The fact that cooperation is an essential factor for foodservice industry success has been discovered by many business leaders. Success in entrepreneurial businesses depends upon cooperation. However, there has been a lack of studies done about cooperation in the service industry, particularly levels of cooperation among foodservice employees in an organization. This study is designed to understand the antecedents, servant leadership and trust in co-workers that have a resulting influence on cooperation among foodservice employees. To achieve the study objective, 191 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The following is a summary of my verified analysis. First, servant leadership have a positive influence on trust in co-workers. Second, trust in co-workers has a positive influence on cooperation among foodservice employees positively.

The purpose of this study was carried out to investigate medicinal resources herb plants that using through the ages in Korea among the spontaneous and naturalized flavor or frangrant plants and to discuss some way of utilizations of their products to promote human health. Another goal of this study was to collect and systematically synthesize those materials connected with fragrant medicinal plants to serve useful informations on this problems for following researchers. The major findings of this study were as follows ; In Korea, many species of fragrant plants were used for medicinal purpose through the ages. And most of the everyday`s common drugs in Korea's traditional medicine were contained fragrant resources plants as major medicinal material. Therefore, We can find that mast of the fragrant resources plants are very excellent material for traditional medicinal use. At the same time, we should reveal to fragrant material's activity for human health and to investigate the effect of aromatherapy in the future.

This paper aims to analysize the regional disparity of rural life service. In other words, analyzing the spatial distribution of the single-households elderly and service accessibility to public transportation, and the relationship between them in rural. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a high concentration of the single-households elderly in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Jeollanam-do, and the distribution of them shows a tendency to cluster locally. Second, the vulnerability area of public transportation are concentrated on the myeon area. Third, The above-average proportion of vulnerable single-households elderly in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Jeollanam-do are concentrated on the myeon area. This result show that there is a positive correlation and high values are concentrated. This paper is expected to contribute to the regional development projects and effective implementation of rural polices.

This study aims to examine the moderating effects of work hours between job stress and quality of life of young farmers. A survey was conducted on 618 young farmers for one month from July 1, 2022. The main analysis results are as follows. First, quality of life and job stress, quality of life and work hours had a negative correlation, and job stress and work hours had a positive correlation. Second, work hours were found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and quality of life. Third, as a result of identifying the area of significance of work hours, it was found that work hours played a role in moderating the relationship between quality of life and job stress when work hours were longer than 1.327 hours. Fourth, as a result of visualizing the moderating effect by dividing work hours into three groups: high, medium, and low, it was found that even if the level of job stress was the same, the farmers with long work hours perceived their quality of life to be worse than those with shorter work hours. It can be said that in order for young farmers to settle down and live stably in agriculture and rural areas as professionals, it is very important to actively develop and support policies to improve the working environment in the agricultural sector that can secure time to enjoy culture and leisure and relieve job stress.

신재생에너지자원 사용의 확대와 더불어 그 안전성에도 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 따라 신재생에너지의 개발과 보급을 위한 데이터를 축적하고 관리, 활용할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지자원을 보다 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 WebGIS 기반의 시스템을 개발한다. 공간 데이터의 관리, 공간정보 서비스 인프라를 구축하기 위해서 기 구축된 시스템에 OGC의 표준을 적용하고, 평가를 위한 공간정보를 연계하여 신재생에너지자원의 개발 및 보급을 위한 경제성평가 모듈의 신뢰성을 향상시켰다. 이를 통해 신재생에너지 자원평가, 최적지 선정 및 잠재량 등에 대한 정밀한 분석 및 평가가 가능하며, Web기반의 시스템 개발을 통해 신재생에너지 정보의 활용성 증대, 신재생에너지에 대한 인식제고를 위한 도구로써 활용될 수 있다.

현재 국내에서 운용중인 풍력발전시스템은 국내 풍력자원에 대한 정확한 정보의 부재와 국내 풍황에 맞지 않는 국외 모델을 그대로 운용하는 등의 몇 가지 문제를 드러내었다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 연안의 해상에서 한국형 해상풍력터빈을 설치하기 위한 잠재적 최적위치와 풍황자료 산출 최적화 알고리즘을 구현하는 것이다. 최적화 알고리즘은 얕은 수심 분포와 연안에서의 거리를 제약조건으로 하고 최대 에너지밀도를 가진 지점을 구하는 것으로 정식화하였다. 풍황자료 산출을 위해서 국내 연안의 해상 풍황자료를 포함하는 기상풍황자료를 통계적 모델로 분석하여 바람지도를 작성하였다. 이 바람지도를 이용하여 지질 통계학 분야의 관측기법인 크리깅 모델을 구성하고, 전역최적화기법인 유전자알고리즘을 이용하여 제약조건을 만족하는 최대에너지밀도값과 그 위치를 도출하였다. 수치최적화 결과 우리나라 풍력 자원의 대략적인 잠재량과 현황파악이 가능하였고, 해상풍력발전단지가 조성 가능한 개략적인 위치를 예측할 수 있었다.
