수문자료 정보시스템은 설마천 시험유역의 신뢰성 있는 수문자료를 체계적으로 저장하고 관리하며, 간단한 가입절차를 통해 사용자에게 온라인으로 신속하게 제공하는 시스템이다. 설마천 시험유역은 관측망 설계가 이루어진 1995년부터 현재까지 지속적으로 운영되고 있으며, 본격적으로 2000년부터 신뢰할 만한 관측자료가 생성되어 왔다. 구축된 설마천 시험유역의 수문자료 정보시스템은 1996년부터 현재까지 생성된 관측자료와 가공자료로 구성되어 있다. 관측자료에는 실시간-시계열 자료(6개소 우량, 2개소 하천수위, 1개소 유량), 비실시간-시계열자료(5개소 우량, 2개소 3종의 하천수위, 2개소 지하수위, 1개소 파샬플륨 수심, 1개소 14종의 기상), 비실시간-비시계열 자료(3개소 유량측정성과, 3개소 수질, 2개소 부유사량) 등이 있으며, 가공자료에는 2개소 유역면적우량, 2개소 유량환산자료가 있다. 관측된 자료는 수문자료 처리절차에 따라 비교·검토를 통하여 자료를 확정시킨다. 확정된 자료는 새로운 설마천 시험유역 홈페이지(http://seolmacheon.kict.re.kr)를 통해 간단한 등록을 한 후 필요로 하는 자료를 검색하여 추출할 수 있다. 제공되는 자료에는 6개 지점우량, 2개소 유역면적우량, 2개소 하천수위, 2개소 지하수위, 2개소 유량, 1개소 18종의 기상, 3개소 유량측정성과, 3개소 수질, 2개소 부유사량 자료 등이 있다. 설마천 시험유역에서 축적된 수문자료는 본 시스템을 통하여 널리 사용자에게 쉽게 제공이 가능함에 따라 자료의 이용도가 크게 증대될 것이며, 동시에 자료의 공유는 자료의 검증을 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 자료의 공유와 검증이 이루어진 수문자료는 수자원 연구 및 개발 분야에 직접적인 이용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

원자력 중장기 연구개발 일환으로 수행중인 액체금속로 설계기술개발 프로젝트는 개념 설계분야와 기반기술구축 분야로 구성되어 있는 상호 긴밀한 연계가 강조되기 프로젝트이다. 대과제를 중심으로 각 세부과제 및 분야 내에서 시스템별 인터페이스 등이 종합적으로 관리되어야 할 필요성이 있는 프로젝트이다. 액체금속로 설계기술개발 프로젝트의 연구생산성 향상을 위해 공정계획을 수립하고, 프로젝트 수행 중에 산출되는 연구결과물을 검증하여, 검증된 자료를 프로젝트 수행원들에게 공유할 수 있게 Web WorkFlow를 이용한 자료 검증/공유시스템을 개발하여 운영하고 있으며, 최종적으로 검증된 자료는 데이터베이스를 구축하여 활용하고 있다. 이렇게 함으로써 한국원자력연구소에서 개발증인 액체금속로 설계 기술개발 프로젝트를 최적화된 계획 및 관리를 통하여 연구개발을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

현재 대부분의 코스웨어는 HTML 및 멀티미디어 요소로 작성되어 있다. 그러나 이들 자료들은 다른 용도로 재사용하기는 어렵다. 이러한 학습자료들은 Web에서 정보의 공유, 검색, 재사용 등이 유연하게 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 계층적인 구조를 갖는 XML을 이용하여 효율적인 코스웨어를 구현할 수 있도록 DTD를 정의하여 검증(valid)된 XML문서를 만들고자 한다. 코스웨어 제작을 위해서는 교과의 내용 및 교육과정을 구조화하고 다양하게 만들어진 자료를 공유 및 재사용할 수 있는 표준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 Courseware DTD를 정의하고 표준 XML문서 형식의 코스웨어 제작 방안을 제시한다.

