Survey on the Cultivation Process of Plant Tissue Culture (식물조직 배양공정의 기계화를 위한 작업실태분석)

  • 식물조직 배양공정의 기계화 기술개발을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 식물조직 배양기술의 개발 또는 식물묘를 대량생산하는 연구지도기관 및 농원 등의 배양실 10개소를 대상으로 배지의 분주, 배양용기의 밀봉 및 세척, 배양체의 접종공정 등에 대한 작업실태를 조사분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가. 배양기술의 개발 또는 식물묘 대량생산은 대부분이 나리, 호접란, 풍란, 심비디움 등 화훼류였으며, 배지는 모두 한천이 혼합된 고체배지, 배양용기는 형상 및 용량 등이 다른 플라스크, 배양병, pE용기 등이 사용되었다. 나. 배지의 분주작업은 조사대상 10개배양실중 6개소는 작업자가 비이커를 사용하여 분주하였고 4개소는 자동 또는 반자동분주기를 사용하였으며, 인력 및 반자동분주기의 사용시 배양용기간의 분주량은 기준량의 $\pm$25%범위에서 차이가 있었다. 다. 액체배지의 분주시 온도는 36.8~88.$0^{\circ}C$, 점도는 3.7~11.8cP 범위였고 점도는 배지에 혼합하는 한천, 사과 등 유기물의 량에 따라 차이가 있으므로 배지의 분주작업을 기계화하기 위해서는 배지의 온도와 점도, 배양용기와 분주량 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 배지의 점도에 따라 분주량을 조절할 수 있도록 개발할 필요성이 있다고 생각된다. 라. 배양용기의 밀봉소재는 플라스크의 경우 호일 또는 고무마개와 호일, 배양병은 모두 나사산이 있는 캡, PE용기는 뚜껑을 사용하였으며, 밀봉작업은 모든 배양실에서 인력에 의존하였고 작업능률은 호일만으로 밀봉하는 경우 시간당 180~240병, 캡은 시간당470~600개 정도였다. 마. 배양체의 접종작업은 모든 배양실이 인력에 의존하였으며, 배양체를 배지와 분리하여 불필요한 부분을 제거하고 배양작물에 따라 생육정도를 2~3등급으로 구분하여 배양용기의 배지 위에 치상하는 과정으로 수행되었으며, 작업능률은 호접란의 경우 배양병에 25본을 접종하는데 시간당 6병, 심비디움은 원형 플라스크에 25본을 접종하는데 시간당 10병 정도였다. 바. 식물체의 대량증식에 사용되는 플라스크, 배양병, PE용기 등 배양용기의 세척작업은 농원의 1개배양실에서 간이식 세척기, 이 외의 9개배양실은 모두 물에 담겨 두었다가 세제와 브러쉬 등을 사용하여 인력으로 세척하고 있어 생력화 기술개발이 요구되었다.

  • 공정설계는 설계와 가공에 대한 지식을 갖고 있는 사람이 부품설계 도면의 정보를 이용, 생산 현장에서 소재를 부품으로 가공하기 위하여 필요한 가공정보들을 수집, 검토하여 상세한 작업지시를 준비하는 일련의 활동이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 공정설계는 제품을 경제적, 효율적으로 생산하는데 필요한 체계적인 결정방식이며, 설계와 가공사이의 정보흐름을 원활하게 하여 제조공정상의 교량역할을 하는 핵심적인 부분이므로, 본 논문에서는 첨단생산시스템을 구현하기 위한 차세대가공시스템의 소과제중 하나인 "지적공정계획기술" 과제에서 기존에 상용화된 CAD/CAM(Compu-ter Aided Design / Manufacturing)시스템을 이용하여 설계와 가공의 정보를 체계화하고 지식 베이스화하여 설계정보가 생산현장까지 이어질 수 있도록 개발중인 컴퓨터를 이용한 공정설계자동화시스템(CAPP : Computer Aided Process Planning)에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Analysis of Boundary Conditions for Activities' Relationships in Linear Scheduling Model (선형 공정계획 모델의 액티비티 관계의 경계조건 분석)

  • Domestic leading construction companies has been establishing and performing TACT scheduling method, similar to linear scheduling model such as line of balance and repetitive schedule, and etc. in which repetitive construction works are involved like high-rise building. Linear scheduling model has been researched as a visual scheduling method presenting the work space and time information. Likewise scheduling constraints of CPM network such as finish-to-finish, start-to-start, finish-to-start, start-to-start, linear scheduling model also has the relationships constraints, namely boundary conditions, between activities. It is especially necessary to define the boundary conditions of the activities' relationships in order to apply the linear scheduling model to be compatible with the network schedule. Therefore, this research considers the boundary conditions between activities for establishing the linear scheduling model. This paper also applies the proposed boundary conditions to TACT schedule and then deduces the main considerations in order to establish and perform TACT schedule.

