constructing the Daejeon design center in June 2018 and aims to complete the construction by the end of 2019. This study analyzed and compared the 2018 Design Specialists Reeducation of KIDP and each RDC with the present conditions of industrial structure, design industry and reeducation of Daejeon to derive and suggest the plan of reeducation by the establishment of Daejeon Regional Design Center(RDC).

The purposes of this study are 1)to analyze a needs of re-education & continuous education for R&D human resources 2)to systemize the existing education program and 3)to provide useful implications to help the politics for re-education & continuous education for R&D human resources. The survey to R&D human resources in universities, government-supported research institutes and industries was conducted for analyzing the needs of R&D human resources for the existing education programs through investigation for the current state and importance & satisfaction level for the existing program. For proposing the effective education program, the barrier and improvement factors of re-education program were examined as well. In addition, the needs for the government support policies for re-education program were also analyzed.

In the past, the domestic construction industry mainly comprised quantitative investment through the supply of labor force, however, there have recently been opinions that there is a need for qualitative investment in the workers in order to obtain competitiveness in construction markets. Accordingly, there are much re-education courses for workers in the construction industry, but there is much negative awareness as to the efficiency of the current re-education course due to many problems. This study aimed to examine the problems o f currently executed re-education courses and proposed an improvement plan for the qualitative enhancement of domestic construction re-education. Thus, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to deduce two core problems an improvement plan. The improvement plan for the problems comprised the NCS/CDP-based integrative education program through an AHP. The contribution of this paper will result in the execution of a more effective construction industry re-education program, and the result of such program to achieve qualitative growth in the workers in the construction industry

Among university librarians and academic community in Korea, there has been constant debate on the need for subject librarianship and the restructuring of educational programs. The debate has not resulted in substantive change so far. Recently, as several university libraries have begun to implement subject librarian service, there is a growing need to reeducate practicing librarians for such service. Recognizing that the liaison service model best fits the reality of academic libraries, this article proposes curriculum development goals and strategies, and specific course listings for the training of subject liaison librarians. We also suggest specific conditions requisite for such education programs fully develop in the future.

This study aims to provide basic data to suggest guidelines for re-education and work improvement of modelists based on the analysis of the current status of modelist work and education. A survey was conducted from January 4 to May 15, 2020, targeting 44 people working in pattern, pattern CAD, and grading in domestic apparel companies. Descriptive statistical analysis and frequency analysis using SPSS 25 were employed to analyze the status of work type, work difficulties, and re-education. For pattern production, the rate of using pattern CAD for business was high. It was found that companies mainly use YUKA CAD (63.8%), and branded companies use pattern CAD (100%). It was found that 3D CAD is mostly employed by vendors (88.9%), and CLO (90%) is mainly used. Regarding difficulties in pattern making, it was found that they experienced difficulties with stretchable materials owing to the amount of shrinkage and sagging of the fabric. The work problem was the lack of requisite working hours owing to the volume of work. Regarding future re-education, 63.6% of the total respondents indicated that they required a course related to pattern correction and material. Moreover, it was found that re-education was necessary to upgrade technology and acquire new knowledge, however, information on re-education was insufficient.

수학교육의 발전을 위해서 우수한 교사를 양성하고 재교육하는 것은 대단히 중요한 의미를 갖는 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 수학교육과의 수학교사 양성 교육의 현황을 점검하고 문제점을 알아보기 위하여 다음 사항을 논하였다. 1. 수학교육과의 교육과정을 토대로 해서 이상적인 수학교사를 정의하기 위한 준거를 찾아보았으며 이로부터 이상적인 수학교사의 조건을 논의하였다. 2. 수학교육과 교육과정의 운용 현황과 수학교사 양성 제도로부터 이상적인 수학교사의 양성을 저해하는 문제점을 분석하였다. 3. 이들 문제점에 대한 대안을 제시하고 수학교사 양성 교육에 대하여 몇 가지 사항을 제안하였다.

21세기 경제주역인 정보통신산업이 계속 성장하기 위해서는 원활한 전문인력 수급이 전제조건이 되어야하고, 2005년까지 정부가 추진하는 초고속 정보통신망 구축사업이 성과를 이루기 위해서도 정보통신전문인력의 확보가 우선시 되어야 할 것이다. 현재 인력수요가 공급보다 급속히 늘어나는 실정으로 인력부족은 갈수록 심화될 전망이며, 특히, 통신공사업은 현장, 노동집약적 산업특성으로 인하여 3D 업종으로 인식되고 있어 기술인력들의 현장 기피현상의 심화, 통신공사업 관련 기술분야에 대한 전문인력 양성기관의 부족 등으로 안정된 기술인력 확보에 더욱 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 그에 따른 공사품질저하의 악순환을 초래할 우려가 있다. 통신공사 관련 기술환경을 보면 기술의 고도화와 신기술의 도입이 빈번하고 그 적용기술이 다양할 뿐 아니라, 기술의 적용주기가 짧아 시장환경에 맞는 인력의 안정적 육성과 공급 및 기존인력들에 대한 신기술 재교육이 그 어느 산업보다도 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신산업의 발전에 따른 정보통신공사업의 현황과 전망을 분석하고 정보통신설비 시공전문인력의 수요현황을 토대로 정보통신설비 시공인력의 앙성방향 및 과정에 대해서 제시한다. 초고속 정보통신망의 조기구축과 시공품질향상을 위하여 기간통신망 구축에 소요되는 중급 이상의 다기능기술인력은 기능대학을 통하여 우수한 시공전문인력을 안정적으로 양성하고, 초고속인터넷 개통인력과 구내통신설비 설치인력은 단기적인 기능인력의 재교육을 통한 양성 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다.

Demand for construction technology is expected to change due to changes in domestic and foreign construction markets and the fourth industrial revolution. In particular, demand for project management strategy and project management capability is even more increasing rather than existing production technology capability. However, the current re-education program for engineers and technicians in construction industry is not matching the need of improving capacity required to reflect the demand of construction technology from construction industry. Therefore, in this study, as a part of efforts in innovating the current global construction talent re-education system to cope with the change in the construction industry, we analyzed the difference between the demand of construction technology and the present condition of construction re-education program. In order to investigate the current status of re-education of construction, questionnaires were prepared to gather opinions from construction engineers who attended construction re-education program and also from industrial partners that are jointly doing business. This study can be an example to improve the construction re-education program as a system for substantially reinforcing the competence of engineers rather than those programs that are merely verifying and/or extending engineers' certification.
