본 논문에서는 인천공항 Airside와 Landside에 위치한 자산의 효율적인 관리를 위한 사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 스마트 자산관리 시스템의 구성과 실증을 제시한다. IoT기반 스마트 자산관리시스템은 위치정보를 생성하는 IoT 태그와 게이트웨이, 수집된 위치정보를 수신하고 표출하는 서버로 구성되어 있으며, IoT 태그를 자산에 부착하여 자산의 실내외 위치정보를 자산관리 시스템에서 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다. 실내 위치정보는 BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy)를 통해 취득하며, 실외 위치정보는 GPS와 LoRa(Long Range)를 통해 취득 가능하다. 개발한 시스템의 성능 검증을 위해 인천공항 제1여객터미널 내 기설치된 AP를 활용하였으며, 공항 전역을 커버할 수 있는 LoRa Gateway를 설치하였다. 개발한 자산관리 시스템은 공항이 보유한 자산의 도난 방지 등 효율적인 관리 와 공항운영에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

최근 들어 지식관리 시스템에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 또한 축적된 지식자원의 효율적인 사용과 공유, 판매 등을 위해 필요한 것이 바로 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)이다. 기업에게 있어서 지식자원은 또 다른 자산으로 평가 받고 있다. 외국의 경우 기업이 지닌 지식자원과 정보를 산술적인 자산으로 평가하는 시스템까지 시도하고 있다고 한다. 이 코너에서는 국내 KMS 시장 규모와 동향등에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

RFID technology is already used in the various application fields such as identification card, traffic card and etc. Many RFID application systems using UHF have been developed in the field of asset management, logistics and security. Because a human being can make mistakes, we need the system that can efficiently manage the special assets such as small arms, jewelry and medicine and can monitor them in real time. In this paper, we proposed a special assets management system to keep assets in safe custody, to monitor their safety status in real time and to manage distribution channels and history of those assets. The developed system is called Smart Cabinet because it has cabinet's form. Smart Cabinet integrates such technologies as RFID, smart card, fingerprint recognition, several sensors and LCD display in order to provide the functions for special asset management. Those functions include condition monitoring of assets, traceability management, distribution channels and security logs, which are to interact with a management server. The article demonstrated the potentiality of RFID by presenting special asset management solutions dedicated to guns and medicine management, and also showed the effectiveness and possibility of those solutions.

Recently, Operators of Facilities perform Asset Management for extending life-cycle of Facilities. Moreover government recommend Asset Management for educational facilities through the statute as promotion law for educational facilities business, regulations of operating educational facilities business. Operators of Education Facilities also have recognized Asset concept of the educational facilities, and established and operated each systems. However, OO university isn't performing Asset Management efficiently because of absence of own structure system and Asset Management system. Therefore, this study analysed the present condition of Asset Management of OO university, and offered basic references that efficiently improve the present Asset Management and suggest not only the reasonable operation but also management organization.

As IT is also recognized as assets, IT assets management system is trying to introduce for the management and operation in domestic enterprises and public institutions. The general assets management system was introduced in domestic companies, but because it managed mainly the only simple information about the assets, there were a lot of operational difficulties of the assets. In order to operate effectively the IT assets used in special business such as bank, prosecutors, railway, etc the classification system of IT assets based on the EA was needed first of all. Accordingly, in this paper, we classified IT assets systematically according to the EA meta model Application Guide V1.4 in consideration of the characteristics about the IT asset business for A public institution, and performed to improve the operating costs and efficiency by implementing a web-based IT assets management system for this public institution.

기존의 자산관리 시스템으로 대규모 자산을 관리함에 있어 효율적인 RFID나 바코드 등을 이용한 방식들이 있으나 설치과정과 시스템 구성이 복잡하고 비용이 비싸 대중적으로 이용되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) 비콘을 이용하여 일상적으로 사용하는 모바일 단말과 웹 등을 이용하여 자산을 관리할 수 있는 경제적인 자산관리 시스템을 제안한다. 나아가, BLE 비콘의 신호 세기에 따른 측정 가능 거리를 분석하여 비콘의 활용에 대한 구체적인 수치를 제시하였고 경제적 측면에서 기존 시스템과 차별화하였음을 보였다.

A preliminary study was conducted to introduce the concept of asset management in developing maintenance strategies for public facilities. A survey was carried out to analyze public institutions' maintenance status, thereby leading to an asset management system. The survey identified the maintenance priorities for the asset management system, evaluated the weight factor in selecting facilities, and analyzed the current maintenance system. The purpose of the study is to assess the system transitioning to asset management systems considering the life cycle of the facilities from safety management-oriented maintenance policies. As a consequence of the survey results, the study presents data for establishing an asset management system.

미국, 영국, 호주 등은 도로교통시설을 기존의 사후 대응적 방식에서 예방적 유지관리 방식으로 전환하기 위해 자산관리체계를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구는 외국에서 추진하고 있는 자산관리 체계 사례와 자산관리정보시스템과 관련한 연구들 조사, 분석하여 국외의 자산관리정보시스템이 갖는 특성을 조사, 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 국내 실정에 적합한 도로교통시설의 유지관리를 위한 자산관리정보시스템 도입 방안을 제시하였다.

Domestic maintenance strategies are shifting from safety assessment to performance assessment, and related systems and laws are being restructured to meet those criteria. In order to introduce asset management based on performance evaluation, related evaluation methods such as performance measures and level of service should be made to evaluate performance according to the characteristics of the structure, but these are not well-prepared in Korea. In this study, we present a computerized model and system for implementing asset management that introduces techniques such as performance evaluation, life cycle cost analysis, performance measures, and level of service in conjunction with existing maintenance and safety diagnosis procedures. The features of this system consist of three modules to enable separate operations of existing maintenance, safety management and asset management. The system is designed to be used as a reference for public institutions to introduce asset management in the future.

미국, 영국, 호주, 뉴질랜드 등 나라들은 최소의 비용으로 도로시설의 기능을 유지하기 위해 사회기반 시설의 유지관리에 자산관리체계를 도입하고 있다. 자산관리체계를 도입하기 위해서는 기존의 사후 대응적 (fix-on-failure) 유지관리 방식에서 사전 예방적(preventive) 방식으로 전환이 필요하다. 본 연구는 해외에서 활용되고 있는 자산관리용 소프트웨어의 특성을 분석하여 사전 예방적의 유지 관리하기 위해 필요한 자산관리시스템 개발 방안을 제시하였다.
