This study aims to investigate the relationship between service recovery justice, residual emotions, and customer behavior. It empirically verifies that low justice in service recovery affects residual emotions and, in turn, has an impact on customers' negative behaviors. Furthermore, this research distinguishes customer-brand relationship quality into emotional relationship quality and cognitive relationship quality and seeks to validate that the type of relationship quality may influence the extent to which the justice of recovery processes affects residual emotions. Data was collected through surveys, and hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The research findings indicate that among the dimensions of service recovery justice, procedural justice and interactional justice significantly influence residual emotions. Moreover, residual emotions have a significant impact on both the intention to revisit and the intention to engage in negative word-of-mouth. In addition, the impact of distributive justice and procedural justice on residual emotions was found to be higher for cognitive relationship quality than emotional relationship quality, and the impact of interactional justice on residual emotions was found to be higher for emotional relationship quality than cognitive relationship quality.

본 논문은 전역 스타일 토큰(Global Style Token)을 기준으로 하여 감정의 세기를 조절할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다. 기존의 전역 스타일 토큰 연구에서는 원하는 스타일이 포함된 참조 오디오(reference audio)을 사용하여 음성을 합성하였다. 그러나, 참조 오디오의 스타일대로만 음성합성이 가능하기 때문에 세밀한 감정 조절에 어려움이 있었다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 전역 스타일 토큰의 레퍼런스 인코더 부분을 잔여 블록(residual block)과 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 사용되는 AlexNet으로 대체하였다. AlexNet은 5개의 함성곱 신경망(convolutional neural networks) 으로 구성되어 있지만, 본 논문에서는 1개의 신경망을 제외한 4개의 레이어만 사용했다. 청취 평가(Mean Opinion Score)를 통해 제시된 방법으로 감정 세기의 조절 가능성을 보여준다.

This study examines the theoretical framework of "B" local union, which conducts "class-oriented" labor movements in contemporary Japan. "Class-oriented" labor movements are active, while they have been residual on the margins of Japanese society and the country's labor movement situation. This research examines a theoretical framework for "class-oriented" labor movements and investigates Williams' "structure of feeling." First, the "structure of feeling" concept is examined. Second, the study compares several theories on the working class of Marxism and alternative subjects of "linguistic turn." Third, this study redefines the "structure of feeling" in terms of the case of "B" local union. The results show that "collective workers-individualize workers" and "workers-non-workers" of "B" local union establish their own labor movements on the material or immaterial space and consider their "structure of feeling" as the "negotiation and contradiction on the class-orientation." Consequently, this study offers a model of their "structure of feeling."

The purpose of this study is to review the various valuation techniques of intangible assets. The value of intangible asset by the income approach can be measured as the present value of the economic benefit over the intangible asset's remaining useful life. The typical methods used in intangible asset economic income projections include extrapolation method, life cycle analyses, sensitivity analyses, simulation analyses, judgment method, and tabula rasa method. There are several methods available for estimating capitalization rates and discount rates for intangible asset, in which we have discussed market extraction method, capital asset pricing model, built-up method, discounted cash flow model, and weighted average cost of capital method. As the capitalization methods for intangible asset, relief-from-royalty method, excess earnings capitalization method, profit split method, residual from business enterprise method, postulated loss of income method and so on have been reviewed.
