본 발표자가 재직하고 있는 시흥시 장곡 초등학교는 2001-2002년 교육부로부터 2년동안 영재교육연구학교로 지정 받아 $\ulcorner$잠재능력 발현 기회 확대를 통한 영재아 육성$\lrcorner$이라는 주제를 가지고 영재교육을 운영하고 프로그램을 적용하고 있으며, 본 교사는 그 프로그램 가운데 5학년 과학 심화반을 운영하고 있다. 영재아 선발, 영재반 편성, 프로그램 적용 등이 학교교육과적운영의 큰 축과 맞물려 돌아가고 있기 때문에 영재반 프로그램 소개 이전에 배경이 되었던 연구학교 제반 여건과 영재아 선발 방법 등을 먼저 소개할 필요가 있다고 보아 다음 순서로 소개 하고자 한다.

명태는 한국, 일본 그리고 러시아 해역에 넓게 분포하고 있다. 그 중 일본 최대의 산란장인 홋카이도의 A지역(종곡, 유맹, 후지)어획량은 1976년부터 계속 감소하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어획량 변동 요인을 분석하기 위해서, 일본해역에 있어서의 명태 어획량의 시공간적 변동(시공간적배동)의 특징을 검토한다. 일반적으로 어획량의 변동은 어장에 있어서의 어업형태 또는 내유(來遊)하는 계통군(系統群)의 변화, 해양환경 등에 영향을 받고 있다. (중략)

This study is based on the observation of clothes excavated from of YeoHung Min( 1586∼1656)'s grave, which enable to understand of woman's funeral clothes among upper class in mid 17C. Lady Min buried with her husband Jung (Clan of Dong Rae)'s grave where located in KwanAk gu, Seoul was move out another place in 1989. During excavation of the grave, 31 pieces form 5 different type of clothes and total 18 pieces form 8 different from Lady Min (Clan of YeoHung). Remarkable finding from the excavated clothes is the Nuwooli(veil) which is known to be discovered first time in Korea, and a piece of tooth, which is related with funeral custom of those day, and cotton seeds are found from chima(skirt) and Jogori(jacket). Jangot(coat) has been used for the use of over garment assuming the changes of Jogori form during mid of Josun dynasty. It is also remarkable that padded and quilted clothing is still being commonly used until mid-l7C.

The metabolism of ginseng saponins by human intestinal bacteria was studied using human feces under anaerobic culture conditions. $Ginsenoside-Rb_1$, $-Rb_2$ and -Rc(protopanaxadiol type) were mainly metabolized to compound-K(C-K), $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{_D}-glucopyranosyl]-20(S)-protopanaxadiol(compound-Y,\;C-Y)$, $20-O-[{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}6)-{\beta}-{_D}-glucopyranosyll-20(S)-protopanaxadiol(ginsenosied-MC,{\;}MC)$, respectively, and $ginsenoside-Rg_1$ and -Re(protopanaxatriol type) to their aglycon, 20(S)-protopanaxatriol, though the pathway and rate of the metabolism were affected by fermentation medium. C-K was not decomposed any more, while C-Y and Mc were both gradually hydrolyzed to C-K.
