National highway is one of the social infrastructures that continue to be managed in order to serve their full functions. The national highway has been managed by the Pavement Management System (PMS) until now. The PMS manages the highway as a way of facility maintenance and maximizes the service life of the highway with minimum cost. The cost is evaluated mainly with a facility manager's perspective based on engineering judgment. People's needs of quality of life have been increased as their income level is rising and naturally the opinion of citizen as a taxpayer plays an important role in determining national policy. Therefore, the contentment of a user's perspective was the starting point of addressing these needs. The Level of Service began to be used as a measure for the evaluation of the user's perspective. In this thesis we would like to design an application and a data architecture for a pavement asset management system and to show how it meets the requirements of KTAM-40 Systems.

최근 들어 지식관리 시스템에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 또한 축적된 지식자원의 효율적인 사용과 공유, 판매 등을 위해 필요한 것이 바로 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)이다. 기업에게 있어서 지식자원은 또 다른 자산으로 평가 받고 있다. 외국의 경우 기업이 지닌 지식자원과 정보를 산술적인 자산으로 평가하는 시스템까지 시도하고 있다고 한다. 이 코너에서는 국내 KMS 시장 규모와 동향등에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문은 기업들의 점증하는 체계적 브랜드 관리에 대한 필요를 인식하면서 이에 부응하기 위한 하나의 브랜드 관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 일반적으로 전략적인 브랜드 관리는 브랜드자산의 구축, 브랜드자산의 측정과 진단, 브랜드 자산의 관리를 포함한다(Keller 1998). 그러나 이 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 브랜드 관리 시스템인 Brand Value-Up 은 주로 상표 자산의 측정과 진단에 관한 시스템이다. 이 논문에서 Brand Value-Up 을 제안하기 위해 우선 기존의 대표적인 브랜드 관리 시스템들을 검토하였다. 그리고 나서 이들의 미비점들을 분석하였으며, 나아가서 기존 시스템들의 미비점을 보완하는 시스템으로서 Brand Value-Up 을 소개하였다. 또한 Brand Value-Up 은 고객 중심의 브랜드진단 평가모델로서 결과지표 (Awareness Power, Functional Power, Image Power)와 성과지표(Brand Performance)로 구분하여 구체적으로 전략적인 시사점을 얻기 위한 모형으로서 제안하였다. 실제로 주요 국내 브랜드 (21 개 제품 106 개 브랜드)를 대상으로 한 분석을 통해 Brand Value-Up 의 활용 예를 보였으며, 마지막으로 이 시스템이 갖는 마케팅적인 의미와 시사점을 논의하였다.

미국, 영국, 호주 등의 나라들은 최소의 비용으로 도로시설물의 기능을 유지 또는 개선하기 위한 방안으로 자산관리(asset management) 체계를 기반으로 한 정보시스템을 개발하고 있다. 한국은 아직까지 자산관리정보시스템에 대한 연구가 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 본 연구에는 사용자관점의 서비스 수준(level of service)과 경제성 분석기법 간의 관계를 토대로 도로시설물을 유지관리하기 위한 자산관리정보시스템을 개발하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper, the method to apply the RFID technology to schools will be presented in order to effectively integrate and manage various assets in school. The proposed system may be seemed to be very useful of individual school to grasp the status of their assets and also the central government to control and manage the assets scattered far and wide around the country. We also propose the OSN/PMS server based on EPC global standard could be appropriate especially in schools. In addition, the proposed system can acquire simultaneously the information from several RFID readers at real time so that it is possible and easy to track the position, the path of moving and the status of assets in the school. To show the usefulness of the proposed system, the prototype of the system has been implemented and conducted. The proposed system seems to be applicable to various fields such as factories, farms, or homes as well as school. Especially, it would become the very good integrated management system in the case that assets lie scattered widely.