Transfer Rate of Cross Contamination of Listeria monocytogenes between Pork Meat and Workers' Hands during Pork Meat Processing (포장돈육 가공공정 중 돈육과 작업자 손과의 Listeria monocytogenes의 교차오염 전이율)

  • This study was performed to determine the transfer rates of each foodborne pathogen from pork meat packaging during the processing. We analyzed the transfer rate of Listeria monocytogenes from contaminated pork meat to worker's hands (wearing polyethylene gloves, PEG; cotton gloves, CG; and bare hands), cutting boards and knives, and vice versa. Transfer rate of CG 100.00% was higher than that of bare hands 2.513% and PEG 1.511%. In particular, when wearing Co, the transfer rate from the CG to bare hands with CG was 0.08%. Also, the range of transfer rates from contaminated pork meat to cutting board and knife was 0.352-3.791%. In contrast, transfer rates from the workers' hands (with PEG/CG and bare hands) to cutting board, knife, and pork meat ranged from 0.001 to 0.141%. There was a lower transfer rate from workers' hands than from pork meat. These findings indicate that use of PEG could effectively reduce or prevent the cross-contamination compared to CG and provide important information concerning the consecutive transfer of L. monocytogenes during food processing.

Comparison of Cross-contamination of Salmonella spp. on Pork Meat and Workers' Hands during Pork Cutting Processing (돈육 가공공정에서 돈육과 작업자 손 간의 Salmonella spp.의 교차오염 비교)

  • This study describes cross-contamination events that occur in animal food processing. We analyzed the number of Salmonella spp. contamination transferred from pork meat to workers' hands (wearing polyethylene gloves; PG, cotton gloves; CG, and bare hands), cutting boards and knives, and vice versa. Transfer rate of CG 38.80% was higher than that of PG 3.11% and bare hands 1.35%. In particular, when wearing CG, the transfer rate from the CG to bare hands with CG was 0.07%. Also, the range of transfer rates from the contaminated pork meat to cutting board and knife was 0.20-1.99%. In contrast, the transfer rates from the worker's hands (with PG/CG and bare hands) to cutting board, knife, and pork meat ranged from 0.0015-0.21%. There was a lower transfer rate from workers' hands than from pork meat. These findings indicate that the use of PG compared with CG could effectively reduce or prevent the cross-contamination and provide important information concerning the consecutive transfer of Salmonella spp. during food processing.

  • This study is focused on development of generalization processing for 1/25,000 digital mapping using l/5,000 digital map. The generalization processing for digital map included in spatial and attribute information consists of 3 steps. The first, elimination of layer which is not included in 1/25,000 feature code. The second, classification of 8 feature codes. The third, merging of spatial and attribute information. Therefore using generalization workflow developed in this project, automatic generalization system will develope optimal in the future and also contribute product to small scale digital map and thematic map.

  • If construction process operate composing work team by judgment manager's experience, possibility that progress of construction process becomes as inefficient is much. But, If produce optimal proposal of resources allocation, construction cost and duration through simulation at work plan step, work schedule because do quantification efficient operate do on. When plan construction process in this research, resources allocation by change of work team operation change, resources cost loss, total cost, optimal proposal of construction duration tentative plan of numerical formula model that can do simulation propose. Apply and revealed to apartment house framework which horizontal work area of process and vertical work area are composed as is each different construction process to verify proposed numerical formula model. Achieved efficiency than work team's operation results which apply numerical formula model that is presented in this research and enforce simulation is applied in actuality example construction.

  • In a construction project, process planning is an important factor in determining the success or failure of a project. In particular, it is necessary to systematically establish a process plan in the early stage because the finishing work of an apartment house involves more interference than the foundation work or the frame work. First, in this study the problems of Tact process management were identified, Based on the data from the case project, conventional Tact process management and compositive Tact process management were compared and analyzed. Second, cost analysis was performed on applicable plastering work to suggest the necessity and direction of compositive Tact process management. Third, the appropriateness of manpower according to the number of construction households is analyzed through cost analysis. Through this, the validity and effectiveness of compositive Tact process management were verified based on the results derived from this study.

  • 본 논문은 주조공정후 주물의 라이져(Riser)나 버어(Burr) 등을 제거하는 페틀링(Fettling) 작업의 자동화에 대해서 기술한다. 이 작업을 주물의 마무리 작업이라 하는데 이 분야는 작업상의 특수성과 적용 로봇의 미개발로 아직 산업현장에서 실용화 되지 못한 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 그라인딩 작업 환경과 이 분야에 적용되는 로봇의 필요조건에 관해서 기술하고 이 분야에 적합하도록 제작된 MC 560 로못을 소개한다. 주물제작의 마무리 작업은 로봇 이외에도 여러종류의 가공기계와 주변기기를 요구한다. 본 논문은 주물의 재질과 형상에 따른 가공기계 선택방법과 주변기기의 설계 등을 기술하며 자동화 시스템의 구성요소, 작업공정, 작업효과 등에 관해서 논한다.

  • Assembly process data can be gathered in real time in a manufacturing execution system (MES) server using proximity sensors, barcodes, RFID, ZigBee, Bluetooth, wireless sensor networks, etc. Although this is suitable for identifying process flow and checking production progress, it is difficult to trace the location of individual workers in real time for missing work or trajectories within the work area. To overcome this, the location and trajectory of the working tool can be analyzed in real time through a position tracking system of an operator's working tool. It can instruct the operator to perform a consistent working process. Productivity and quality improvement can be achieved by an alarming or blocking operator with possible assembly defects during the assembly process in real time. To this end, we developed a real-time tool position-tracking sensor system based on Ultra Wide Band (UWB) trilateration using a Kalman filter to eliminate mechanical vibration and radio communication noise.
