National competence is based on the quality of university education, which is determined by the competitiveness of academia, research and information, IMD reported that Singapore, #2 country in national competence index, topped in quality of university education. Meanwhile Korea's current national knowledge infrastructure project lacks comprehensive coordination at a governmental level and has been conducted in a rather sporadic manner, without any consideration on the overall analysis of knowledge information resources. Consequently, a disproportionate amount of attention was devoted to collecting general information resources, while neglecting rare, hard-to-collect sources with historic, academic, and/or cultural values. This study proposes to build an academic resource management system to fully supervise academic resources at least, among national knowledge information resources which is a national asset, and also to allocate budget and cultivate new information building projects based on overall analysis on academic resources. In other words, there is a need for a management system to implement efficient linkage, distribution and utilization of academic resources and, to that end, we need to build an academic resource management system at a national level, maximizing the benefits from the knowledge society that we live in.

This study suggested indispensable elements of metadata for electronic resource management and effectively manage of electronic resource in library. Therefore, this research analyzed into the data elements of DLF ERMI's ERMS data structure, foreign three universities. The Data elements are verified by domestic ERM specialist. As the result, trial categories are 12 elements, consortium categories are 15 elements, license categories are 33 elements, electronic resource information categories are 21 elements, access/administrative information categories are 20 elements, usage statistics categories are 13 elements, workflow categories are 14 elements, contact information categories are 18 elements.

그리드 스케쥴링 시스템은 그리드 환경에서 매우 다양하고 많은 자원에 대한 서비스들을 통합하여 사용자에게 일관된 접근 방법을 제공하고, 자원들의 동적인 상태나 자원의 서로 다른 정책 등으로 인해 야기되는 복잡성을 사용자에게 감추어 편리한 자원 사용 환경을 제공해 주게 된다 그리드 스케쥴링 문제에서는 기존의 스케쥴링 문제와는 다른 조건들이 존재하는데 자원에 대한 전적인 권한이 스케쥴러에게 주어지지 않는다는 점과 사용자에게 할당 가능한 자원의 양은 풍부하다는 점 등이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 필요와 조건 하에 설계되고 구현 된 그리드 스케쥴링 서비스에 대해 다룬다. 본 논문에서 설명하는 그리드 스케쥴링 서비스는 그리드 작업 및 자원 관리 시스템에 자원의 발견, 선택, 예약 기능을 제공하고, GGF의 표준인 OGSI 스펙을 따르는 인터페이스를 제공한다. 특히 사용자의 요구조건과 자원의 정책을 만족하는 자원을 적절히 선택해 줌으로써 작업 실행에 있어서의 자동화를 제공하고, 다양한 어플리케이션에 적합한 자원 선택 알고리즘을 추가할 수 있도록 함으로써 특정 어플리케이션을 위한 최적의 자원을 선택할 수 있게 하였다.

본 논문에서는 실질적 활용이 미흡한 민방위 장비 사용을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 '재난관리자원 공동활용시스템(DRSS)'를 분석하고 DRSS 내에서 민방위 장비를 등록하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 재난관리자원이란 각종 재난의 수습활동에 필요한 물적·인적 자원으로서 재난관리책임기관의 장이 재난에 대비하여 비축·관리 또는 지정·관리하여야 하는 장비자재, 물자, 시설 및 인력을 말한다. DRSS는 평상시에 지자체, 중앙부처, 민간단체에서 보유하고 있는 재난관리자원을 등록, 지속적으로 변동사항을 현행화하고 재난 발생으로 자원이 부족할 경우 인근 기관의 보유 자원을 조회하고 지원 요청하여 현장에 자원을 투입하도록 지원하는 시스템이다. 다만 민방위자원은 현행법상 재난관리자원에 속하지 않기 때문에 DRSS 내에서 활용하기 위해서는 기존에 등록된 재난관리자원과의 중복여부 조사와 함께 중복되지 않은 자원을 별도 분류 후 등록이 필요하다.

