Kyoto Protocol against global warming came into effect in Feb 2005. This paper presents a calculation $CO_2$ emission of D power plant for combusting LNG and heavy oil using the a, b, c coefficients obtained by the performance test. The authors also calculate the breakeven point of the fuel transfer from LNG to Oil considering recent $CO_2$ emission cost.

본 연구의 목적은 발생한 거래에 대해 적합한 회계 계정을 선택하는 예측 모델을 생성하는 것이다. 이를 통해 단기적으로 보조 수단으로 활용하여 회계 전표 승인에 대한 소요 시간을 단축하거나, 장기적으로 손익계산서가 일정 오차율 이내에서 자동으로 빠르게 작성됨으로써 재무 정보의 적시성을 올려주고, 기업의 실적을 나타냄에 있어 개별 담당자의 주관이 개입될 여지가 줄어든다는 면에서 재무 정보의 객관성을 올려줄 것으로 기대한다. 제안하는 모델은 비용 전표 이력의 적요를 자연어 처리하고 학습한 모델을 통해 1 차(공시용) 비용 계정을 분류한다. 분류 결과를 범위로 활용하는 기계 학습을 활용하여 좀 더 세밀한 범위의 2 차(관리용) 비용 계정을 분류하였다.

This study estimated the socioeconomic costs of child poverty. Based on previous studies, the present study organized component categories for direct and indirect costs of child poverty, and estimated the cost of each category in 2015 through the collection of existing data and Delphi survey techniques among experts. The total socioeconomic costs of child poverty were compared to Korea's GDP. The results of this study were as follows. First, the socioeconomic costs of child poverty in Korea in 2015 ranged from 55 trillion KW(3.5% of GDP) to 99 trillion KW(6.5% of GDP). Second, the indirect socioeconomic costs of child poverty are much higher than the direct costs. Third, among the total cost categories, costs related to productivity loss and unemployment accounted for the largest portion of both the socioeconomic costs based upon absolute poverty and relative poverty. Crime costs are the second largest. Based on these results, we discussed the importance of early intervention for children in poverty; implementation of two-generation program that intervenes simultaneously with parents and children; and long-term, continuous and integrated intervention for high-risk groups such as poor children.

이동망 착신접속료는 독점서비스로 원가인하유인이 없으며 기존의 접속료 산정방식인 완전배부방식의 비합리적이고 부당한 원가계산이 문제점으로 거론되면서 합리적인 요금산정방식은 장기증분원가방식이라고 판단됨으로써 영국에서는 이에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 영국의 장기중분방식은 비용을 회수하는 수단으로 경제적 감가상각을 사용하고 있다. 본 고에서는 기존의 완전배부방식에서 사용되던 회계적 감가상각(역사적 원가와 현행원가방식)과 장기증분원가 방식의 경제적 감가상각 방법을 비교함으로써 감가상각 방법에 따라 이동망 착신접속료에 미치는 영향 및 시사점을 분석해 보고자 한다.

최근에 이르러 정보 통신에 대한 수요가 폭발하고 있으나, 데이터 통신을 위한 네트워크를 구축하는 데는 막대한 비용이 소요되며, 장기적인 투자의 관점에서 효율성을 달성하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구는 기존의 네트워크를 확장해나가거나 새로운 네트워크를 구축하고자 할 때, 미래의 수요 및 신기술의 변화 등을 고려하여 최적의 네트워크를 설계하는 문제를 다루고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터 통한 네트워크의 장기적인 확장계획 수립의 문제를 분석적으로 다룬 최초의 논문이라고 할 수 있는 Dutta & Lim[4]의 기존 연구를 근간으로 하되 라우팅방법을 바꾸어 라우팅에 따른 해의 민감도를 분석함으로써, 네트워크의 설계 및 확장계획 수립을 위한 효율적인 해를 찾아내는 알고리즘을 개발하고자 하였다.

This paper investigates the impact of corporate governance structure on the firm's debt costs under different governance environments. We find that after the 2008 banking crisis, family firms with controlling shareholders benefit from lower debt cost through the strong control rights of dominating large shareholders, compared with the firms with diversified minority-shareholders. Foreign investors are related statistically to the higher cost of debt. Before the 2008 banking crisis, cash flows and growth potentials are positively associated with the firm's cost of debt.

현재 3세대 원자로의 엄청난 건설 비용과 사용후핵연료를 재처리 하지 못하고 폐기물로 보관 처리함에 따라 장기간의 지속적 가동이 불가능한 일회성 연료 사이클 때문에 원자력 발전 업계는 4세대 고속로 시대로 진입할 수밖에 없을 것인데 현재 개발중인 SMR 과 HTGR 타입의 두 원자로가 그 대안이 될 것이다.

우리나라의 석유류제품가격이 외국에 비해 전반적으로 높은 이유는 고율의 특소세와 석유기금등 정부부문비용이 차지하는 폭이 크고 경질유 수요가 낮아 권유수율상의 수익성이 낮은데 기인하는 것으로 정유사의 통제범위외의 구조적인 요인에서 비롯되고 있다. 따라서 국내석유수요의 일부를 제품수입에 장기의존할 경우 국내석유류안정 공급이 크게 위협받게 될 것이다.

지능탄약은 최근의 전장 및 미래전의 양상을 고려하여 재래식 탄약 사용시보다 전투력 향상은 물론 전술비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있는 체계로 미국 등 선진국에서는 80년대 초부터 이를 개발하기 위해 막대한 투자를 하고 있다. 우리도 세계적인 추세 및 군 화력무기체계의 장기적인 발전을 고려하여 선진국에서 정립해 가고 있는 지능탄약의 개념과 발전현황을 정밀 분석하여 한국군에 필요한 지능폭탄 체계개발에 노력해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
