As the scale of construction work is enlarged, complicated and diversified, much construction information from the large number of construction sites is generated and reported to the head office. To control much information generated in construction sites simultaneously, the necessity of supporting system which could extract necessary information is increased. However, comparing with those of large companies, medium-sized companies's organization of head office and management system are weak. So it's difficult to manage multi-projects. Among these site managements, resource management is an important management area. But, resource planning is based on experience and judgement and has not associated with schedule information. So when schedule is changed, the plan must be amended manually. This study investigates material-planning model for multi-project management which is connected with daily report system and scheduling software.

The purpose of this study is to present an improved lift-up &procurement work flow for effective resource utilization in building construction. The current lift-up &procurement work flow has some waste factors; complicated information system, connection lack with process and decision-making delay. Therefore the study applied the value stream mapping methodology for improvement of current lift-up &procurement work flow. The main contents of the study are as follows; 1) Problems of current work flow were analyzed through current state mapping(CSM). 2) An improved work flow was suggested through future state mapping(FSM). 3) An improvement effect analysis of information system and lift-up planning was investigated. The study recommends continuous improvement of lift-up &procurement work flow and efficient management of information in building construction as a future research.

The material lift-up and procurement management for high-rise buildings is complex and critical key to the success of projects. It has been hardly managed by the heuristic or rule-of-thumb techniques which are adapted in usual construction building sites. Especially in downtown high-rise residential building project sites, the limit of heuristic management techniques is critical. It has space constraint for materials loading and site transportation especially in finish work phases in which construction period diverse work trades struggle for their own material and manpower transportation. Hence, it is essential to adapt JIT(Just-In-Time) concept in these particular types of building construction project sites. According to the analysis of the case project sites, the communication and flow of relevant information regarding material lift-up and transportation in project sites is the key factor for successful performance. Therefore, this study analyzes the flow and site transportation of the key materials and provides the system, PLUTO(Procurement & Lift-Up for material Transport Optimizing system). This study also applies the system in the case site and verifies the model validation in actual project.

본 시설공사 가격관리 자료는 '84년도 조달청 시설국이 발주한 공사중 표준가격으로 활용할 수 있는 수준의 건축공사를 발췌하여 이를 비목별,공종별 단위당 공사비와 건물유형별로 중요자재 소요량 및 소요품수 등을 분석한 것입니다. 따라서 회원 여러분께서 본 자료를 잘 활용하면 건물종류별로 우리 실정에 알맞는 표준 건축물의 기준 자료로 이용할 수 있으며 또한 건축물의 과도한 고급화를 억제하여 예산을 절감하는 등 공사비 단가 간접통제 수단이 될 수도 있을 것입니다. 공사집행부서는 본 자료를 시설공사 계획 단계부터 발주, 시공 과정에 이르기까지 관리자료로 활용하시기 바라며 조달청에서는 본 자료를 각 수요기관이 계약요청하는 공사에 대하여 공사비 단가를 비교 평가하는 자료로 활용할 것입니다.

High-Tech 산업은 국제적인 경쟁력과 갈수록 짧아지는 제품의 Life-cycle로 인해 그 경쟁이 매우 치열해 지고 있다. 따라서. 변동되는 시장 상황에 맞추어 자재의 구매/조달, 연구 개발, 생산, 물류/배송, 판매, 및 고객에 대한 납기 약속 등을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 전 세계적으로 SCM(Supply Chain Management)관점에서 APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling)시스템을 사영하고 있다. 특히, 고객으로부터 주문량이 할당되면 주어진 자재와 공장의 생산능력 (capacity)을 계산하여 생산가능 유무 및 생산가능일을 알려주는 공장내의 생산 계획 및 스케줄링 방법은 현재는 물론 앞으로도 지속적으로 발전시켜야 될 부분으로서 그 중요성이 점점 확대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 High-Tech 산업 중에서 전자 산업의 요구 사항을 분석하고, 이러한 요구 사항들을 해결하기 위래 세계적으로SCM 시장에서 가장 많은 경쟁력을 가지고 있는 i2 Technologies사의 생산 계획 및 스케줄링 툴인 Factory Planner를 사용한 사례를 제시한다.

생산일정계획 수립 시스템을 통하여 수립된 생산계획을 현장에서 실천하고자 할 때, 일반적으로 계획수립 후 얼마 지나지 않아 계획수립시 고려할 수 없었던 기계고장 또는 자재조달 지연, 작업 지체, 주문 취소 등과 같은 요인으로 생산일정을 계획대로 실천할 수 없는 경우가 발생한다. 이런 상황에서는 기존의 생산계획을 계속 실행할 수 없으므로 손쉽게 대처할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 일정계획편집기를 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 제시한다. 일정계획편집기를 GUI, 객체지향적 설계를 통해 구현하므로서 이상상황과 일정변동에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있다. GUI환경을 통해, 수립된 생산일정과 이상상황, 작업진척, 수행도 등을 화면에 Gantt 도표로 표시해 주어 현장 파악을 용이하게 하고 작업추가, 삭제, 작업시간 변경, 대체공정으로의 이동 등의 편집을 mouse와 icon을 이용, 편리하게 수행할 수 있다. 편집작업시 자동으로 생산일정의 타당성을 만족시켜 줄 수 있는 지능화를 위한 기초 단계로서 객체지향설계를 이용한 규칙기반 일정계획 편집기를 설계한다.

독일 HDW조선소의 Bonn 지사장으로 근무중인 Udo Ude씨는 209급 잠수함 해외수출 성공사례를 다음과 같이 분석하였다. -1970년 독일해군용 206급 계약시 잠수함을 해군에 인도하기 전까지의 모든 과정을 조선소가 직접 책임지고 수행토록 하는 General Contractor Principle(총괄계약자 원칙)에 의해 확보된 기술인력, 자재/장비 공급원 발굴, 축적된 장비간 연동과 체계통합 기술 및 경험 –대부분의 탑재 장비를 국내 방산업체로부터 조달할 수 있는 탄탄한 국내 기술력 –매 신규사업마다 성능향상을 위한 과제선정 및 계속적인 연구 –정부 소유 시험시설 및 장비 활용과 제반 기술관리에 있어서 민.관.군의 적극적이고 긴밀한 지원체제 구축 이러한 성공사례 분석에 독일 현지에서 느낀 필자의 경험소감을 추가하면 다음과 같다. –규정을 잘 지킬 뿐만 아니라 타인의 잘못을 즉시 일깨워 주는 준법정신 및 고발정신 -2-3년 후의 휴가계획까지 수립하여 준비할 정도의 처절한 사전계획 및 준비정신 –불결한 것과 게으름을 참지 못하는 청결성 및 근면성 –누구든지 원하면 경제적인 부담없이 평생동안 공부할 수 있는 교육제도 –게르만족이 우월하다는 내면적 자부심 –작은 일이라도 모여서 토의하고 결론을 도출하기 좋아하는 공동체 의식 –약속을 철저히 지키는 정직성 –과거의 사실이나 유물을 철저히 보존하는 역사의식 –모든 분야에서 철저하게 운용되는 Meister(장인)제도 등