오늘날 정보와 정보시스템은 조직의 핵심 자원 중의 하나이다. 이러한 자원이 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용되지 못하면, 조직의 전략적인 목표 달성에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이처럼 중요한 자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 정보시스템에 대한 적절한 통제가 수립되고 이러한 통제가 적절하게 작동하는지를 점검하고, 여기에 대해서 조언을 해 주는 기능, 즉 정보시스템 감사 기능을 수립하여 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 정보시스템 통제/감사 체계를 도입하더라도 그 수준은 조직에 따라서 달라질 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보시스템 감사/통제 성숙수준을 평가할 수 있는 한 모델인 CobiT의 기본 개념과 적용 사례에 대해서 알아본다.

Metadata standard is very important element to describe a digital resource in the records lifecycle. Metadata standard is influenced by the purpose and content of tasks that are performed to a resource. But it does not reflect a task-centric viewpoint to cover the whole records-lifecycle because metadata is defined and designed from a resource-centric viewpoint. In other words, to cover the whole records-lifecycle using metadata, it is necessary to properly select and combine metadata property from a task-centric viewpoint. Therefore, we proposed a task-centric metadata application profile that can combine and select appropriate metadata properties according to requirements and tasks performed on resource.

This study discussed the problems of internet search engines or metadata and the necessity to catalog the digital information resources including information resources on the networks in libraries. The internet search engines or metadata make digital information resources indexed or organized immediately. But traditional library bibliographic tools like catalog should be described accurately and fully, and standardized in addition to the rapidity. Therefore from the library standpoint, digital information resources should be cataloged fully too. Cataloging cost of the increasing digital information resources can be reduced by cooperating and sharing the works among the libraries.

모바일 클라우드 서비스는 사용자가 모바일 단말에 자원을 가지고 있지 않더라도 인터넷을 통해 외부의 다양한 IT 자원을 제공하는 서비스로서 모바일 단말이 가지는 성능적 한계를 극복시킬 수 있다는 장점과 함께 이용자 수가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 존재하는 개인 및 기업의 정보 유출과 같은 문제들은 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에도 그대로 상속되기 때문에 이러한 문제에 대응하기 위해서는 모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 정보유출을 탐지할 수 있는 이상행위 탐지 알고리즘이 마련되어야 한다. 여기서 이상행위란, 모바일 클라우드 자원에 접근하는 방법에 있어 기존에 인지하고 있던 정상적인 행위에서 벗어나는 행위를 의미하며 이상행위로 판단되는 상황이 발생되는 경우, 이를 정보유출이 발생할 수 있는 상황으로 인지함으로써 적절한 대응을 할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 자원의 정보유출을 방지하기 위한 목적으로 자원 접근에 대한 이상행위 탐지 알고리즘 개발 모델을 제시한다. 이상행위 탐지 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 검증하기 위해서는 이상행위를 일으키는 공격 모델 및 대응 모델이 개발되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인증 및 권한관리의 취약점을 이용하여 위협을 일으키는 공격 모델을 개발하는 방법을 제시하고, 사용자의 접속환경 및 클라우드 자원의 정보 흐름을 분석함으로써 이상행위를 탐지하는 알고리즘을 제시한다.

Collection development policies(CDP) are becoming increasingly important to libraries of all types and sizes. The paper addresses the elements to develop a collection development policy to guide the librarians for the science and technology information resources. Instead of focusing on how well a given item fits into or supports the collection, the policy gives general guidance on the selection of information resources. The general collection development guidelines for the information resources include relevance and potential use of the information, demand for the information, ease of use of the product, subject and magnitudes, stability of the coverage of the resource, longevity of the information and evaluation mechanism.

Grid technology enables high performance computation and mass data processing by connecting geographically distributed computing resources to high-speed network. To carry on grid tasks requiring guaranteed quality of service, we need to build converged infrastructure which controls and manages network resources as well as computing resources. In this paper, we defined grid network service interface and information model to support grid network path, resource creation and reservation. In addition to resource creation and reservation messages of the existing GLIF, grid network path and notification messages were defined in the grid network service interface. We also defined related statuses and messages for two-phase resource reservation mechanism. We designed and implemented network resource management system based on the grid network information model and service interface. We experimented in resource reservation, allocation and release of network resources in grid environment with GMPLS control and transport network.
