An Empirical Study on the Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty of Chinese Commercial Banks: Focusing the related Variables of Perceived Service Quality and Uncertainty Avoidance (중국 상업은행 소비자의 만족도/충성도에 관한 연구: 서비스 인식과 불확실성회피를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality, value congruence influences uncertainty avoidance, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. In so doing, this study conducts a survey on participants who are using banking services in the Changchun, Jinan, Guangzhou of Jilin Province, Shandong Province and Guangdong Province. The findings are as followed. First, Uncertainty avoidance plays an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction, between value congruence and customer satisfaction. Uncertainty avoidance has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Second, value congruence has a direct effect on uncertainty avoidance, but is significantly negative. Third, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

Research on the Influence of Digital Trade Development Level on China's Export Trade Scale (디지털 무역의 발전이 중국 무역의 수출 규모에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • With the acceleration of globalization, digital development is relying on digital technology and innovation as the driving force, which has increasingly become the new driving force of economic development. Trade, as a key link in allocating resources in economic activities, is also undergoing profound changes in digitalization. Based on this, this paper takes the relevant data of Chinese provinces from 2010 to 2022 as research samples, and explores the impact of the development level of digital trade on the scale of China's export trade through empirical tests. The entropy method is used to select relevant indicators to build digital trade development level indicators. On the basis of building the empirical test model required by this paper, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out. Through the empirical test, it is found that the development level of digital trade has a significant positive impact on China's export scale, and there is a positive U-shaped relationship between the two.

Research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on the Performance of Chinese Listed Enterprises (디지털 혁신이 중국 상장기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Enterprise digital transformation is a brand new business model and strategic thinking. As the world's second largest economy, China's economic situation affects the development of the world economy under the background of globalization. As an active market subject under the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, Chinese listed enterprises are an important driving force for China's economic growth. Based on this, this paper uses the relevant data of A-share listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets in China from 2015 to 2022 as research samples, constructs A fixed effect regression model, and explores the impact of digital transformation of listed enterprises on business performance through empirical analysis. It is found that digital transformation can significantly promote the increase of business performance of enterprises. In enterprises of different sizes, digital transformation has different impacts on business performance. Finally, this paper finds that the impact of digital transformation on business performance is achieved by reducing enterprise costs.