In this study, we examined the effect of shared leadership on organizational trust, knowledge sharing, and innovative behavior. Also, it was verified that organizational trust and knowledge sharing play a mediating role in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior. Data were collected from a survey of 348 manufacturing workers in Ulsan and Gyeongju. SPSS 22 was used for frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis. AMOS 22 was used for confirmatory factor analysis to verify the validity of the variables and for covariance structure analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows. First, shared leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational trust, knowledge sharing, innovative behavior. Second, organizational trust has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Third, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on innovative behavior. Finally, organizational trust and knowledge sharing play a partial mediating role in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior. The result of this study suggests that organizational trust and knowledge sharing should be strengthened through shared leadership in order to increase the innovative behavior of organization members.

IT service is becoming a critical business operation in the age of information revolution. In providing IT services internally to other functions of the corporation and externally to other organizations, sharing of knowledge between business people and system people is known to become more and more critical for successful IT services. Purpose of this research is to examine the impact of IT service quality on knowledge sharing activities between IT service providers and users. Theoretical research model, through an extant literature review, is proposed here, consisting of IT service quality, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust and commitment), and the level of knowledge sharing activities. Survey results of 183 users indicates that IT service quality significantly influences commitment through satisfaction and trust, which in turn influences the level of knowledge sharing activities. Also, interestingly, satisfaction and trust do not directly influences the level of knowledge sharing,but indirectly, through commitment.

본 논문에서는 교사-부모간의 원활한 정보 공유를 통해 ADHD학생의 학교 적응과 학업 수행을 도울 수 있는 교사-부모간의 ADHD학생 행동 관찰 공유시스템의 프로토타입을 제안해보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 ADHD학생이 통합교육을 효율적으로 받기 위해 전제되어야 할 것이 교사와 부모의 협력인 점과 현재 교육현장에서 교사 부모 협력의 실질적 방안의 요구됨을 확인했다. 선행 연구 자료를 통해 도출한 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 설계전략을 기반으로 스토리보드를 작성하고 교사측면과 부모측면, 그리고 공유측면 시스템 기능으로 분류하여 프로토타입을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 실제 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 개발과 개발된 시스템이 교육 현장에서 어느 정도의 효용성과 이용성을 갖게 될지 검증하는 실증적 후속 연구가 필요하다고 제언한다.

공유하천유역에서의 수자원 관리는 두 국가의 제도적 및 기술적 차이로 인하여 다른 유역에서의 수자원 관리보다 복잡하고 어렵다. 특히 두 국가 사이의 공유하천에서의 유량의 변화는 실질적인 측정을 이용하여 면밀하게 측정됨으로써 신뢰도 높은 자료를 통해 지속적으로 분석되어야 궁극적으로 공유하천에 대한 두 국가 간의 이해관계를 바탕으로 한 대책을 수립할 수 있다. 북한강 유역의 상류유역은 북한에 속해 있고, 특히 임남댐 건설 이후 화천댐 유입량은 지속적으로 감소하고 있어 이에 대한 물순환 영향을 면밀히 분석하고 대책을 수립할 필요가 있다. 물순환에 영향을 미치는 원인과 결과를 분석하는 기존의 연구들은 대부분 강우-유출모형을 사용하고 있어 모형의 구축 및 매개변수의 보정과 검증에 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수문기상자료만을 이용하여 유량의 변동성분을 정량화할 수 있는 수문학적 민감도 분석기법을 화천댐 상류유역에 적용하고 화천댐 유입량에 대한 1967년~017년 동안의 변동량을 자연적 요인과 인위적 요인으로 분리하여 제시하였다. 다양한 변동점 탐색기법을 사용한 결과 1999년이 통계적으로 유의한 변동점으로 탐색되었으며, 이를 활용하여 수문학적 민감도 분석을 5가지의 Budyko 함수를 이용하여 산정한 결과 평균적으로 18.99 억 ㎥/y의 유입량 감소가 임남댐 건설로 인하여 발생된 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 기존 연구자들의 화천댐 유입량 감소량에 비해 다소 크게 산정된 결과이며, 이는 2000년대 이후 증가된 강우량 및 화천댐유입량의 감소가 주된 영향을 미친 결과로 추정된다. 향후 월별, 계절별 단위의 분석이 추가로 연구될 필요가 있으며, 미래의 기후변화 상황을 고려한 예측을 통한 실효성 있는 계획이 수립될 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine, at the team level, the relationship between shared leadership and team work engagement and team psychological capital which have rarely been introduced into academic leadership research in Korea. This study tested the impact of shared leadership on team work engagement and the mediating role of team psychological capital between the two variables. And also, this study tested moderating role of task characteristics between shared leadership and team psychological capital. A total of 421 employees of 100 teams in 16 companies in South Korea participated in this study. The SPSS 23.0 statistical program was used in this study to analyze and statistically process the collected survey data. The result showed that high level of shared leadership positively influence team work engagement and team PsyCap works as mediator in the relationship between shared leadership and team work engagement. This results means that shared leadership is a crucial factor to facilitate team's psychological capital toward team's work engagement. However, Task characteristics had no moderating effect between shared leadership and team PsyCap. Finally, theoretical and practical implications of the study results have been discussed along with limitations and future direction of the study.

