  • Kon Satoshi is a representative animation film director who explores human's intrinsic self-identity based on ambivalence and delivers a message for self-reflection of entity. The aim of this study is to analyze the persona of character according to the way how a self incorporates with another self in his film; that is to say, how a mask of the personality expresses and realizes itself from the perspectives of the Jung's analytical psychology. The persona, defined as the upmost external personality, involves social behavior playing a specific role to establish constant relationship with others in a society. With increasing demand in a society, individuals get to adapt to outer environment by playing his/her given role in various masks of personality. In this way, although persona acts as a major function in relationship with outer world, it would exert a negative influence on formation of self-identity because of the inconsistency between consciousness and unconsciousness when immersed only in mask of personality, complying excessively with the demand of group. However, persona does not always have a negative effect on relationships. Developed adequately to fulfill its social function, persona is helpful to establish a healthy self-identity with balanced control between inner world of unconsciousness and outer world of consciousness. From these perspectives, this study can identify how the desire of mask hidden inside of each character expresses to function in a positive or negative way by analyzing characters in the film according to integrated pattern and correlation between consciousness and unconsciousness. Additionally, I hope that the psychological research methods in this study will be full of help for interpreting on a character analysis as a theoretical approach.

  • As part of the sharing economy service, the present study is not only about the positive aspects of O2O services, but also about the consumer ethical perceptions of recent conflicts with existing business and labor markets, trust of platform, and service utility on consumer satisfaction and intention to recommend O2O services. To test hypotheses, data were collected and analyzed for 149 samples, focusing on the car sharing service, an example of the sharing economy service, which is becoming an issue. As a result, the ethical self-identity of the consumer, the trust of the platform, and the service utility, all affected the service satisfaction, whereas only the hedonic utility and trust of the platform had a positive effect on the intention to recommendation. This study is meaningful in that it examines the influence of service utility focusing on ethical consciousness and social perspective of consumers, rather than on the point of consumption such as ethical consumption position and trust of platform based on sharing economy service.

When ego fixed dominated specific collective consciousness he can only be liberated after completing the difficult task of the next phase in crisis of death. This process is initiation, which is a supplement to feminity after recovery of increased consciousness, marriage with the princess, which is possible to unify the sexes (coniunctio oppositorum). The ego who got the apple, bird, horse, and princess which is shown to be a supplement to feminity, does not attain a complete success. Although the youngest comes out after brothers' failure, yet separation and abandonment of persona are difficult challenges and after all he achives a higher consciousness and then he primarily marries the princess, his Anima, after he executed his brothers for his repeated hardships, when the intellectual capacity is sacrificed as offering. Also, the fox restores himself from magic after the youngest son kills him and cut his head and feet, as the fox's wish. To be transformed into a human being. It experiences another consciousness. Finally, unifying the coniunctio oppositerum is fulfilled and a divine bond achieves the wholeness and it is accomplished individuation. That is, new mentoring network theory as a reconceptualization of mentoring is structured by researchers who have related social network theory and mentoring and they have discovered that the development of individual and organizational is built by the relationships of multiple selves. In their paper, they have asserted that an individual's developmental stage is an important antecedent to the nature of mentoring and developmental networks that are possible. Further, they are suggesting that mentoring developmental network is a key tool for learning, development, and successful performance outcomes in challenging assignments. This paper aims to describe the next empirical research plan that will investigate the developmental stage of teachers as an antecedent of mentoring network. An introduction and background to the research will be explained to provide a conceptual framework for the next study.

  • This study sought to clarify the relation of children's suicidal ideation and parental depression/life satisfaction, and the mediating effect of the self-esteem in child. With regard to suicidal ideation in children, most studies have used children's depression as predictor, not parental depression. Similarly, parental life satisfaction have not been included in spite of its general influence on child development. Relations among these variables were examined in 512 children and their parents in $7^{th}$ Korean welfare panel data using the structural equation model. Results showed that the maternal life satisfaction was the only significant factor affecting the suicidal ideation of children, no having the mediating effects of the self-esteem in child. The implication of these results and suggestions for intervention and prevention work, and future research are discussed.
