Experimental Investigation for Rotational Error Motion Simulation of Inherently Compensated Aerostatic Journal Bearing (자성보상형 공기정압 저널베어링의 회전운동정밀도 시뮬레이션을 위한 실험적 고찰)

  • It is an important thing for a designer to simulate and predict the performance of a spindle and a rotary table. In addition to the general performance such as static stiffness, the error motion performance information is beneficial to the designer in many cases. However for an aerostatic bearing the fluid film physical status should be calculated in order to simulate those performances and the calculation time is another obstacle for a simple performance simulation. In this paper the investigation on experiment and simulation is performed in order to find a more effective simulation method for the rotational error motion.

A High Precision Pulsed Field Magnetometer for Magnetic Properties Measurements of Rare Earth Magnets (희토류 영구자석의 자성측정을 위한 고감도 펄스마그네토미터)

  • A 8 MA/m-class pulsed field magnetometer has been constructed by composing a pulsed field magnet, a pickup coil, analog integrators, a digital storage oscilloscope and a personal computer. For precision measurements, a 3-axis compensation principle has been applied for the fabrication of pickup coil, and the compensation level of the order of $10^{-6}$ and the sensitivity of $5{\cdot}10^{-7}\;Am^2$ for magnetic moment have been obtained. The high sensitivity of the magnetometer is good enough for measurements of magnetic properties of rare earth magnets in small size or thin films shorter than $3\;mm{\phi}$ in diameter.

  • 본 논문은 자성체 및 비자성체 용기 모두 가열이 가능한 All Metal Induction Cooker의 전력변환장치의 운전 방식에 따른 손실을 비교 분석한다. 용기 재질 별로 다른 비저항 및 비투자율을 보상하기 위한 각각의 방식에 따라 Induction Cooker의 공진 네트워크를 설계하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 시스템의 손실을 비교 및 분석한다.