The purpose of this paper is to improve efficiency in the construction and operation of a total management system for the national technical qualification through the design and development of a real-time data sharing system which is connected with the management system of external consignment. The current a total management system for the national technical qualification precesses the work depend on information and results which pass over by external IT company. But this method of processing has some unstable elements with regards to information reprocessing, functional supplement, system stability, etc. The proposed system's technological concepts have been tested through a basic simulation pilot program. The pilot program will be expanded to include the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry because the stability of the system was proved through its application to the real-time national technical qualification examination of KCCI(Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The real-time data sharing system has shown great efficiency in terms of system management, and has solved problems of developmental period for information reprocessing and functional supplement. The real-time data sharing system has been given good evaluations with regard to the convenience of their use and the management system for operators and supervisors.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따른 빅데이터가 이슈화 되고 정부의 공공 데이터 개방? 공유 정책 등으로 정부의 R&D 정보화 서비스도 다양화되고 있다. 특히 해양수산 R&D사업은 해양이라는 공간적 제약으로 선박 및 특수 장비 등을 사용함에 따라 연구비 단가가 상대적으로 높은 실정임에도 해양수산 연구 자료 및 관측자료가 통합적으로 관리되지 않고, 사업별 기관별로 산발적으로 관리되고 있어, 이에 따라 연구 DB 통합관리의 수요가 제기 되고 있다. 이에 해양수산 R&D사업에서는 사업별 통합 DB 구축사업이 진행되고 있고, '관할해역해양정보 공동활용시스템(JOISS)'이 대표적이라 할 수 있다. JOISS는 2012년부터 시작된 '관할해역 해양정보 공동활용체계 구축'과제를 통해 자료 표준화 연구와 함께 해양과학조사 분야의 R&D과제들과 실시간 해양관측망으로부터 산출되는 데이터를 수집하고, 정보서비스를 구현한 시스템이다. 2016년 1차 시스템 구축을 완료하여 현재 서비스를 진행하고 있다. 한편, 해양관측 데이터 수집 공유 서비스 외 해양수산 R&D사업과 연계된 다양한 정보들을 나누고 소통하는 온라인 장을 구현하기 위해 '해양수산 R&D 지식정보 시스템(OFRIS)' 개발사업이 별도로 진행되고 있다. OFRIS는 해양수산 R&D사업을 통한 데이터의 원할한 수집 및 품질관리 등의 문제를 보완하고, 그 외에도 사업별로 분산 관리되고 있는 R&D 관련 정보를 연계하고, 기술공급자와 수요자를 직접 연결해 주는 '개방형 기술 정보 중개 시스템'으로의 역할, 국내외 해양수산 R&D관련 정책 연구 산업 동향을 엄선하여 제공하는 등 해양수산 R&D 종합 포털로서 기능구현을 목표하고 있다. 2017년 말 1단계 개발 완료를 앞두고 있으며, 1단계에서는 시급성 높고, 수요가 많은 (1) R&D동향, (2) 과제이력, (3) 연구성과, (4) 기술거래, (5) DB공유 등 5대 기능을 우선 구현하고, 2단계에서는 통계자료 생산 및 분석 기능 강화, 3단계에서는 해양수산 산업통계, 인력, 교육 등의 정보를 서비스하는 포털로 확장할 계획이다. JOISS, OFRIS를 개발하는 과정에서는 해양수산 R&D의 정보를 수집 관리 하는데 있어 다양한 현안 문제 등이 도출되었으며, 그 중에서도 연구자들의 자발적 데이터 제공 협조, 데이터의 표준화 및 품질검증, 구축된 데이터의 활용 및 피드백 등에 대해 구체적이고 현실적인 대응 방안이 요구된다.