본 논문은 클라우드 기반 자산 및 부실예측관리 통합 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서, 각기 독립된 모듈에서 처리된 데이터를 기초로 거래관리 모듈로 통합하여, 자산 및 부실예측을 평가하고 통합지원 시스템의 데이터 및 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 자산 및 부실채권 회수 및 관리의 효율성을 높인다. 또한 제안 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 운영되므로 정보화를 통한 경영혁신 및 경영정보를 활용한 리스크관리 시스템을 처리하는데 목적을 둔다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 고객 및 기업의 전략경영 등의 기능을 강화하여 업무투명성, 비용절감, 고객 접근성이 기존시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

영국, 일본은 전후복구를 위해서, 미국, 호주 뉴질랜드는 경제부흥에 힘입어 1960년대부터 사회기반 인프라의 건설을 계속 확대해 왔다. 1990년대 들어와서는 인프라의 노후화가 가중되면서 인프라의 기능을 보존하기 위한 비용이 급격히 상승하고 있다. 이들 나라는 최소의 유지관리 비용으로 사회기반인프라의 보존이나 교체시기 연장을 위한 방안으로, 1990년대 중반부터 자산관리 체계를 개발하고 있다. 한국도 경제 부흥을 위해 1980년대부터 사회기반 인프라를 집중적으로 건설하였다. 그 결과, 2010년대 후반부터 유지관리 수요가 급속히 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 하지만 자산관리 선진국에 비해 우리나라는 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 그래서 본 연구는 미국, 영국 뉴질랜드에서 제시한 자산관리시스템의 모듈기능과 구성을 비교분석하여 한국 실정에 적합한 사회기반인프라의 사전 예방적 유지관리를 위한 자산관리시스템 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

최근 몇 년 사이 기업들의 IT자산 수량과 투자비용은 급격히 증가하였다. 매년 많은 예산을 IT에 투자하여 정보시스템을 구축하고 그에 따른 IT자산을 도입하였지만, IT투자가 비즈니스의 향상 및 개선에 많은 도움이 될 것이라는 기대와는 달리 IT서비스가 비즈니스를 지원하지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 최근 IT최대의 화두인 IT거버넌스 개념 역시 IT와 비즈니스의 GAP을 줄여서 IT 서비스가 경영목표와 전략을 지원하도록 IT운영을 하자는 것이다. 해양수산부는 정보자산관리시스템을 통하여 본부 및 여러 소속기관의 정보자산을 통합 관리하고, 투자에 앞서 비즈니스의 요구에 맞는 투자가 되도록 지원하고, 투자된 IT자산을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 IT핵심 서비스들에서의 활용으로 그 가치를 더해 갈 것이다. 본 사례연구는 ITA를 서두르고 있는 정부 및 공공기관에 그의 기반이 될 정보자산관리체계 구축사례를 제사하고자 한다.

It is only 2 ~ 3 years in the interior to be introduced as a Ubiquitous era after going through mainframe, PC and internet era on account of the advent of computer. This thesis intends to present a model device of an epoch-making cash management system using the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) Tag and EPC (Electronic Product Code) Platform which are core technologies of the Ubiquitous Computing on the assumption that cable and wireless internet is constructed in university. Also this sets up a purpose to minimize the administrative procedure as well as the waste of time, people and cost which are problems of the cash management system operating now. Therefore as a research project hereafter, it will be able to present an imporvement device about the problems which cannot solve these days through the model of the proposing cash management system when the standardization, normalization and commercialization of advanced IT department are accomplished.

물류유통분야에서는 SCM(Supply Chain Management)의 효율을 위하여 RFID 기술의 적용을 날로 확대하고 있다. 시대흐름에 편승하여 국방에서는 군수분야에 이 기술을 적용하고 있다. 군수물자 관리에서 필요성을 인식하고 국방탄약관리 시스템 구축사업, 신무기체계 자산관리 시스템 구축사업 등에 RFID 기술을 적용하였다. u-군수정보체계를 구축하기 위해서는 탄약뿐만 아니라 물자, 장비정비 RFID 시스템이 국방차원의 ONS(Object Naming Service) 및 DS(Discovery Service)와 연계되어야 비로소 군수물자 전체에 대하여 실시간으로 흐름을 파악할 수 있게 된다. 그러나 시범사업을 통하여 구축된 탄약 RFID 시스템이나 신무기체계 자산관리 시스템은 기관간 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 하는 국방차원의 ONS가 구비되어 있지 않고, 향후 구축할 계획을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 EPCglobal 네트워크의 시사점 및 향후 추진 방향을 정리해 보고, 국방분야에서 RFID 시스템 도입사례와 향후 국방 RFID 추진방향, 국방 군수지원 개념을 고찰하였다. 그리고 군에 적합하고 인트라넷 환경에서 운영이 가능한 MND-ONS(Military and Defense) 시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다.
